Took my Tesla in to fix a leak on one of the tire. It was great that they managed to fit me in that afternoon. I had discussed about using the pucks that are required to lift the car up. Manager had assured me that they have the pucks and dealt with many Tesla’s before. Fast forward, took a peak and noticed the worker that was working on my car had not used the puck and actually had lifted the car actually further back then the lift point. Confronted him about the situation. He then told me that I was not allowed in the shop, being aggressive and stating that he had worked on at least 50 Tesla’s. After doing that many, he should realize that you should be using the pucks and lifting at the correct lifting points. He must know more about the car than a Tesla fanboy like me. Other than that management was quite supportive about the situation and accommodative. I just can’t take my car to places where there’s no respect for my property.

My car went in at 815 and I was paying for everything by 835. The engine light was on and wanted this checked, I was told they did a 54 point inspection, did an engine diagnostic and took the car for a road test, the results it was a 02 sensor. I was charged $173 for 20 minutes worth of work. Then they wanted an outrageous amount of money for the sensor and to put it in...$335. And I was told I would need an oil change after that and then oh there's a knock in your front end and that's another $75 to check that out and then the cost of fixing it as well. I had been in the week before for a tire leak and when I talked to Zach at the front desk he told me no problem we'll check things out for you we're not here to make a million off of people we're here to help, clearly that's not the case. I felt taken advantage of.

I want to thank Zack and his team for their honesty, communication and mechanical skills in repairing the brake system on my car. Fountain Tire at Londonderry charged me $150 for an inspection to give me a quote that was so inflated no person in their right mind would pay - and they then told me my calipers were in such a state that it was undriveable so I had it towed to Ok Tire on Groat Road. Zack was honest and caring, very thorough with his explanations and pictures. He fixed my car and saved me alot of money. (By the way, my calipers weren't leaking as bad as Fountain Tire said....I could have drove it over and saved the towing charge) Its nice to know there is still a reputable automotive service company around I will highly recommend Ok Tire on Fort Road to everyone! So I went to ok tire this morning to get a wheel alignment the guy said between 45 min to 1 hr to get it done for $139, car went in shop at 850 am they did wheel alignment my front end needed greasing I asked them to grease it I paid my bill at 9:56 am and they charged me $229.77 so basically $72.50 plus tax to grease the front end and they even charged me shop supply$6.37 so 1 hr 5 min in shop price went from $139.95 to $229.77 so I'll round it off $80 extra for grease and 5 min work ....wow crazy and it was even Canada day. Well well happy birthday Canada thanks ok tire! attached is a picture of my wheel alignment I don't know much about wheel alignments I figured that there should be more green then red but I dunno

Sloppy work - 3 appointments over the past year have involved errors ranging from careless (mounting new tires on wrong rims, failing to replace oil cap after oil change so that engine shampoo was required, etc.) to dangerous (was told by another service centre that Trail Tire - then OK Tire - likely damaged a winter tire on installation and that damage could have caused a blowout at high speeds). No response to latest concerns. Will not go back nor can I recommend this place. Update: I contacted the shop Nov 8 for the owner's name and contact info as I had heard nothing. After talking with the owner, they have agreed to some compensation which is appreciated.

I bought set at new tires one year ago. I ended up taking it to another place to have a slow leak fixed. They told me I needed 4 new tires. I called okey tire to get Is there opinion. Peter the manager was awesome he told me to come and let me have him look at them. One tire had sidewall damage that was covered under warranty the other tire just needed a plug. Overall it cost me a $100 rather than a set of new tires. I am very impressed with their service and I plan to use them for all my repairs from now on I will not be going back to the other place.

Had my new winter tires installed at a different shop. One kept leaking and eventually left my wife stranded and late for work. Called around to a few shops and couldn't get in as they were totally booked. Called the Trail Tire on Groat road and they got me in right away. Had the tire fixed in no time. Previous installer put the wrong size valve core into the stem. Trail Tire didn't even charge me for the repair. Very pleased with the service I received here. Will be going to this shop from now on.

Brought my truck in for a problem I was having with my transmission. Spoke with Zack and he told me they would check it out. Turned out to be the transmission itself. Had my truck back in 2 days with a new transmission, for a cheaper price than I found anywhere else in the city. They also fixed a problem I had with my parking brakes that I didn’t even know I had, at no charge. 100% recommend Zack and the crew at Trail tire for any issues you might be having.

The best as usual. Have been using these guys for my seasonal tire swap for a couple years now. Great price, great job (I have pressure sensors that are a pain to programm and so far so good) . They do free assessment of the rest of the vehicle whenever I take it in. I have "tested" their assessment with competition places in the past and OK has never steered me wrong and have solidly been the best price.

I pulled in 5 minutes before closing on a Friday afternoon. I was just hoping to have my tires retorqued, I am not a regular customer. The only mechanic left was super busy so the manager Nicole went out and graciously did it. Honestly thinking about switching my tire service shop because Nicole treated me so well when it would have been super easy for her to say they were closing and couldn't help.

Guys had me in and out ♡ much appreciated given my experience with the last tire change I had (not here) and as someone who works 5-6 days a week, twice a day usually. Felt my time was respected and didn't feel like a burden bringing my car bringing my car by for a quick retorque. Thank you for your speedy and gracious service! :)

I made an appointment request online on a Sunday for the following Monday. OK Tire reached out promptly Monday morning and had an appointment available that morning. Staff are always welcoming and friendly, and always call to give updates. They found a nail in one of the tires and patched it up quick! Excellent service!

I was one of those customers that drives in 5 minutes before closing but I had a tire that needed fixing. The boys changed out my tire, kept the one to be fixed the next morning all before closing. The next morning, my tire was fixed, replaced and I was on my way in no time. Friendly, communicated well. Thanks guys!

OK Tire has excellent and timely service. They are extremely kind and efficient. We were able to bring in a vehicle and have it repaired on the same day we called. The price is also always reasonable.

This particular OK Tire has both good prices and good people. Other shops and locations have been 200% higher cost for the same parts and service, and other shops always seem to try to upsell you.
