My spouse and I have been coming here for years and have had excellent service but not recently, it's really gone downhill. I bring items in, specifically pointing out stains, and (contrary to how they used to do it) nothing is noted on the file & no marker stickies are put on the garments; so, the workers in the central location doing the cleaning have no clue that they need to locate and treat stains. This appears to be a front staff training problem (weekdays) that could be easily fixed. I've had 5 items recently returned to me with stains, and sent back 3 for another round. Much to my surprise, again, nothing noted on the file, no flags on the garments, and no redo tag applied. I expect to receive them all back with stains again. I don't blame the actual cleaners whatsoever. How are they supposed to know to give items extra time or do spot treatments? I'm starting to think I need to take my business elsewhere, and that's very disappointing as I find this location convenient and when the cleaning staff are alerted to stains, they do a great job at removing them! I don't want to go elsewhere. Plus, I've also had great experiences with them repairing seams and reattaching loose buttons. I really hope that this review is thoughtfully received and I that can update to 5 stars when practices improve. In sum, this dry cleaner used to be outstanding and I'm sure could easily be again if only the front staff would let the cleaners know there are stains to treat.

They're ok, but... And I quote one of their employees, they: "doesn't do price lists." !! What!? Is this normal for drycleaners/alternations? Seems like a perfect cover for price gouging! And I had to ask for the cost of my pieces, they didn't just tell me along with my expected pick up date! How crazy to run a business without giving quotes or general pricing info! I had drycleaning & hemming done through the Kensington location. There's no tailor on sight so for any alternations you need to know exactly what you want ahead of time. Outside of simple hemming that's typically not useful for me. In this rare case I will make the effort and venture to a further, better and more transparent drycleaners from now on! There's a great lady a few blocks over that does alternations (Liliana), she gives quotes acorrding what's needed and she does great work! Way better alternative for alterations!!

I have been going to tower cleaners in Kensington for over 20 years and have constantly had great service. I have since moved out of the neighborhood but continue to go to this location because they have retained their employees and that is another value I respect. Moreover, I am loyal particularly because of their one employee Sue who has consistently given exceptional service over the years. She remembers my name, is friendly, efficient and goes above and beyond regularly. Sues presence, the great job she does and the consistent exceptional dry cleaning results keep me coming back and inspired me to write this review. We need more of these experiences in a world that continues to move away from quality, loyalty, customer service, and real people experiences. Well done maintaining your employees and the good work you do.

Great place to dry clean trench coats. First time using their service, the cleaning done was perfect, and the service was quick too. I dropped off my trench coat and got it the very next day! The staff was great. She was very cheerful, and professional. Answered any questions I had regarding the prices and the duration of the cleaning. Overall, their service was great. I would definitely get my clothes dry cleaned here again.

Pretty expensive. Dropped off a couple items and they classified them as the most expensive versions of those items (e.g., a jacket became a “summer jacket” to make it more expensive, a dress became a “fancy dress”). They gave me a $10 discount voucher for my next drycleaning but I would’ve appreciate it if they applied the discount to the multiple items I had already brought in…

I come here a lot. The ladies who work here are lovely, and their dry cleaning is good. Quite expensive, however. Without a client loyalty program or membership I'm going to find a new place. The costs for a regular are much too high. They're also pretty bad at responding to inquiries via email. - You'd think the service would match the price

I brought in a brand new coat after a cat used it as a litter box. I had no hope it would be fixed but they managed to make the coat look and SMELL like new! They even noticed the zipper was broken and offered to have it repaired at the same time. I am beyond thrilled and will go back with all my dry cleaning needs!! Thank you!!

Dropped off suit and shirt to be cleaned for a wedding. Went to pick up and only shirt had been cleaned. They got my jacket cleaned in time, but lost the pants to the suit. Manager will not return call to tell me whereabouts of missing garment or how to replace. Will not be using any tower cleaners location again.

Lost my shirt and offered no recompense. Thanks for throwing a wrench on a special occasion. I would recommend any other cleaners. As an update: they phoned me about my review and said they'd follow up next week to recompense me if they couldn't find it. This never happened. I am still out a nice shirt.

Been using Tower Cleaners for a few years. Never had a bad experience. They were the first drycleaners that ironed my pants correctly. I think they even sewed up a loose button on my clothes without needing prompting or charging me for it. They're lovely. The service is great.

Always great service both at the Kensington and Suncor Plaza locations. Price is on the expensive side so be mindful of some of their promotions. For example at the moment there is a $10 off for 8 shirts or more. Breaking 16 shirts into two orders may be more cost effective.

I started using Tower Cleaners in October and have love them! I don't know why they received such a low score before. I had a silk shirt that was ripped on the seam when I brought it in and their seamstress repaired it for me and it looks great! Great customer service too

Had my wedding dress dry cleaned post wedding here!! The dress looks great and was done in a timely fashion. Just did not receive a phone call when it was done so had to check in myself but all good! Will definitely come here again for future dry cleaning needs.

Tower Cleaners is a dry cleaner laundry service. Repaired some seams and removed a paint stain. Service was identified as incomplete by the service rep. who still managed to send a garment back to the central facility and have it back by the deadline.

First time at this cleaner but have used Tower Cleaners at another downtown location in the past. Very friendly and fast which with Covid and restricted staff at the main cleaning facility is a bit more difficult to achieve.

I have been coming to this location for over a year since I moved to Kensington. Linda is absolutely amazing and always ensures my orders are done on time. Professional and pleasant service, highly recommend!

They charge me twice and i call them several times but nobody give clear answer , always they tell me ok, it will be solved in next week but they don’t do anything about refund , never go there again.

Overpriced, poor customer service... They don't bother even posting the prices for dry cleaning. Do yourself a favor - find a locally owned family run dry cleaner with lower prices.

I brought in a suite I had not worn is some time. When I got the suite back, it was like a new suite. The staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. Will definitely go back!

Door locked at 2:30 pm in the afternoon. Staff inside milling about and do not unlock the door even after making eye contact. It was -24c outside. That is just rude
