I went there to get my car wash but didn’t have loonies or toonies. I gave then quarter and asked them if they could get me loonie so that I can wash my car. Erfan said they don’t have any loonies. I ask politely if they could open the machine and I pay them using quarter. He mentioned that I need buy wash for atleast 10mins or 15mins which is like $10. All I wanted to do it spray the front bumper for like 2 mins with pressure as I was heading from one city to different. He said he can’t help. I said open the machine for 2 mins and take $4 of cash or by card or if he could get some loonies out of the machine where we insert it. Well, apparently he said in an attitude (while using phone at work) that I just work here I dont have keys to the machine and that he can’t help me with anything. True Blue just wanted to mention that you guys will be out of business soon if you have this attitude. I went for a car wash with cash but I came empty handed. No customer skills, No critical thinking and no effort to make customer happy. You didn’t sell the only thing which you are specialized in to the person who’s in need. There’s no need to market to people if you are sending them away.

Wow new ownership is fantastic!!! So helpful! Came in with a short-bus style RV and boat to wash and they could not have been more wonderful! Helped lead me in to park and were okay with the boat hanging out of the bay a bit and helped to direct others around and even helped and got a rod to clear the boat drain hole when it got clogged during cleaning. I didn't even ask. They just noticed me struggling to clear the clogg and came to help. Everyone there, especially Serge really could not have been any more nice, helpful and friendly than they were. The bays were all very well kept and the whole whole facility well maintained. The water is very hot and the pressure is awesome. Great amount of time for the price too. Can use tap and pay or coins too which is nice and they are available to give change if you need. My RV is 9.5' high and it fits in and under the wand arm just right. Definitely the best self serve car wash close to central Winnipeg.

Super friendly owner. We have a friendly chat whenever I am usually there. He has been so helpful and provides reasonable deals time to time. Takes care of the premises properly and himself. He has really created more value from just the straight coin deposit wand wash. Even though it is bit far from my place, I still take the extra time to go here because the place deserves the business and it is always good to see the manager. Please take time to support this independent business. The more customer base he gets, the more he will probably provide good cleaning packages. This is asking a lot but hey if there was like a big dryer or something, this would make it the best wash ever. :D

New Ownership! Clean, wide Bay, very long business hours. Open on weekends. Way better than before. Strong pressure. Advice: no CC tap function on machine. So you need to bring coins or cash(to exchange them into coins at the machine). Also, not enough sud. They need to upgrade the foaming system. Except if you bring your own bucket and soap (you only can do that when there is no line up) Edit: goes down to 4 star. No bucket washing allowed. Even if there is no line up or the bay is half empty. : sometimes a choice will be appreciate between 2.5 minutes per load or 1 minute for shorter spray for 1 loonie maybe‍♂️

It is fine for a quick wash. You have to bring 1$ coins otherwise to use a debit card at the counter to get some coins at an additional fee. Go with a friend to clean quickly otherwise you will pay more. Usually if you are quick, you can get a full wash at 6$. It need 2$ to start and you have 2mins to use any tool. After 2min you have to put in another 2$ to continue. So Put 2$ wash. Put 2 to get form. Then clean it and if you are quick, another 2$ will wash away the form. In winter, go there in a bit warm day at least-10. Otherwise you have to wipe the car thoroughly to avoid freezing doors.

No wonder it had empty bays on what should have been a busy Friday afternoon. I put a couple loonies is and started soaking. After switching to the brush, the foam coming out ( and now on part of my vehicle) started smelling strongly of rotten eggs. The attendant smelled it too and said the lines must not have been used for a while. I said I wasn't t interested in paying money to rinse off his rotten foam so he gave me a loonie. This only lasted 10 seconds and he then told me about the 2 loonie to start rule. I asked where the sign saying that was. He replied- "people know...."

What a bizarre buisness! By outward appearance it is a car wash. However, there also seems to be a vehicle salvage yard operating on the property as well. Vehicles are all over the property and one car is having the motor pulled out of it inside the car wash. I feel the staff must think customers are an inconvenience, as I asked for change to wash my car and they told me "we ran out, you can go somewhere else for change and come back". Equipment operates very weak. I am baffled as to how this buisness continues to operate. Stay away. There are better options.

Honestly one of the better car washes I have been too. The office always has a staff member available to help. They also will provide exchange for coins to use in the wash bay. The rates for the coin operated machines are pretty decent and the bays are nice. They provide a garbage can for each stall which in nice for cleaning out your car. Overall, I’d recommend trying here. I’m considering getting a unlimited wash card here.

Horrible customer service, there was a problem with a payment so that I called to see how can we solve this. The employee who picked up my call keeps disturbing me and asked me to call back tomorrow. I asked her if we are doing a dispute or if I need to go back to the store. She said just wait until tomorrow and speak with the manager for the solution rudely and hang up. That employee was super disrespectful.

The water pressure is the only advantage. The foam got diluted and thin last time I went in comparison to previous visits. There is no timer display, no tap and sometimes the brush and the floor is dirty so watch out not to scratch your car. The nozzle selector guide is ripped so you may end up soaping instead of rinsing.

I’ve washed my car here a few times. It’s a hit and miss depending on which bay you end up in I guess. Some have decent amount of pressure and some don’t. But it’s not overly busy so you can wash your car and dry it etc without holding up a line most of the time. Some extra pressure or time would be perfect here.

This place never lets me wait any time i go for a car wash...its pretty cheap and i guess not much people know about this place coz its at the very end of that lane...this place is ozom self service car wash...and staffs are also cool they dont talk much but they are very happy to help u above and beyond .

Foam brush sputtered soap in a miserly fashion, and inconsistently. Had to pause and hover over the car in spots waiting for soap. This lead to a poor carwash even though I spent $8 and have an economy sized car (Mazda 3). The bays though are large and clean so a good car wash for larger sized vehicles

Bays were full, and some patron was washing his car with a bucket and sponge when the sign clearly states NO BUCKET WASH. NO FOAMY SOAP came out of the foam brush, that was a waste of money. The rinse water was ICE COLD! The male patrons were gocking at me! Did not enjoy being here! Will not return.

It's a car wash and you can wash your car. It has a wand and everything you need to manually wash your beloved automobile. Friendly staff, plus if you want to rent a van or two they have those as well. If you really want to save money it is possible to wash your car for 4 bucks as of February 2022.

Excellent local uhaul depot. I've rented a utility trailer from here about a half dozen times now. I reserve online and the trailer has always been in stock when I arrived. Check-in is usually quick and drop off can be done through the uhaul website. Will continue coming back.

This place is really great. Ive been there many times to was truck and other objects. The owner is very kind and polite and even lended a helping hand to help me load up the truck. Didn't have to ask him for the help, he just volunteered and we were very grateful. Thank you !

They double-charged me for a monthly membership fee and still haven’t refunded me 5 weeks later and after at least 6 follow up calls to their management company. Buyer beware if you aren’t paying for single-use coin operation. Bush league operation.

The wait was not too long. There are right bays, but one had little light and with all the condensation it was too difficult. The attendant gave me the next available one. Good pressure and options like vaccum, wax and engine clean.

I never used the car wash their bays look very spacious but have used their uhaul couple of times and lots of truck available new owner is kind knows how to deal with the uhaul customers and no hidden charges on uhaul like others.

New ownership has improved this place by 100%. Everything works great. And I thought the pre- rinse and after rinse we're longer then other car washes I've been to. They have a buy so many, and get one free cards.

I used too love the place but as its gone through owners they amount of time 2 bucks gets you has gone down. Its starting too be not worth the cost and a car wash from a gas station is going too end up cheaper.

Great place to wash yourself your car. The facility is clean, spacious and the equipment is new. Payment is touchless with credit/debit card and you pay only for the time you are using (there is a stop button)

There's no countdown clock to tell how much time is left when you are washing your vehicle. Most of the times timer stops before time and its really bugging. Air pressure for is pretty low and won't work.

They do UHaul rentals, open from 8 am till 10 pm 7 days a week, which was great for me for the later pick up time. The guy helped me hook it up and upon return , the drop was simple and quick . Satisfied

Nice little location where you can rent UHaul’s with little hassle. They often have rentals when UHaul is “booked” across the city. So if you are in a jam and need a truck go here! Owner was friendly.

Probably the dingyest car wash I've ever seen. Not particularly terrible but not great. I'd grown accustomed to car washes with tap payment so I didn't even have change to use the facilities here.

Never book u haul from this place they charge too much and will take it from your credit card and talk very rudely they charge double from other u haul places very bad reputation very dissatisfied

They have a good months subscription but sadly no way of cancelling that when you no longer want to use it. They have a shady website and no one answers the call on the phone number shared.
