Bought tour tickets for a museum tour, including skip the line museum tickets, with this company but due to a glitch on the website got tickets for an earlier time than I bought, but didn’t realize until I showed up for the tour at the time I had booked (3 hours after the one I had received without realizing). They had tickets for entry 45 minutes later available, and we said we’d be fine to take those even though there was no tour available at that time. They told us that we had to pay them for those tickets since we had missed the time we had received in error, despite that we’ve already paid them 3 times the price of the tickets for a tour we didn’t take, and even though we weren’t asking for anything to be refunded. When I tried to ask them to give me the tickets, the older man in the office started to yell at us. Awful service - would never use them again.

we had a small group tour for Accademia with our tour guide Tommy. He gave us a very good background about paintings in Accademia, where to look and make connections. ofc also sculptures from Michelangelo and famous David :) We could be blind without his knowledge to appreciate other(prisoners) sculptures than David. He explained David in great detail. Thanks to Tommy we had lots of research materials and even we made measurements outside of Duomo to see where David could land

We had a really enjoyable and informative time with our guide Tommy. He clearly has a passion for the subject and brought to our attention a number of points we would have completely missed if we had been on our own. He was able to bring to life connections between different pieces of art, locations and artists demonstrating great historical knowledge of the subject throughout. We enjoyed his company, subject passion and sense of humour. Thank you.

Our guide Tommy was outstanding in sharing deep insights on our tour covering the Academia and Uffizi Gallery. Especially love the tour focused on Michaelangelo's David sculpture, unfinished prigionieri and the Tondo Doni. There are also a lot of sharing enroute the respective galleries which was also very insightful. Recommend Tommy to anyone keen to learn about these galleries and a good Florence tour.

Tommy is a guide who’s really knows how to make you see the special details and all the secret of the place your visiting. Answering our question, speaking all languages ( visit in English but sometimes French and Spanish too ! ) thanks to him we wanted to continue visiting for hours ! 1 hour English guided tour through Galleria Dell’Academia. Tommy was our guide and he ended up giving us a “private” tour (other participants were not present and Florence Specialists did not cancel on us). He gave us a wonderful explanation on Michelangelo’s “David” and the “Prigioni” statutues. Very much recommend a guided tour.

Bilety kupione przez stronę internetowa za około 110 zł za osobę. Wejście bez kolejki, które tak było reklamowane na stronie wcale nie jest bez kolejki. Nie dość, ze nie weszliśmy na swoja godzinę przez opóźnienie, to dodatkowo kolejka była ogromna. Czyli wniosek - kupujesz droższe bilety, a wcale nie masz z tego powodu korzysci.

Billets pris sur site internet ; payé 15€ plus cher par billet pour un « coupe file » pour un rdv 16h30 (où on nous dit de venir à 16h15) pour au final faire la queue Et attendre 20 minutes de plus que l’heure prévue donc arrivée 16h15 pour rentré à 16h50 Pas de véritable « coupe file »

Truly such a chaotic way of receiving a ticket you have booked so far in advance in order to not wait in line and then they make you wait in line,five people in the office and no other customers and still not getting my tickets. Do not recommend whatsoever.

Tommy and his description of details that I would have overlooked was AWESOME! I would have looked at the sculpture and paintings and said, "Yep, there they are." However, he showed me things that made the visit well worth the money. …
