I mean, where do i begin, quality customer service in planning...and all that comes along with planning (patience, advice and attitude)... its took me 3 days back and forth to pick our "forever" couch (size, depth, height, leather specs etc. etc), Nicola at Trasforma has been just the perfect "partner" to help us find us our perfect match. I have been to Kings, Phitzna and Nordic Design during our search and sad to say that I have felt awkward/uncomfortable to voice a concern or a change on our order/choice and even asking "too many" questions. My experience at Transforma was completely the opposite to those other furniture shops. The support I have received was top quality. Nicola was so pleasant, professional, genuine and easy going throughout the whole process (which took 3 days) also now i have a great memory attached to our "cloud" couch, which is not only top quality but also made in Australia, tick, tick and tick!

Not only have they curated an EXQUISITE collection of local and internationally made pieces (fully customisable!), but their customer service is also second to none. Genuine, thoughtful, full of passion and extremely professional. No problem is too big or too small. They are all about the detail, the quality, your happiness and the creative collaboration with their clients. Truly. Transforma is the absolute GOLD STANDARD of interiors. Highly recommended.

Our lounge was delivered to our first floor apartment by the Transforma delivery crew - Nick and George. They found a way to get it up our stairwell as it wouldn't fit in the lift. After finally getting it into the apartment, they helped us move our furniture around trying various layouts. Nick and George were patient, friendly, and had a wonderful manner the whole time - no complaining about the stairs, worked with us - they were so helpful. A real asset to Transforma. Thank you guys.

Transforma has never let us down. We have bought pieces over the years - most recently we had an Arthur G sofa made and we adore it, as we do all the pieces we've invested in. Tim, the owner, and the fabulous interior designer, Nicola, have always been polite, helpful, and ready with honest insights about what will work for us. The products can be pricey but they're keepers, with service to match.

I absolutely love this place. The furniture is inspirational, functional and made to last. My only warning - its hard to leave the place without a purchase. The people are fantastic to deal with. They even helped with some interior styling advice. Apparently they have opened a new outdoor furniture section to the showroom which I can’t wait to explore when the back pergola is complete.

Over the last few years we have purchased a number of beautiful pieces from Transforma - our most recent purchase was an Arthur G Capri sofa in Tahiti petrol. This colour was suggested by the wonderful Nicola and we couldn’t be happier. Nicola’s knowledge of her products is excellent- her styling even better!

I purchased a luxury bed mattress combination 8 years ago, recently it needed an adjustment, one phone call to Transformer and the following day, at the time agreed upon, two tradesmen from Transformer arrived and fixed the problem without mess or fuss and without cost. 5 star outstanding service.

Ordered an item in Nov 22. Was told it was in stock. Over charged, weeks to get refund for difference. Then in Dec was told item was shipping. By Jan nothing arrived. Emailed multiple times, no reply. Then in Feb 23 they delivered the incorrect item.
