I would like to thank Mr Raymond from True Service plumbing for his help and professionalism he has shown. This year in June month, I was looking for someone who can help me in installing the kitchen faucet and also is a licensed lumber. I found him online, read his reviews and thought to give him a call. He answered all my queries on call patiently and as I am living in a condo, so I had to request for his license and insurance soft copy. Without hesitation, within next half an hour, I got his license and insurance soft copy on my email. After talking to him, I bought Kitchen faucet ( we did not discuss the brand and quality by then ) and I called him this time to install it. He asked the brand of the faucet, and I shared the name which I bought from Home Depot. He told me that Moen will be the best because it has life time warranty. I trusted his experience and bought Moen one. It has been 5 months and no issue with either faucet or its fixing in my kitchen. He also shared the faucet code with me, which generally everybody throws away, once installation is done but he told me to keep it, if in case I get some issue with faucet, I could contact the company. 2 days ago, my washroom flush stopped working suddenly. And I had to call him in urgency as we just have 1 washroom. He came in 2 hours without me following up again. Fixed the flush and installed bidet and the best part, he knows his job very well. He is very helpful, courteous, professional and always take care of his customers. I would recommend him and his service to all. We are super happy with his work.

The team did a fantastic job for me. They removed an old surround tub and installed a new tub that I chose. They also had to shim you the uneven studs before putting up cement board and drywall - bit of an extra chore. they did a great job installing the new tiles! They picked up all materials including tub and tiles at Home Depot for me as well. The plumbing work is great (plumbing is in their name!) but so is all the additional work in the install. The detail of the grout, caulk and edging on the tile is fantastic. I really love it as it’s transformed my bathroom. They even got creative to fix a problem of the new tub being narrower than the old tub and filled the gap with a really nice piece of marble. It’s totally opened up and brightened my bathroom. great job (before and after pics attached)

After receiving a quote that was higher than anticipated, I reached out to True Service which truly lives up to its name. I needed a cartridge replaced in the shower, and within moments of Max arriving, the issues was resolved. Max took the time to explain the issue, review safety challenges and resolve which actually improved the performance of the shower prior to the issue. You know, being unsophisticated plumbing other vendors can easily take advantage. here, for a fraction of the prior quote received the matter was resolved in a sincere and timely matter. We had a plumbing emergency (sewage backup) and Raymond Wong from True Service Plumbing showed up within a couple of hours on a Sunday. Super professional, and easy to talk too.. he identified the blockage after accessing not one but 2 very difficult to reach entry points. This was a dirty job and required a lot of heavy lifting. Raymond spoke to our contractor the entire time on the phone to ensure he was aware of the problem and potential options to fix the issue. In all honestly, Max was the most efficient worker I’ve come across, the way he troubleshooted the water pressure issue in our home was impressive! The way he found and removed old rusty water pipe connections had me convinced he could do it with his eyes closed ! :o He also recommended for us to remove our old lead water line that connects to the city main, he followed through and helped us get rid of old toxic lead pipes and also went out of his way to educate my wife and I, on some things to look out for to protect our health, now we’re lead free and worry free ! :) I definitely recommend Max ! I was fearing the worst when I discovered the pipe under my sink was leaking- I thought repair would be quite costly but Maximilano from True Service put my fears at ease. He was quick and accurate with his assesment, and also noticed an additional issue that could have gotten worse over time. He did a wonderful job on my pipes. There was an issue with my initial booking as the plumber originally meant to do the job ran late with an emergency repair but True Service was very apologetic and did their best to accomodafe me for it. Highly reccomend them despite the snafu- I appreciate how they handled it.

We had purchased a new kitchen faucet because our old one was beginning to leak a bit, but thought we had time to find a plumber. Not so! At 7:45 on the Saturday morning of August long weekend I found a stream of water pouring into the cabinet. At 8:00 am I reached Raymond and explained the situation. He was understanding, gave me a fair price, and said he'd be at our home before noon. In fact, he made it two hours earlier than that -- the job was all done and cleaned up by 11:00 am. Absolutely fantastic service from a congenial guy. We've now found our go-to plumber, that's for sure!

Raymond and Mohammed were very pleasant and professional. Communication was quick and easy, and the work was well done. I contacted True Service Plumbing for help with a severely clogged toilet, they responded within 30 minutes and we scheduled the service for the next day. Raymond and Mohammed showed up to diagnose the problem, turned out my toilet was way too old, and I clogged it with wet wipes. They went to get me a new toilet and a bidet I requested. They came back, and got everything cleaned up and installed. The whole service took them less than 2 hours. Awesome!

It was easy to schedule an appointment. George and Mohammed came within the 2-hour window of the appointment. George assessed the condition of our 3 toilets and did a good job explaining what the issues were, what parts need to be replaced, and how much it would cost. One of them was leaking and overflowing and the other two had minor issues due to aging parts. After the assessment, which took about 15 minutes, they went back to their truck to get the parts and fixed our toilets in a little over an hour. Now all 3 of our toilets are working perfectly.

Raymond and Gonpo were prompt, professional, and did a phenomenal job in record time. This morning, my sink came apart and there was water everywhere due to a poor installation from previous tenants. Within a couple of hours, Raymond and Gonpo arrived, diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly. They were able to use their drain auger and related plumbing tools to deal with the blockage and fixed up the drain pipes to be better than they were before! I highly recommend True Service Plumbing. I called in to true service plumbing today and they had Max come in the same day, which was fantastic. Max is an amazing plumber who swiftly resolved my shower head issue. Raymond was exceptionally professional on responsive. Had a main drain backup that was flooding my basement. True service plumbing came in the very next day and was able to excavate and replace the old breather pipe that was crushed by the foundation wall. Had a corroded pipe under the sink to replace. The job was to cut out a foot long section of pipe and replace with PVC. After pipe replaced, drain was cloggy on testing, so tech decided to offer a snaking for $150. For these two services it came to around $850. Techs were responsive, but I think the cost is way too expensive.

I highly recommend true service and they are true to their name! Our hot water tank broke down and had issues finding a plumber in our area. Found these guys and by the end of the day we had a new hot water tank and sub pump installed. They are fast reliable and very professional!
