Terrible Tropical Smoothie!! Do not go here! They deserve zero stars.First of all, the speaker does not even work properly so you have to repeat your order multiple times. They still get your order wrong at the window. I ordered 2 smoothies and a young girl at the window let it sit by the window for over 15 minutes without giving it to me she handed me 3 containers with no bag she asked what my order was 3 times she had no concept of what was going on. She was sitting against the window with her AirPods in and she kept walking past the window and never asked or was concerned about me waiting 45 minutes. She also had a very nasty attitude. I had 2 smoothies and 2 wraps it took 45 minutes and they had at least 6 workers working unbelievable. You should higher adults not children!! They have no work ethic or any idea about a job. Very disappointed never going back to that location!!!

This place is by far the worse place to go if you decide to zip through the drive thru. They are extremely slow. Expect about 7-8 minutes per car ahead of you. I go there occasionally because my daughter loves the smoothie, but my wife and I try to avoid the place because we don’t have half and hour to sit and wait for a smoothie. I did dine in once with a friend who enjoys the food and he said that this was the slowest Tropical Smoothie he has been to, especially since it took so long to talk to us and we were 2 of the only 3 customers there. They only spoke after I said “Let’s go to Five Guys, their quicker,” after standing there for almost 10 minutes. Smoothies are good, food is meh, service is terrible, and has been since the started business.

I have been going to tropical smoothie for more than 10 years and order the same health nut for me and my family but today I was very disappointed in what I have gotten from this place. Taste, look and ingredients are not correct and the worst part is my son is allergic to certain kind of nut. As you can see from the photos, not really sure of what they put into it but it tastes like peanuts and lots of soy milk. What I’ve order is health nut with whey protein. I went back inside to question it but they don’t seem to know the difference or just ignoring the fact that they are caught making smoothies with incorrect ingredients. Please be careful of what you order as it may contains ingredients your kids maybe allergic to. Pictures on the right(light color) was thrown in the trash for my son safety.

My money was stolen from me. I made an online order that i needed to cancel. The app stated i needed to call the store to cancel the order. I called them, they said they would cancel the order and refund me to my debit card. Refund never came, and i never picked up the food obviously. I called customer service to inquire about the refund. They said they'd make a ticket and get back to me. I never heard back. I disputed it with my bank and they refunded me the money. Now its like 2 months later and the bank has charged me again for that amount stating it was not a fraudulent charge. So again im being charged for food i never got. Thats really sad and disappointing that this company couldnt get it together enough not to charge me $16 for food i never got. Do better. I wont be back.

Reviewing as a door dasher. Only ones allowed inside were mobile orders. So we waited for our door dash orders inside. I wish I could have videoed the employees behavior. We waited way too long for our order as employees took their time preparing orders and goofing off talking to eachother through the microphones. Two girls stopped helping make orders and started mopping even though the drive thru line was outside of the parking lot. They got an order wrong I had to get corrected. Very poor customer service and work ethic. No one was taking charge if there was a manager on duty. Lost my business by the lack of professionalism and lack of customer service. Also noticed they rinsed the blenders out with no soap only water. Yep ya lost my business at this location.

Staff was very friendly, location was very clean, and the food was great. The smoothie was also good. I congratulate the staff for always smiling and for management for keeping the location clean ( I observed the manager picking up little scraps of trash from outside, details like that are normally overlooked). Staff also called me by name, thats a big plus! They also followed up to see if i was happy with my smoothie an meal twice! Great concept! Only recommendation i would have is if it could have a small lounge area. A couch or two in the corner would have been perfect! I would have definitely lounged amd wpuld have read a book and taken care of some work. Maybe even another smoothie. Ill definitely be returning when im back in the area!

I’ve been coming to tropical smoothie for years and always good service. Today there was a 20 minute wait to order and receive my smoothie. That’s fine I understand sometimes things are busy. But I refuse to be disrespected by a MANAGER of tropical smoothie. TeeLa was extremely rude and abrasive on the speaker taking my order and at the window. She continued to speak over me while ordering and when I showed her my military ID to get my hard earned discount she rolled her eyes and wouldn’t look at my ID. I have never been treated so poorly at tropical smoothie and I am extremely disappointed.

I'm going to do an instant evaluation based on immediate vibe or feeling. Bad Karma. Perhaps the word average might be better here. This is a small bistro environment, which, from what I could see has very little adult supervision. And as you might imagine, this is what happens. The smoothie itself isn't that bad it's a product that can also be made in any home blender. The stryofoam serving cup does as intended but the cheap plastic straw simply doesn't move anything. You'd think they'd have thought of that.... Deduct some stars. Save yourself something. Buy a good blender.

Ordered one smoothie inside and after 16 mins I finally asked the guy how much longer it would be. He then poured my smoothies and gave it to me. To be fair he was going as fast as he could and they made him answer the phones. They had 6 employees in the building but only one making smoothies. One woman who was working was sitting in the lobby on her laptop. This was not a staff shortage issue this was the shift lead not delegating properly. It makes no sense to have one person making smoothies and when this store has high traffic.

Im not even the “write a review type of person” BUT I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS LOCATION.. not only do they ALWAYS take forever. My order is ALWAYS wrong… they Also close at 9 but you better get there at like 8:15 because around 8:30 they start closing and purposely move slow. Today I think I’m officially done with tropical smoothie cafe !!!!!!..daytime shift is full of teenagers who don’t care about customer service.all they do is play and be on their phones ….here’s my hummus veggie wrap and harvest cheddar chips that I ordered today

From 5 stars to one! See 5 star review below....service was slow and my food was cold I dont even have the patience for this review right now. OLD REVIEW Fast friendly service my food was hot! Only which they had smaller smoothie options I never finished mine unless that's the only thing I order. Its kinda in my area not to far of sa drive great place to stop in and grab something on the lighter side if in the area. Prior to going into Walmart so you dont over fill your cart lol.

The smoothies are typically pretty good, but the wait time in the drive thru is ridiculous. It literally never fails, if you going through the drive thru you can expect to wait at least 30minutes. Pick up orders inside are pretty quick. I’ve experienced a wait only a few times when going inside. No more than 15 minutes after my promised ready time.The employees on the inside aren’t the friendliest either. If I had another option I probably wouldn’t come to this location.

I've been to this tropical smoothie many times because my husband has worked at the airport for 7 years. Not once has it been a good experience. Usually I wait in drive through for at least 30 minutes. This time tho the line was short but only because they were so short staffed they were not serving any food only smoothies. This is not fair for the staff and I feel management needs to do a better job. Food and smoothies are good tho, just a pain to get

Bathrooms are large, single toilet areas with handlebars. Entrance with no stairs, large enough gaps between the tables to navigate a chair. There is a nice selection of low tables you can park a chair at.

Visited several times, never disappointed by what I ordered. The only problem has been the insane wait times in the drive through. Seriously.. If there's more than a couple waiting.. Get ready to wait a minimum of 20 minutes.

I love me some smoothies from tropical smoothie, but lately I have had a some very unpleasant experiences. I tried calling today and was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. Called back and the phone line was busy. Called back 10xs and line still busy. Also the last time I got a smoothie the pineapples were not mixed all the way through and I had big junks. Not cool at all as much money as I spend here

Tropical smoothie Cafe has some very delicious smoothies. You really can't go wrong with whichever you choose. The location has a bright, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The wait for your order isn't to terribly long. The restrooms were very well kept. The entire location seemed out together and clean everyone wore a mask unless you were drinking a smoothie and that was nice.

My fiance came here the other day. She loves TSC. She ordered a sandwich and a smoothie. She ordered the sandwich without tomato (because she's allergic). The sandwich was cold, cheese was not melted, tomato was on the bread. And to top it all off, they double charged her. We are sorting out the issue with our bank but still. This service for the price she paid is unacceptable.

Worst experience this evening. Young lady running drive thru lacks customer service skills. She didn't even greet me and handed me wrong order. I waited a few minutes and she came back. She took the drink back and online order. I said yes then she brought me correct order. No apology, nothing. So I guess that's the new service, no greeting, no apologies, no thank you.

Ordered online through the app. Customer service inside the cafe was wonderful. Attentive cashier - even though I ordered online - was asked about my order to make sure it came out promptly. The quesadilla I ordered was delicious! My only complaint was somehow NOT getting credit for the free smoothie on my account but I was too hungry to care… lol.

The drive thru is always backed up. We made the WORST decision to wait it out and get some smoothies today. It took almost 35 minutes to even order. And once we did, we waited another 10-15 just to pay. The smoothies came out terrible. There is barely any flavor & basically tastes like water. I’m definitely never coming back here.

The smoothies are tasty, but they are SO SLOW. They have cancelled my order completely after more than half an hour has past several times, and were abrupt and short when I've gone in person. There is also always a 5-6 car long line in the drive-thru every time I go by. It's enough to make me consider stopping going altogether.

The line is wrapped around the building; 6 cars deep. I’ve already been here 5 minutes and haven’t moved . I’m going to leave after two more minutes, because at this rate I’ll be here 20 minutes. This is the third time I’ve come and it’s this long . I’ll just go to McDonald’s for a worse smoothie just to have it quicker.

What can I say other then.. Hannah is THE BEST !!! Her customer service was impeccable!! She greeted me with a pleasant smile. While Ms Hannah was helping me she was even smiling then. I would definitely recommend this location. Just make sure you ask for Hannah. When you do make sure you tell her Ebony sent you... ;)

Ordered the new Red Sangria Smoothie w/ kiwi, pomegranate, non fat yogurt, spicey apple and lots of yum and the Thai Chix wrap. Always love the wraps, but really enjoyed the new Red Sangria Smoothie. Saw the new Jax Jaguar Smoothie made w/ banana, coconut and pineapple. Marked that one for next time.

If you need to go somewhere at a reasonable time don't come here they're extremely busy understaff overworked and by the looks of it the smoothie wouldn't be great. Pay people more so that you can have workers. I'm never coming here I was almost late for work. It's fast food for a reason.

Pulled into drive thru and after 20 minutes, one car moves ahead. I've been here dozens of times, and every time is like this. I keep coming back because I love the smoothies and food for me and the kids, but management HAS to fix the logistics of the drive through. Thanks

To not offer curbside pick up is a little crazy. So I can place an order online but still have to wait in the long drive thru lane. Its hard for me to lug all my little ones in and then out with all the cups. They might have good food, but will be visiting elsewhere.

Love the menu and the atmosphere! Jerk chicken bowl and the lean machine! I usually get the sunrise sunset and baja bowl. I've also tried the watermelon mojito they had for summer. My husband swears by the triple berry oat, and hes got a pressed Cuban sandwich!

The gentlemen that worked Saturday July 31 in the morning 8am deserves a raise or promotion. The other workers called off and he was alone. He professionally let us know so we wouldn't be upset about anything. He didn't seem annoyed and the food was delicious.

Pickup and dine-in currently closed. Drive through is a 25 minute wait. The cajun shrimp wrap I got had cold shrimp in it and no dirty rice. The smoothies are good at least, but the experience is not worth the trouble.

Had the Kiwi, strawberry and banana smoothie. Also with a Flatbread chicken, bacon and ranch. The service was outstanding the lobby and restrooms was nice and clean.
