Ordered a taxi from Track cars over 1 month in advance with Minicabit to pick us up from Gatwick airport north terminal at 1.50am on 24th May. Specifically ordered as it included meet and greet so i didn't have to bother walking outside and finding a drop off point for pick up at 1.50am after a 5 hour flight. Even rang on the day to confirm the booking. Arrived on time to no one waiting. Gave it 5 mins no one called. I rang the office they said they would tell the driver to ring me. Gave it another 5 mins still no call. Rang the office back who forwarded me directly to the driver (not sure why they didn't do this in the first place). Driver first said he was 7/8 mins away then promised he was no more than 10 mins away and told us to walk to drop off (not the service i paid for but easier as the taxi was late). The driver arrived 20 mins after the call not 10 mins like he had promised (also 30mins after booked pick up time) When I questioned why he was late at first no answer then said there was traffic on the M23. I checked google maps straight away and it was all green no traffic at all.  There was roadworks reducing the speed limit to 50 but i booked the taxi 5 weeks ago, ample time to account for the reduced speed limit. The fact the taxi was 30 mins late, no one contacted me, i had to call twice and the driver lied to me twice means I am really not happy with the service. The only reason i booked was for the ease of the meet and greet and to get home quickly after a long flight. 1 booking is enough for me to stick with Uber! Much better service and ease of use.

Seriously!?!?!?Left my mother at the airport. She doesn't speak English and these i*****s forgot to go and pick her up as i pre-arranged with them. Called then and no answer and eventually switched phone off. Was midnight and my mother waited 3 hours at Gatwick. Day after managed to speak to the responsible person which is the one now usually is at their new brunch in mitcham, London road. He apologised said that he had an emergency and had to run to thw hospital.!?!?! Mmmm . Are these guys for real??? SERIOUSLY!!!! No bothering calling or asking a collegue to cover?!.!.! I asked what they would propose for such a bad experience, suggesting maybe a free ride back to Gatwick for my mom? Nope. He suggested a luxury car, like a "Mercedes" and same price as a normal car?!?!?! SERIOUSLY!?!?!?! What u call a Mercedes benz a luxury car??? And that should fix that my mother waited 3 hours on a rainy and cold night at Gatwik as i had to call another cab company to pick her up from London?!?!?! I tell u what.....not even a Limo witha bottle of complimentary champagne would fix this. Totally unprofessionals, unfriendly and not to mention the prices they have for using the internet on their shop here. A ROBBERY!!!! So looking forward to see you going out of business soon guys as " what goes around comes around". DO NOT USE THESE COMPANY SERIOUSLY!!!

I used this company previously and had a very good experience so decided to book them again for Gatwick drop off . A lady quoted me £75 when only 2 weeks prior I paid £60 to come back from Gatwick . So instead my husband booked a Company that he uses and It was £60. I called back questioning the charge saying that firstly I only paid £60 previously and now my husband was quoted £60. She quickly matched the price . My husband didnt feel It was right to cancell his booking so I declined the offer . She called back 5 min later offering to do the trip for £55! I said we would consider but didnt take her up on her offer . 2 weeks after my husband was returning from another trip . I called a couple of days before to book his pick up. Another lady this time said to call back on the day . I Did as advised and called on the morning of his arrival to be told her system was down and to call back later . When I Did call back she said they had No drivers that evening ?!I was furious and asked to speak to her manager . Naturally she said he was not available and when asked for his e-mail address she refused . I guess I was lucky on a couple of previous occasionally to have had a good experience . Needless to say this mini cab Company will not be used by us or any of our friends again .

Booked this taxi to go Gatwick booking reference 27359314A. Getting a quote was 39.00, switch to booking became 45, arrived to airport driver asked for 50, because of dropp off. Surely that should be included in price. Thats not all. Driver arrived at the wrong end of the street, had to call him to turn around. After 9 point turn rather then 3 ( you get the picture of the skill), he finally got to us. I booked for 4 people. For some reason at the front seat was a car battery, which driver moved to the floor, so it was by my husbands legs during journey. Driver was incopetent, as a driver myself I could see so many faults. In 30 speed limit he was doing 24, in 40 infront of speed camera he slowed down to 24, obviously speed limit awareness is zero. Sitting in the middle lane of motorway, not doing even 70 miles per hour, getting confused at the airport where to drop us off. Not sure if he is new, but he needs to retake his driving test for sure. I will not recommend this car service to anyone. Lady in the call center wanted to push for a bigger car, i had minimum luggage, so i knew what i was booking. Dissapointing service all around.

We just had the worst experience with the driver today. My mother's flight arrived 12 so I booked it for 12:30 to decreased any waiting time. According to the taxi code booking website there is extra charge after 45min of wait after booking time. At 12:30 the driver called me to say he was just writing on the his board in his car, I informed him that my mother was still in the passport queue, he then told me it was fine and he will go into the airport in 10min time. My mother came out at 13:10 and the driver was so rude to her saying he had to wait very long, she apologised. My mother is in her 70's and as I was unable to pick her up I booked her a meet and greet service so it would be easier for her. I did NOT want her to have an awful experience. When they arrived at my house, the driver demanded his extra £6, in a very rude shouty manner. I asked for his name and he said it was Nuri, I suspect that was not true but his car reg number is RV10 0VM. We normally tip taxi drivers so paying the extra £6 was not a problem but he was unbelievably rude. We will definitely not be using or recommending this taxi service or Taxi code again.

Booked a cab to take me to hospital for surgery did not arrive at the time booked, ringing controller to ask where the cab is to be told be there in 5 mins. 10 mins pass then 20 mins pass , control ignoring my calls , then cab driver rings to tell me bad traffic and it’s not a good time to go to surgery. Excuse me I book a cab in advance to be told not a good time to go to surgery. Thanks to this company I could of missed my booked slot for my operation , thank god I drive I had to get in my own car to drive to the hospital hoping I made it in time . They caused alarm and distress to myself, yes I made it to the hospital 10 mins late in a fluster and surgery was successful. But now if I was not a driver I would have missed my surgery that I’ve waited many months for thanks to this company. As for traffic , I dnt know what they was talking about, I made it alright I just think that was an excuse. Driver and controller then calling my phone once I had already arrived at the hospital , utterly appalling service , will never book here again...

I’ve honestly not had a greater displeasure of ordering a taxi. This company came recommended but I’ll never use them again. I ordered a cab for Gatwick, only the time was wrong on first time of asking. I found out by calling back and getting an automated message. I then adjusted the time to the correct one only for the car not to turn up at 01:50am. I called the office only to get the automated voice telling me my cab was booked for 18:52. I don’t know how difficult it actually is. When I got through to control, they then proceeded to try and quote me £5 higher than originally quoted, with the wrong car. I don’t get how I could have an automated message saying I had a cab, but apparently wasn’t on the system. The cheek to then go back on your quote twice despite making me find other arrangements is the final insult. I’d avoid this company to avoid disappointment of being late on the very first step of your holiday.

I am appalled by their lack of service. I have used them in the past with no issues and so used them in November for an airport taxi. I asked to pay prior to the journey as it was on a company credit card. I paid over the phone. Then on the day of pick up they argued with me regarding payment and made me pay a second time. I did so as i needed to get to the airport. When i then discovered i had been charged twice i contacted them and spoke to Ash. No apology. Just told me to email in and he would resolve it. Emailed again on 14th as no response. Phoned this morning to be told to email! I said no. He then said call at 10am and put the phone down on me. Despicable customer service. I expect my refund immediately. I have spoken again with Ash and emailed as requested asking for confirmation of receipt - that was at 10.40am and they still haven't bothered to respond. Disappointed as i have always recommended them.

DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE. Their drivers are completely incompetent and cannot follow their own GPS or road maps to Gatwick Airport. The driver tried to merge and drive on the M25 at 40 miles an hour, almost crashed into the side wall as he didn't seem to know what to do when the lane got smaller. He tried to take exists to random places despite clear road markings and his own maps? He never indicated and almost crashed into another car from careless driving. The worst part is tracks customer service is completety useless, didn't even apologise for such a poor service despite numerous emails and calls. They started telling me about the journey I had instead, and how the driver didn't drive at 40. Ridiculous company, seriously do not use.

TERRIBLE taxi company - organised a taxi to take us to the airport. Confirmed price as £96 for them to then add a random fee to make it £102. Called back to confirm the following day and they told us they were adding an extra £15 as a surcharge because of train strikes. We had no choice but to continue with them, as we were struggling to find an alternative. Once we arrived at the airport, to pay by card we then had to pay £5 which was not previously stated. We even asked if we could pay by card before and there was no mention of this - no transparency at all! Awful taxi company preying on people when they have no choice but to pay whatever price they suddenly decide on, as there’s no alternative. DON’T USE!

Never would I used this company again I've submitted a complaint and will see where that goes if not will report them to tfl never have I ever been more angry and disappointed with a company I gave them my post code they then dropped me to a location that wasn't my address they then blamed the people that took the booking and refused to drop me home unless I gave then another fiver I don't know who's at fault and never been more upset by how untrustworthy a cab company can be THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOREVER !! pending on how my complaint goes I will be taking matters further

The car was late collecting me at the airport plus there was confusion as to where i was to be collected. The driver was waiting outside while I was inside the airport, which is normal. And to make matters worse the driver replaced my trolley to the trolley park and did not return my token. I called in to the shop asking for it to be returned advising I didnt mind if he kept a pound, but i wanted the return of my token as it was the only one I had. My request was ignored and I never got my token back. Thr price however was very reasonable hence the rating despite my experience.

Horrible customer service;in addition to the booking of the cab of 5 seats I got told upon arrival of the driver that I was lying and that I only asked for 4 seats. I politely asked the driver if he can contact the office and they told me I was lying when in fact I callled to book by phone and I told them how many people were with me in total.For a cab service they did not even they and help the situation and In general played the blame game even though their side was not justified.A ridiculously horrible service.

Tracks Mini Cabs is a good reliable friendly and professional service. The cab hire company has very good ontime facilities and the drivers are pretty prompt even I experienced one of the drivers arriving to my pick up location five minutes before i was due to be picked up. I would surely recommend tracks to anyone looking for a fast and quick friendly service. The link to the drivers as well as the software used is pretty good and accurate. The prices are pretty competitive and readily affordable in london.

100% Would not use again. We booked a pick up from home to the airport for 04h10 on Saturday morning. At 04h05 I received a phone call telling me that they would not be able to send a car as the one they had had broken down. I asked what the alternative solution was and got told that there isn't one - we would just have to make a different plan. We had to organise an Uber at last minute costing us almost double what we had planned for. Very, very disappointing service - strongly advise against using.

Absolutely appauling. First time ive used them and NEVER again. Toll the call handler i wanted to pay by card, "no problem just let the driver know" they said. When i told the driver i was paying by card he said "no, cash" no no... card. He then got very rude and grumpy, and blamed me for the staffs misscomminucation. I then had to sit in the car with the driver and wait five minutes while every faffed around sorting out a card payment. Wish id walked. No stars unfortunately not an option it seems

Got a cab from work at 1:30am, On my way home the driver was doing 60mph in a 20mph zone and over took a car. He then turned his radio up to 100. Thought it was a bit strange but didn’t say anything up until i looked up from my phone and we was driving towards a wall because the driver was ASLEEP!! I jumped out a 20min walk away from my destination as i was so scared! Never using this service again! Awful

I have uses this company twice in one month. They are VERY professional. I received 3 text messages for each journey. The first was to establish the journey. The second was that the cab was en route and the last was that the car was outside my house. It was there at the exact time. Good value as well. I was not the passenger, but my son said he had a very rapid journey. Great service all around.

I've been waiting for a cab from mitcham Morrisons with my young baby for almost an hour and a half when I called tracks cars they told me I'd be waiting no longer then 15mins called them half hour later told me another 10mins max and my cab should be here 2 hours 8 phone calls later still no cab this cab service is the worse I've Ever called or even tried to use NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Booked and paid online in advance for airport taxi for family of 4 plus luggage, and called 4 times in advance to confirm car was going to be big enough. It wasn’t, and we were made an hour late and had to pay for the second taxi almost double the price. Great way to start a holiday and stress at 04:30 and separated the family. Don’t book with them.

Do not use!! Booked for airport pickup and they seem to think it is acceptable to leave customers waiting outside for 1 hour, when they keep saying that they are a few minutes away. Even if they quote that they are the cheapest, do not use at any cost. They will also get aggressive down the phone if you try to reason with them. Not worth the effort.

Happy to use it , but not when I am getting to work :/ driver late by 20 minutes even when I book it day before for 4:40 am. Driver use all his skills to get me just on time, but no time for breakfast as I planned . I have used this service befor and it was good, but I doubt I will use it for work again , also price was different than I was told .

The worst taxi company I've ever dealt with. They seem to think that it's OK to swear at you down the phone and be aggressive and rude. Taxi was an hour late so there was no service provided as I had to walk in the end. An utter waste of time, if I ever saw their name come up again via minicabit I would cancel the job immediately.

Drivers are normally polite so that's why I have given 2 stars, the controller on the other hand is rude, will give you a time that the car will be and even if u double that time you still will be waiting, and if you dare to call and ask where your cab is you will be faced with a guy who literally couldn't be less interested

Appalling service booked cab 40 minutes in advance was left waiting in the cold with 2 children for 50 minutes the person in the office would then not answer the phone I.booked on line so had already paid so had no other way of getting home if you have children or need to be somewhere do not use these cowboy …

Our driver Malik arrived early to pick us up and waited until we were ready, was really accommodating. Charged a friends phone, let us play our music, was very polite and made our journey fun and all about us. He also offered to pick us up on the return and journey and got us all hone safely. Definitely recommend

This is the worst mini cab company i have ever used. They are unreliable, some of their drivers can't speak English, the manager lies when you try and find out where your late cab is. They were 40 mins late knowing i had to attend a wedding. I will never use this company again!

Booked a cab with a time which didn't turn up on time so I called the office and they keep repeating that cab is round the corner.. But cab turn up after 30 minutes after I booked with another company.. Waste of time and energy. I don't recommend it at all.

Good communication whilst our flight was delayed and excellent service. Recommend calling to confirm booking and size of vehicle in advance, especially if booking for the same/next day as website does not provide current availability.

Came to my rescue on the evening of Dec 25th when a prebooked ride with another company failed to show.. The driver was very polite and helpful and arrived in about 10 minutes after the request call. I will definitely use them again.

Airport transfers to and from Heathrow. Both drivers turned up late, chap picking us up a Heathrow couldn’t speak any English so took us 30 mins to even meet him! He even made us pay for his parking! Wouldn’t use again

Awful experience. Called to get a quote and was given one at £50. I was quoted £47 elsewhere. Once I got to my destination the driver wanted more money. Apparently terrible when agreed beforehand. Won't be using again.
