We hired Trek Movers to move 3 big pieces of furniture across town, 2 of which would need to be disassembled. We hired 2 men for the job. They showed up on time, took a look at the apartment, and got to work. The foreman, Arthur, was very helpful and communicative. His partner was new at the job and a bit slower as a result, but there's only so much Arthur can do about another grown man. Ultimately the furniture was taken apart and loaded in the truck relatively quickly. My mother met the movers on the other side of town and said they did a good job unloading and getting the furniture through tight spaces. She even flexed her muscles as a 3rd mover! Overall I have no regrets with this company, I have paid less before but it was for significantly worse experiences . Thank you Arthur for making the move stress-free!

The two guys who moved me the day before yesterday were absolutely fantastic. Showed up right on time, and were able to load up the truck in 50 minutes or so. They took great care of my stuff, were very pleasant to chat with, and were extremely efficient unloading things into my new apartment. Everything went smoothly, and all in all from start to finish it took 2 hr and 15 minutes. Foreman Tim was a real professional. Also, after he clarified that this is my second time using this company, he immediately called the office and they gave me a 5% discount. It was very gratifying. I saved some money for a nice celebratory dinner for sure =) A pleasant surprise) Couldn't be happier. I can definitely recommend this company to everyone !!!

When I was moving across the state, I needed a reliable relocation company to assist me with that relocation. The service that this mover provided was well-worth noting. Normally, companies already have good reviews, but I was shocked to see some other customers discontent with their service -- the same company that made my life so much simpler. Due to a limited budget and time frame, I thought I was never going to be able to adequately accommodate myself. In addition to this, I already had two bad experiences with prior movers. One basically took my money and left and the other never showed. When I was ready to just give up, a friend recommended me these guys and I'm happy about it.

I also found these movers on Craigslist. They are amazing! They showed up on time and charged exactly what they said they would - the only surprise was how hard and how fast they worked. They blew me away. I moved from a 3rd floor apartment into a 3 Story Townhome and they didn't leave a mark on anything. Not my furniture or my walls. They never stopped moving and did even more than I expected. I love these guys and will recommend them to anyone. Also, the office managers from their office were very professional and got back to me very promptly from the first time I inquired until the day of my move. Very impressed with the whole organization.

Movers were great. I had two movers both named Jack. My move was scheduled for Friday morning at 8am; I recommend trying to get first appt of day. They were on time and ready to go. I had some furniture going to storage and some going to new place. Furniture was wrapped quickly and efficiently; both the stuff going to storage and other home. They were very quick, had my place done in 1 hr and 15 min then off to new location where they were done in 30 minutes. Nothing was damaged in regards to the furniture and walls. Customer service is also great. I communicated with Donna and she always got back to me right away. Highly recommend!

I'm not one to write reviews for anything, unless the service is horrendous or on the flip side, just plain awesome. Our last moving company was over 3 hours late and they ended up bringing brought too small of a truck, because their original truck apparently had a 'flat tire.' This left our new furniture scratched, torn, and in some cases broken. This moving company was the exact opposite. The movers were early, extremely careful with our furniture, fast, and very professional. We hired a 3-man team. The company's rates are some of the best I've seen and their customer service really won us over. I'd recommend them to everyone.

I will never use another moving company again. TREK is the best from start to finish. They were super responsive and professional throughout the process of getting a quote, getting my questions answered, and scheduling my move. They offered a remarkably reasonable rate. And the day of was even better. Tim and his team were total pros. They were efficient, considerate, and extremely careful with my belongings. Tim provided suggestions and materials to make sure everything stayed clean and secure during the move and on arrival. If you're in TREK’s service area, don't use anyone.

This moving company and the movers I had were amazing! I was dreading the move because people kept telling me how much movers were a nightmare and cheat the system and don’t care about your stuff. I had three movers, (Tim, Alex and David). They were fabulous. They were punctual, actually a few min early, and worked hard and took great care of my VERY heavy furniture. They made the driving time in about the same time as I did in a fast small car! They rebuilt everything, never complained and were very respectful! Would highly recommend and use again in no time!

The movers did an absolutely excellent job relocating a few rooms of furniture around for me. They deftly and expertly maneuvered large and awkward pieces of furniture through narrow doors and hallways, and were very careful not to damage the delicate finish on our walls. They arrived on time, got the job done fast, and were both very friendly, thoughtful guys. They even disassembled and moved a queen size bed for me, and put it back together *better* than it had been before. Not your average movers. Would recommend them to others.

My family and I used TREK Moving Company to move from one part of Glendale to another part of Glendale. Thomas and his team were excellent. The were fast while also carefully handling our furniture. They tackled issues with moving our furniture especially we couldn't fit our couch through the door and they had to scale through our balcony window. Cool service, I enjoyed their movers. The move was smooth thanks to the team. They worked hard and were careful with my fragile stuff. Well, not only with fragile one, I was impressed to see their maneuvers when they carried out sofas. Nothing was damaged. I also did some work like packed a toaster and a coffee grinder. I could say the service was fair, I payed upon unpacking and wasn't charged extra. High level, recommend.

Very slow since they charge per hour. One bedroom rental move to another one bedroom rental took 7 hours. And I don’t even have much. I had already packed everything myself. I chose them based on their reviews but they buy their reviews. Same way they offered discount after my move if I write a review.

TREK did a great job moving our items. They very carefully wrapped all of our furniture in padding and shrink wrap and were sure not to scratch our walls/floors when moving items in and out. They were very professional. Quotes are quickly delivered via email. I would highly recommend their service!!!
