Disappointing, went to SEE (& hear) KYLIE Minogue live at the Trak. Couldn't SEE a thing, and I'm 6 foot tall & felt sorry for anyone shorter than me. Unless you were in the front row you couldn't see a thing, people were even sitting on the bar to get a view. Then we tried to leave after 4 songs, the stairs were absolutely packed with people who were trying to see the stage, we had to fight our way out; I'm not sure if that is OH&S compliant I always believed stairs must be kept clear. Another thing we tried to get a drink at one of the three bars it took Sooooo long standing in line waiting to be served (25 minutes) and then when you get to the bar the servers are so inept. I wouldn't waste my time to see someone live at the Trak!

I went to Trak Bar last Saturday for the very first time….WOW what an amazing venue!! It’s a hidden venue tucked away in Toorak. After living and travelling overseas for 2 years I have been struggling to find a venue that offers the same WOW factor as the clubs overseas. We went on a Saturday night and was very impressed with the different rooms that offer a variety of different music from funky house, latin and Rnb - the venue is HUGE!! My friend and I found the staff extremely friendly too! We had this cool bar tender serve us who offered to make us one of his signature cocktail drinks. For memory I think it was called Everlasting Snozzberry, weird name but it tasted delicious! Great experience overall – I highly recommend Trak!

If you are from out of town (by out of town I mean outside of Toorak) do NOT bother showing up! My mate had a guest list for over 2 weeks and when we got to the door the 'security' wouldn't let us in! We got there at 9:30pm and half an hour later the street was littered with groups of people who were not allowed in! Even sexed up girls with dresses up to the labia. When I told mates about this, they had the same experience. DEFINITELY will NEVER even attempt to go back there. Screw you Trak!

Be warned: a disastrous venue that guarantees a disastrous night. Horrible food at ridiculous prices. Be prepared to fork out your wallet for a tiny piece of chicken and what seemed to be an under-cooked pancake of sorts (how do you even under cook pancakes? Jesus.) Despite the poor service and unsatisfying food, the worst of it came from the impolite and disrespectful staff and macho security guards with tough-guy attitudes. Will not be be coming here again

With best sound system and light system in town.. 3 operational full bar. About 800 capacity.. located in very posh area. No parking .. disability access very limited . Private seating area. Cleanliness in good condition. Security are not allowed to touch and man handle their own customers.. please love them .. as they drank inside your bar.

I went there last Saturday night for my Birthday party, I booked the VIP birthday package, they provide a good deal on the package list but when I was there I didn't get what I suppose to get on the list, also some of my guests couldn't get in because too many people was there I'm really disappointed and the service is very bad!!!, I won't back there again. By the way the venue is great.

Worst venue I have ever been to in my life! The price of drinks is absolutely ridiculous and the service was terrible! The wait for drinks was half an hour minimum and if I could see that the stuff we're working hard and doing the best that they could I wouldn't have minded but they were in no rush and were more interested in socializing than working. Massive thumbs down from me

Easily the best club in Australia!!! After travelling frequently to Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide theres nothing that even comes close to Trak. the place is huge!! I went down with a few friends a few weeks ago on a Saturday night.. The nights called Strut and the crowd was really classy and know how to party and the music is unreal!

Had some good times here at Trak thursdays in the past. Never had any issues with the staff, theyve always been great, crowds was great, saw an occasional fight but otherwise all good. Love this place as its so big, 4 levels, you can literally get lost in here when it all opens up, will be back when Corona is over!

I experienced two new things… a bartender stopping mid drink service to read and fully answer a text message and what’s worse she used her hands to put ice in my glass. How is this something that happens for 15$ a drink? Cool venue but I’ll never be back. Absolute filth.

Disgusting. The bartender checked her phone in the middle of making my drink and then scooped ice into my drink with her phone hand! Not a scoop! I don’t think using an ice scoop is too much to ask for when paying $15 for a single shot/mixer. Foul.

thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this location. the gorgeous young blonde working at the main bar was an absolute delight, made lovely conversation and made my night infinitely better. if you ever attend trak look out for amelie at the bar ❤️❤️

Never felt so humiliated from any bar. Talk about reverse racism!! Paid $25 to get in and to be treated like I shouldn’t be here. Came with a Greek friend and he was so ashamed of how we got treated. Can’t believe this exists. Never again.

Bar attenders treating customers like dogs. They literally yell and scream at you for waiting to order. They do not have any respect for customers... Stay away, there are plenty quality bars/clubs in Melbourne then this place.

Saw Josephine in concert - she was great, venue had a nice setup. Pity the acoustics were horrible with distortion in the end. Way too loud with either too much treble or too much base. Louder doesn’t always equal better.

Bollywood show tonight, 9:30 start time but still waiting to get in at 11:00pm. Poor management and organization. Rude security and couldn't be a worse place even after buying a pre purchase ticket.

Went to TRAK for my wedding after party, had an awesome time - great music, great vibe. Had VIP area organized, all went smooth and guests had an awesome time. Would definitely do it all again.

Went here on the weekend, lovely venue and staff. The girl who served me, I think her name was Amelie was so sweet and made my vodka raspberry perfectly. Will be returning. Slay

The floor was sticky so I was concerned about the safety and hygiene there but other than that the performance and music are amazing, almost the level of a concert.

Had a decent experience here while seeing Common and Talib Kweli. Lines were pretty long getting in and at the bar which was the only let down.

Generally a good Venue, albeit a little out of the way. Rock City here is really fun. When the lower part is open its really awesome.
