I would like to share my experience with them. I bought a watch a while ago. I realized that it is kind a loose so I need to make the cord shorter. So, I enter the store. I explain the situation to the guy and he fixed it in 30 sec. After that he was asking me $3 for that. I said, I don't have cash with me and also I am surprized he was charging for that. I didn't see any store charge for such a small thing. Contrary, he was telling me, "Nothing is free ". I believe he doesn't know, I am potential customer and there is a term says that "Customer Satisfaction Necessary". I said, I have credit card. The guy get pissed and keep telling nothing is free etc. I said, I can get the cash from atm it is fine. After that, he did some calculation and he was asking me $3.26 if I will pay with the credit card. I said, Yes sure, you can charge that much. I believe for such a jewellery store, they have to be ashamed because of this attitude. Looks like, they need this even $0.26 cent so badly. But, I told him, Online reviews are free sir, I don't need to pay for it! That's why I am writing this review. Hopefully nobody will ask me to pay for this lol. Have a nice day! :)

Went here after being insulted at Giovanni’s Jewelers (go to that page for that review) and could not be happier with the results. Initially was quoted $600 at the other spot for the *same exact chain* that I got here for $300. Additionally, other spot said it’d be two weeks and $300 to fix my nana’s old gold ring. Here they did it in four days for $60. They were trying to manage my expectation and tell me wouldn’t be as beautiful as before but it still is! Love it and I’m super happy with the cost of everything plus the customer service. Will definitely go back for anymore jewelry needs!

I purchased a Beautiful set of Bangles for myself and my infant Granddaughter. So please with my purchase I returned to purchase my Granddaughter a new set as she hs grown out of her original set. The quality of my items are so good that my Granddaughter can give them to her little girl when she has some. I travel to New York from Florida to make my purchases I pray that they get an online site.

Lots of good-looking jewelry. Bad service, though. When I asked about pink stones, he said "that's Manhattan stuff", and brought me to a diamond section. I asked about ethical gemstones, and he said "well, we don't punch anyone when we get gems". Clearly he had no interest in actually giving me what I was looking for. I won't be coming back.
