Had to return a wrong pair of shoes I received for Christmas. The whole staffed the process of not only returning the shoes easy but exchanging to a pair that was compatible with my hybrid bike. Stopped by to browse, pass time and checkout out the new Madone SLR series 7. One of the sales gentleman (I forgot his name) assisted me. He was very informative and knowledgeable of the bikes. I almost walked out with a very expensive bike. They offer trade-in for your older bikes if your inclined to upgrade.

I’m very impressed with the service department. I brought my Santa Cruz Blur in for a full service (including shock & fork rebuild). They got my bike back to me in two days. The techs & staff are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I really could not ask for a better experience.
