Updated July 7, 2022: I still love this place for all the reasons mentioned below, but I wanted to say that I have been seeing Madison for almost 2 years. She is a godsend. Because of her I gained the physical and mental strength to overcome my injury. I don't know where I would be without her, I can't thank her enough. Every single staff at this facility is so kind, I wouldn't go anywhere else for treatment. Even when my own doctor sluffed me off Madison and the team here lifted me up. ------ I had never been to physio before this date, and on top of that I had no idea of what physio really entailed. The lady at the front desk (unfortunately I forgot her name) was very friendly and welcomed me to the facility. My appointment was with Madison, and she was honestly so kind and lovely! I felt the assessment was really thorough and it brought me some relief to know that my issue was something that could get better with time. She answered all my questions, helped me understand my issues, and listened with her full attention. She gave me really good advice and some stretches to help with my mobility and to work on strengthening the muscles we discussed. I left my appointment feeling better both mentally and physically! The building is also in a great location and the inside was so clean and spacious! It was a really nice area, I felt comfortable being there, and not to mention during covid I felt safe in regards to cleanliness. I'm looking forward to my next appointment and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

This is one of the best physio places I have ever been to. I have had 24 knee surgeries. Including a knee replacement recently and one more to go yet, 12 casts on my ankle, broken arm, sternum, clavicle, shoulder blade, ribs, fingers, toes, and a few other dislocations, ligament tears, rolled ankles and other sports injuries along the way and I can say by alot of experience that Irini, my physio therapist, is one of the best. She does not let me get away with wimping out or taking the easy road and I am so thankful, even though it hurts like hell!! Ashley at the front is also a very sincere and happy lady. She brightens my day even when I'm not having a great one myself. The prices are very reasonable as well! I highly recommend giving the place a try. I'm sure glad I did.

The facility is a newer well kept space with excellent equipment. As soon I walk in I’m always greeted with a smile no matter who is at the desk. The staff really cares and helps create a fun energy. I’ve become somewhat of a regular here dealing with various work/life injuries. I’ve had Narveen and most recently Nicole helping me get through some rough times physically and surprisingly the mental and emotional stress as well. Even the students coming in for practical work have been amazing. My take is you could flip a coin when trying to decide on a therapist and you’d win every time!!! Well done to the owners and all the staff on setting a very high standard on how this type of business should be run.

This has been my go to clinic for the past 15 years whenever an injury has popped up. My experience each time has been excellent - from the friendly front desk staff to the many physiotherapists and athletic therapists on staff. I have appreciated how much flexibility and availability has been offered for scheduling appointments. Over the past two years I have received physiotherapy treatment from both Shane and Narveen and have been grateful for their expertise and the support they have offered with my chronic injury. In addition, athletic therapist Caitlin Gooch has been incredibly helpful and persistent in my sessions with her. Plus they have a great new location in downtown Transcona!

I've been a customer at this horrific facility a few times not for reasons of great customer service or great expertise. In fact, because I live close to this facility. There service is horrific and they charge their customers $70.00 dollars for a 20 minute service which is suppose to be one hour long. In this 20 minute service they ice and provide a massage of the area of concern. If you are looking to get ripped off you have come to the right place "transcona physiotherapy" but if you want what you pay for avoid this place and search for another physiotherapy place with better expertise and professional people who are not out to rip off people in general.

Love the new location! Nerveen has worked with me to gain my normal life back! I can't say enough about her abilities to resolve my issues each time i attend an appointment! This is my third time i've gone for physio at Transcona Physio over the last 15 years. Each time I've gone in for different issues, but always get resolve and improvement everytime! I highly recommend you check them out!

Great place! Friendly and Professional staff! Location is rather big with an in depth knowledgeable therapist team. They inform you how to correction the injury and the steps in taking care of it in the future. They follow up with you regardless of a second appointment through email to see how you are doing. I never feel pushed into going for a follow up appointment.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a nice clean atmosphere. Newly renovated space with modern equipment. Narveen’s diagnosis was easy to understand and accurate. I could feel the results from the first visit, with some exercises at home I’m improving every day. Thanks to everyone at Transcona Physiotherapy.

Absolutely worthy of 5 stars. Staff is knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Richard is awesome! They assisted me with my shoulder injury and i left feeling great. Follow their advice and you will see results. I would highly recommend them, even if you dont live in transcona, its worth the trip.

Staff are very accommodating & easy to work with. Nicole, one of the Physiotherapists goes above & beyond with her treatments & instructs on procedures to do at home as well. She is always using different procedures so sessions are enjoyable. I would highly recommend this business!

Complete waste of time and money. The therapist spent a total of may be 5 minutes each time with me and during those five minutes not a single productive thing was really done. Started seeing a new therapist at a new location and instantly see the difference.

I was experiencing excruciating back pain so I decided to try Transcona Physiotherapy. Best decision!! The people are so welcoming and the physio service was extremely effective. I felt the difference after one treatment. I highly recommend this place!

Hi I’ve been going for physio for my knee. My therapist is Nareen and she is excellent in the way she treats my problem. Everyone at the clinic is friendly and pleasant. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who need’s physiotherapy

I've been seeing Madison for a while now and she's been super helpful! Very friendly & easy to talk to, set up good management plans with results! The space itself is also nice, always clean, lots of gym space, a lot of equipment.

I've been here twice for physio and my husband has been once. The staff we've dealt with have all been very professional. Always pleasant and friendly. It's a nice, comfortable environment to rehab in and close to home for us!

I've been seeing a therapist for a few months to help with a shoulder injury. The new office is beautiful, Nicole is great, and reception is friendly and helpful.

I had a hip replacement just over 3 weeks ago...I started at transcona physio with Ireni...she has been fantastic and positive...im almost ready for dancing!!!

My physio therapist is very good at listening and communicating what it take for me to be able to resume my mobility as much as possible.

Corrected my shoulder issue very quickly. Gabe me very clear instruction on at home exercises, and tested my progress at each visit.

Shane was great. He explained everything. I had much more mobility after just one visit. Would definitely recommend this place.
