Last week I went solo to Srilanka through travel delegates and had the worst experience of my life ever , although I paid full money well in advance , they did not cover all the places as mentioned in itenary , Ravindra the travel agent sweet talked me only till I took the package after that he never responded to my messages and calls although I faced a lot of problems there , the driver Tilak refused to take me places hence I ended paying my own money for parking and hiring tuk tuk also none of the freebies they promised were offered I had to buy my own sim card which they blocked later also had to buy my own water bottle etc .Please ladies going single do not even dare book with them the driver at every step told me he would cancel the tour midway through also in many places I walked around on my own for siteseeing as he refused to come along . Never again with travel delegates.

My travel to Sri Lanka was nothing short of dream tour. Right from the time I landed at Colombo I was greeted by my driver from travel delegates who was very welcoming and warm, he took me to all different places. He was an excellent guide and even better chauffer. All the accomodations were very well arranged with all necessities taken care of. Although the itinerary need to be more clearly described to avoid confusion, so that tourists are well aware of budget and entry fees of all the spots. I have met lovely people and have seen wonderful places, tasted amazing food. This tour has given me most beautiful memories. Was very happy with my choice of taking the service of travel delegates, it was hassle free and safe. Loved the experience.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE! I travelled with Travel Delegates in Jan 2019 with my daughter. In starting I was worried to travel alone just we 2 females. But Mr. RAVI from Travel Delgates gave us the assurance of full safety. And he did what he promised. He gave us the best driver Mr. SURANGA and the best itinerary with best hotels every where . The whole trip was organized so well and I did not face any difficulty any where INSPITE of being alone with my daughter I felt so safe. I was given a local sim card with talk time and internet and all the other things which were promised to me. Thank you so much for such a memorable trip. We had an amazing Srilanka trip which was organized by Travel Delegates team. Mr. Ravi is so professional and customized our trip as per our expectations. I am sure that any other travel agent wouldn't have customized to the level that Ravi had done. Though it's the peak season, he customized all our hotels, activities, train ride perfectly. Our guide/driver Mr.Parishkanth is so friendly and made sure that we experience all unique things in Srilanka. He is so flexible and moulds as per your expectations. We booked through TD Tours as a friend had previously used this company. They were very accommodating and replied to emails very quickly during the planning phase. The whole tour went according to plan and our driver picked us up at the airport very efficiently and looked after us . We stopped at roadside vendors to taste different fruits, fried fish and many others. Our driver was always on time and drove very efficiently albeit slightly scary at times , but that’s Sri Lanka traffic!! I would thoroughly recommend this company, they are efficient and very helpful. Don’t be put off by paying when you arrive. We paid the whole lot on day 1 and paid in Indian currency. We booked our anniversary trip from Travel Delegates through Travel Triangle app. It turned out to be the perfect choice to see beautiful Srilanka through TD. We are from india.we a team of 9 people stayed at srilanka from 3/11/19 to 13/11/19. From airport pick up to drop we were taken care by Travel delegates including hotel stay, transit and boarding. It was really an excellent experience during our eleven days stay. The management,driver,hotels at various places we visited all were superb. The trip was organised in a structured and planned way. I had a wonderful vacation while in Sri Lanka with Travel Delegates Travels. During my pre-trip planning, Staffs were very helpful and made sure to build my itinerary around the sights I wanted to see. My guide, Jude, was there to greet my family at the airport and did a fantastic job taking us all over the island and sharing information about his country. we never felt worried because we knew we were being taken care of! I would definitely recommend them for anyone travelling to Sri Lanka.

Myself and my husband did a 7 days tour of Sri Lanka with TD Tours. Thanks to Sanjaya, our tour guide, from the moment we met him, he made us feel very welcome, very comfortable and he was very obliging. We were sad to see him go on the 7th day. Mr. Ravi planned our entire trip very nicely. Our guide / chauffeur sanjeewa was also excellent, he drove through the mountain roads extremely well , he has 15 years of experience. I really enjoyed my Sri Lanka trip with 2 of my friends. Our driver/guide was a very nice person, made us feel safe, took our pictures and show us places only locals know. The hotels were best in the budget, I don't think any other company can provide all those facilities at such a cheap price. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Suranga as a guide at Travel Delegates Tours if you want a fun time in Sri Lanka. Made me and friends I met along the way very welcome and comfortable. He didnt provide what he told as . Two of the hotels was complete different, instead of 4 stars hotels it was 3 . Moreover when he took the money he didnt even answers the msgs . Not recommended
