We got married last fall and used Travel Leaders Indy to book our honeymoon to Belize. Not only were they SUPER responsive leading up to the trip, but they also customized our whole trip just to what we needed and wanted to experience. The main reason I will use them again and recommend them to others is that on the night that we were to fly out, there was a huge storm and our flight along with many others was cancelled and we were not able to get out until the following Monday. As these were tickets booked outside of the agency and we did not book travelers insurance (most definitely will moving forward) I was not super hopeful we could make the trip as planned. But our Travel Agent, Amanda Steele, was fantastic! She answered an email on a Saturday (which I was not expecting) and she was able to alter our trip to accommodate our new dates within a few hours. She went above and beyond what I expected of her and their team. My husband and I enjoyed 5 days in the beautiful Belize and it was all thanks to these guys!

Met the owners at a Bridal Expo. Discussed a custom backpacking through Europe adventure and the desire to take the over night trains. At the Expo this was possible. Set an appointment for 2/21/2015. When we came to the appointment we were greeted by the owner, despite our appointment being with Courtney. No biggie, she had a sick kiddo and couldn't make it in. We went over how we wanted to take the over night trains and how we wanted a day in each city. We were told "I wouldn't want that." Well good, YOU are not going with US! We were told that we would receive follow up - it is not a month later and we have yet to receive a call or email or anything. Good news, we have booked our flights and spent time on the web learning the Euro-rail, so we will book this all on our own.

This is the 2nd time we have used Travel Leaders and Courtenay has been so kind and patient with us in choosing our Caribbean destination. We had such a great time at the Bucuti in Aruba that even though she tried to entice us to other destinations this time, we decided to go back and were not disappointed at all. Alex was so helpful at the last minute in fixing a mix up in the passenger information and again when my husband thought he lost his passport in Miami just before boarding the plane to Aruba. His patience and calm voice helped me not panic and I did find it in the pocket of a bag that he swears he did not put it in. All went well for us from there! Thank you again and hope we will use you again in the near future!

Our experience with Travel Leaders Indy, especially with Amanda, was fantastic. I can't recommend her enough! My husband and I used her for our honeymoon and it was a breeze. She gave us all of her recommendations and made our trip effortless for us. One thing I would love to note, is that when we arrived at Sandals Grenada, we were greeted with a complimentary breakfast in bed and a sweet note from Amanda. Once we arrived home, she was letting us know that she was watching out flights and making sure we were making it back home with no hiccups. It's the little things! Won a $500 certificate with these guys for donating blood. Then I went to cash it in for Disney World tickets. The total was below the $500 mark, but I still had to hand over money. Really? I know it's a business, and businesses exist to make money, but when you give a certificate as a charitable donation that's a tax write-off for you, you still have to profit? You used self-imposed policies to justify extra charges because I didn't need or want to let you upsell me a bigger package. Shame on you. I still got a $500 value for $50, but this practice is shady and unprincipled.

We have used Amanda at Travel Leaders Indy as our travel agent for the last few years. She is amazing! She is very patient with us and gives us a lot of options to look at. She plans everything from the airfare, transfers and resort. Every place we have ever been, that she has recommended, we loved. We just returned from Iberostar Paraiso Grand and it was fabulous.
