What an awesome little cafe. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by Bradford (one of the owners) in which he helped me while I decided what to drink (ginger shot and cold brew, pics below.) I snapped a picture of the menu and sent it to my wife to find out what she wanted. While waiting for her response I found out from Bradford that this shop supports local artists, and he told me of all the different events they have done. They are very community driven, and it showed in all the regulars who would come and go as I sat there. I placed an order for some pizza. While waiting i found the music was calm and quiet, they seem to have a massive record collection and I’m sure full of many classics. It’s easy to hang out here and have a conversation. There’s an old tv playing classic movies at the end of the bar. The decor screams 80s kids, as there was ninja turtles, aliens and ghostbusters memorabilia on display. The main wall featured many pieces of art, with lots of diversity. Upon receiving my order Bradford thanked me for stopping by, introduced me to his family, and I was on my way. The cafe itself is fantastic, and I will be back. Having owners that are engaging, present and glad you’re there is the icing on the cake. If you’re in the area I highly recommend stopping here. It’s a gem.
I was walking with my friend on Grand Avenue. She got thirsty and needed a cold drink. After we went back to her car, she decided to drive here. She got a smoothie. I got the bit of it that didn't fit in her to-go cup. It was good. It was cold. It seemed to be orange and banana. There is lots of cool art on the wall here. The guy working was pleasant and friendly. We were the only people in here on a weekday afternoon.

One of our favorite places in Phoenix. We make it a point to come here every time we are downtown and want a good cup of coffee/tea. The atmosphere is so positive and calming. AND it is family friendly! We can take our two boys with us and feel completely comfortable. They have so many things to do and look at in this little shop that they are occupied and enjoy the experience just as much as we do which is nearly impossible to find in the Phoenix area for coffee/tea shops. Gabe is such a kind dude and always greets us with a smile and just has all the good vibes. I cannot say enough about this place. Just go.
Owner is awesome and the food is excellent. Artwork on one wall is a display for local artists and are for sale by the artist. Service is great and everyone nice and helpful. Our bookclub is there once a month and the owner is so incredibly great about us rearranging the furniture to make a large table!!

I always come here to recharge and for relief. One of my Favorite places to come for a delicious simple and healthy choice for breakfast. Avocado Toast with 2 eggs on top is my favorite! Always get a Double Ginger Lemonade which is Organic Lemonade with Fresh Ginger shots. It’s spicy this way but my favorite medicine!

Quirky little place with a very interesting menu. We ate there with 6 people. Everyone got something different. Everything was delicious! I had Chai that was top notch, and a fascinating salad with bacon, avocado, tomatoes, capers, with fresh spinach. We also tried the Ginger Lemonade, avocado toast, Ruben, and a side of bacon. The people who run this place are exceptional.

This would be the perfect date coffee place! It's cute and artsy, not all corporate looking. Spent $17 for 2 coffees (Frappe & cappuccino) and 1 sandwich, which for me was a little pricy. The croissant was so deliciously flaky omg. Next time I'm just going to eat croissants The staff is friendly. It's the kind of place that makes you feel comfortable to hang.

Amazing!! Great ambiance, delicious food (and vegan options) and the owner was very kind. Also, homemade almond milk was a great addition to our coffee drinks. We can’t wait to stop by again and hope to take advantage of some of the board games they have scattered throughout the cafe!

I came here for an artist’s date to rejuvenate my soul and what a good choice it was! Excellent atmosphere and excellent chai. There’s natural light galore and lots of art on the walls. Gabe was very kind and attentive. The egg, cheese, and avocado jammy hit the spot, too.

Drove by a few times and kept noticing the fun artwork through the windows. Finally went inside this week and have since been back twice. Foods good, price is reasonable, the atmosphere is great and so are the employees. Grand Ave has the potential to be a really special place if more businesses like this can succeed there!
Notable service! This cafeteria was perfect to visit if you are looking for great coffee and desserts. Trust me! You will never be disappointed for sure! A great music selection and delicious desserts was heaven for me. A loyal customer here! I won't forget to recommend this cafeteria to all of my co-workers and relatives.
The best local coffee shop. Hosting local visual ...and audio artists. The owners are as friendly as can be:) historic building, expansive windows catch the glow of the setting sun. Great drinks, light lunch fare. Stop bý ...and say hi to Gabe and Bradford, the owners. Support our local businesses!
Good place for a good coffee or smoothie.

I found my new favorite coffee shop! Hands down the best java I've had in a while! Definitely a pleasant surprise after having too many watered down and over sweetened coffees from chain shops. The balance of rich coffee flavor with a hint of flavoring was perfect!

Very cool hole in the wall type of place I just happened to discover when I was working in the area and needed to stop somewhere with free wifi. The vegan nachos are delicious, you can tell the ingredients are fresh. Very reasonable prices. Great atmosphere and customer service.
Eclectic fun little place. Limited food menu, so not really the business lunch café I was seeking. Looks like a good place for friends and drinks. Loved the art everywhere. Despite the signs, I didn't lose my catalytic converter during my afternoon lunch stop. More
Yummmmmm. I live in Denver, was in Phoenix on a work trip and stumbled across Trans Am. What a cool find during my travels. It's got everything - amazing food, drink, atmosphere. A gem of a place. Will definitely come back on my next visit to Phoenix!!
Amazing relaxing cafe, walking into the cafe you automatically are looking at all the different painting and pictures on the wall. Owner is super friendly and has a really chill vibe. Food is great had the chai tea and avocado n eggs Take card or cash
Great little coffee shop, good successor to the Trunk Space. Neat art all over inside, air conditioning, and very helpful service. In addition to the coffee drinks (cortado is always one of my favorites) I'd recommend the very powerful ginger shot.
Neighborhood coffee shop with great sandwiches and drinks. The owner Gabe is a super cool guy. They also have some vegan/ vegetarian options, including an amazing sandwich and a homemade almond date shake.
Great coffee, small and delicious food menu. The owner puts a lot of care into everything he makes. Now offers alcoholic beverages as well. It's definitely a place you can spend a lot of time at.
Clean restaurant, with delicious food! Customer service was wonderful. Toddler approved of the pizza. Fun place to eat and take pictures

Nice place to grab a bite, coffee, hang out and just chill. Artsy for sure. Highly recommend to experience it yourself. It was great to drive by and finally see it open.
Attended an artist (Doug Bale) reception show which included new art works, poetry reading and music form various artists. Super casual & chill atmosphere. Great food.
Got breakfast with my mother this week and we loved it all! The food was wonderful, the art was eye catching, and the owner/operator was fun to talk to! More
Owners are great. Rotating art shows are well worth stopping by regularly. Sandwiches are stellar, and I know my way around a slice of bread.
Amazing and surprisingly cheap vegan food, tea, and smoothies with a cozy atmosphere and very nice employees! Everything was so delicious!
I adore this spot. So comfortable, so beautiful, and the staff is so kind. Delicious, simple sammies, and ginger juice are my go-tos.
Long term customer review! Great Chai’s, Great Food, and Greater atmosphere with one of the nicest Cafe Owners I’ve come across.
Gabe is extremely nice. Good food, good coffee, really cool environment. Bit of a drive for me, but always worth it. More
