Its 2045 and its closed. Drive thru screen is broken due to vandalism. Automated voice comes on saying they are closed. If you wait someone will ask how they can help you. This TS is very ghetto and unprofessional. The lobby is never open either. They are always out of products. You also cannot order online anymore.

Customer service here is horrible! Out of almost every fruit, smoothies are watery, workers are not polite and don’t greet the customers, order takes along time, wrap was very tough to eat! Probably won’t go back! Sucks cause I waited months for this to open and was hopeful it would be my go to spot for smoothies!

This was the worst location. The employees are rude and had me waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes after i had told them i was here for a pickup order. They never came out. I went inside and my smoothie was almost melted and after i left realized they didn’t give me my side i paid for. Horrible service.

Service was really bad. Three people came in after us, and got their drinks before us. After waiting 20 minutes I asked the guy at the counter where our order was, and he didn't remember what we ordered. Not sure how long we would have sat there, if I didn't say anything. Won't be coming back here again!

Hit or miss with this location. Ice chunks in the smoothies multiple times. Workers tonight were both new and did not know how to work the register. One of them had their things in the lobby with their phone plugged into the wall, not very professional. We will be going to the metro location from now on.

This location is awful. The drive-thru is completely pointless. The screen is broken and they can never hear what you’re ordering. Takes forever to get an order even if there are no other customers. The employees don’t seem happy and they always say they’re out of the kale salad side.

Walked in and no one greeted us. There were two people working and they could have at least said hi. We stood there about 5 min and during that time one of them answerd the drive thru but neither one acknowledged us at all. Maybe they didn't like my rainbow shirt.
