*NEGATIVE STARS!! BEWARE!! This place is a total scam and patient care is non-existent! I visited the dental office first in 2010, when I had a crown placed by Dr. Aparicio and was very happy with this crown, even now. For that reason, I decided to revisit the office after moving back to CA recently, so I called to follow up on the work & asked about seeing the same Dr. Returned for a visit, picked up in San Diego by their car service. Upon arrival to the office, the dentist Dr. Aparicio, who was supposed to be doing my work, abruptly passed me along to another dentist, who she said, “trusted” herself & that she would even let him work on her teeth. His name was Dr. Miguel & what a frightening experience! He began to work on my mouth and started with the Novocain shot. He must have not been diligently trained at giving shots & It was so painful that I jumped out of the chair and he didn’t even respond or ask if I was OK or anything. They just let me be upset and gave me the option to leave and come back but I decided to stay because I was from San Diego. I stayed and had the crowns placed after they added 2 more dentists to my visit that day!? A woman don’t recall her name, but she worked with Dr. Miguel on my crowns after he left. She continued, placed the crowns and they are now completely unsettled, unfinished, unpolished with extra pieces of bonding still stuck to them & remain unsealed with high sensitivity months later. I had another dental evaluation recently and was informed that the (3) crowns are of very poor quality and should be replaced asap. I also have extreme sensitivity where they put the crown and an opening where the tooth is not sealed at the gum line with severe pain and sensitivity, yet there’s still no communication with anyone at the office and they refuse to reply or follow-up. You deserve quality treatment when you’re coming to an office that states they are trust worthy and honest. it’s in their name, Trust Dental?! I wouldn’t trust them with anything, not even my dogs’ teeth!! This is how they treat loyal, returning patients!? Absolutely horrible service!!! I warn you, Do not seek dental work from this office!!! I also highly recommend you stay away Dr. Aparicio, especially, the so called owner of this practice. she is very untrustworthy, doesn’t respond and doesn’t reply and lies straight to your face about the care she gives!!! Appalling! I don’t know how she sleeps at night!? She sat there looking at me promising she would do my work and then passed me along to other dentists. They ALL should be out of practice, but only continue because they are in Mexico as they know this type of service and patient care would not be tolerated in the United States. I now have the worst quality crowns I’ve ever had and need three of them replaced that were put last year in 2022 because they don’t fit, are uncomfortable and of bad quality where the crowns are not fit or sealed properly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!! BEWARE OF THE LACK OF CARE AND TRUST FROM THESE NEGLIGENT DENISTS!!! THE WORST!!

It was just a waste of money, about $3500!!!, I felt cheated, it's better to go to your local dentist. You have been warned! Dr Mendez lied to me, he didn't remove the amalgam fillings, before putting the porcelain crown on tooth 14 and 15, I called him a couple days later, he then admitted it. That was the main reason I went there, to remove the amalgam fillings. There were nothing wrong with the 2 crowns I had. I just wanted the amalgam fillings to be replaced with the white fillings. It was a total LIE!!! I wish I could punish him without going to jail but I hope the Lord God will do that for me. While Dr. Mendez was working on my teeth, he offered me a free filling for the tooth 20 ( there was nothing wrong with the filling I had actually ) but the owner overheard our conversation while she was working with another patients ( a couple ), she (the owner) then went to the front desk guy, asked him to charge me for that. He asked me for my credit card while I was laying down. So the first one they charged me about $3000 and the second one they charged me about $500 for the filling on tooth 20. The first quote was more than $5000!!! And yes for the quote they charged me $150 at the very beginning. I regret very much going there and btw it's 200 Miles! away, never ever again... So far there's no response from Trust Dental Care. It's better to find a good dentist in where you live. January 12, 2024: In response to Trust Dental Care's response. The purpose of going to Trust Dental Care was to replace the amalgam fillings on tooth 14 and 15 with the white fillings. Facts: The 2 crowns were destroyed and replaced with new crowns but the amalgam fillings were NOT removed. You ( owner/ a dentist) were trying to make an excuse that Dr Mendez is not on your record. You were on the same room when Dr M offered me a free filling on tooth 20. You called him to the front desk and asked the receptionist to charge me an additional cost of $500 for the filling of tooth 20. By the way the filling on 20 is now broken. I studied medicine in Germany, some of my friends are dentists in Germany and Indonesia and I live in California. In nowhere a dentist would perform a dental care for the whole mouth in ONE day.. You have a dental office in San Diego, you would never do this kind of practice in your San Diego location. It's only because it's in Mexico

Update as of Nov. 2023. After 3-4 years of 3 crowns and root canals done, pretty much all of them failed. Just had one of them removed due to constant infection and the way things look, all others will have to be extracted soon. It was a total waste of money getting them fixed by Trust dental. We've had a bunch of work done here over a course of few years while we lived in San Diego. First everything seemed like a great deal compared to US prices. Will try to be very objective here and list everything: They have very friendly staff, convenient transport options (private taxi) to and from the office and they seem to have modern equipment and certified dentists.We had fillings , root canals, implant , braces done here with various success. Their sales (upsell) process is rather used car salesman-like. Root canal was poorly done, my tooth hurt on and off for a period of 1,5 years after they did crowns. They kept telling me I wasn't flossing right and everything was OK, even though I bought the best water flosser and used regular floss as well. Only after like 2.5 years after continued random issues I went to a reputable Endodontist in the US who pretty much has to re-do ALL root canals they did because they were not properly done. At this point it's even uncertain if my teeth can be saved, time will tell. The initial savings going to Trust Dental quickly evaporated and now I have to spend thousands to get things fixed. My review from 4 years ago: Our entire family come here from North County San Diego. I must say that it’s well worth the trip, very nice people, good quality work and reasonable prices. Their equipment is top notch, same or better than some of the dentists use in the USA. For example, we’ve received superior orthodontic service and care compared to an US-based dentist, we felt the US doctors were just about the $$. Trust Dental’s evaluation and diagnostic procedures were much more through and professional. Will continue to come here as long we’re able.

I've been a patient with Trust Dental for at least 8 years. Their current office is beautiful! It was recently constructed and the facility still feels brand new. Their dentists are licensed in America and offer all the latest technology. Procedures are always as painless as the prices. It costs 1/2-2/3 less than southern California dentists. It is very easy to get here and back across the border. My Wife and I park at one of the parking lots on the American side. Usually early bird prices before 9:00am. Then we walk through immigration in less than 5 minutes. After walking outside we arrive at the first street. Just cross the street and walk down the sidewalk to the right a couple hundred feet and the chauffeur is waiting. After the procedure he returns us to the border and we walk to our car

Very expensive place, essentially same as US prices. The visit was priced at 60$, which included a cleaning and a thorough examination of teeth health. Before being attended, I asked how much a filling would be since I was coming in with a cracked filling. They only said that they would know after checking out the issue. The cleaning mentioned above was very quick and not at all in depth.. however I was given a long list of things to improve on my teeth, in total 9,000 USD of work. They also included a recommendation for veneers on my front teeth, which I did not at all mention an interest for. Fillings are 120$ each, so I simply ended up leaving and going elsewhere nearby to an affordable clinic.

I had the best experience with Trust Dental. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish were wonderful. Everything is explained thoroughly, the facility is top notch, very clean and very professional. Charlie was super funny and made you feel at ease, and the nicest lady came to hold my hand while getting my wisdom teeth out… I wish I got her name she was an angel! Even the specialist was lovely. I was terrified and hated the procedure but loved the staff and office. If you are hesitant trying to find a dentist in TJ and not sure who to go with I can assure you this is the place. 10/10 service, people and facility. I will always come here!

We walked over the border from CA based on the recommendation of a friend. I was amazed at how beautiful and clean the office was! It was nicer than any dentist offices I have been to in the US. The staff all spoke perfect english and they even sent a driver to pick us up at the border in a mercedes! The dentist was friendly, knowledgable and they treated my shy daughter so kindly. We paid less than half of what we would have at our US dentist for cleanings and xrays. It was an incredile experience and I'm recommending them to all my friends!

I'm attaching the one thing about this office that made my jaw drop. I had never seen such a piece of technology that made your teeth right in front of you. It's insane how far we've come with technology. This is straight out of a movie. Thanks for allowing me to check out how your whole crown process works. I wasn't able to get a shot of how they place dental implants but it too is a sight to behold how easily in a matter of minutes, gaps in my mouth were on their way to having beautiful crowns placed, completing my smile. I recommend 100%.

The best dentist I've ever had! All their tech tech is top notch. Their dentists are very skilled and patient. Their English is good. And the cost is only 40% of what you would pay in the US. Also, they don't upsell. If you've never come to Mexico to get your teeth done, it's well worth it. I would trust these guys over a US dentist. Why are they so skilled? It turns out US dentists study for 5 years, and dentists in Mexico study for 6. There's never been a better time to be a medical tourist.

i have been going here for quite some time now. Last trip i had three root canals and two crowns .They also redid one of the crowns that was put in a bit ago because they said it was moving and there was no charge for that repair. I have now had all my molars and three other teeth replaced with crowns over the time . The dentist went thru and checked and recheck and adjusted my bite and did an incredible job . I'll be planning another trip to get some fillings done

I had two wisdom teeth pulled out & had a great experience. They offer a free luxury Pick up & drop off after your appointment. The office provides snacks and it super clean & cozy ! The workers are responsible & friendly & the doctor was amazingggg he did everything so fast & carefully. It is a little pricey as they charge for small things , but it’s cheaper than the US! I highly recommend. Thank you Trust Dental Care !!

I recently had a root canal, crown, mouth guard, and several fillings at Trust Dental. Everything about the experience was great! Dentists did a great job and were kind and knowledgeable. Front office was very helpful. The driver met me at the border, made me feel at ease and got me back across the border as quickly as possible. I live in Colorado, but will definitely be back to finish up on my next California trip.

Traveling from Massachusetts to Trust Dental has been a great experience. A driver picked me up at the border and brought me right to the office. The staff is very nice and informative and all the equipment used is top of the line. It is the nicest dental office I’ve ever been to. The procedures they did in 2 days would take weeks or more in the US. I would recommend Trust Dental to anyone.

I travel all the way to Tijuana and it was the best thing i could do. This people have the best tec. to help you with your smile. I visit the office for crowns and one implant. The crowns were ready on the first day and the implant too but they ask me to stay two or three days in town because they like to check how you do with the implant the first days and then you are good to go

I traveled from the U.K. to Mexico for dental services and even before all the craziness going on in the world they were already super careful with their hygiene and sterilization process. They have really good technology and they have top level medical disinfecting wipes for every thing. Best dentist in Mexico that I know of right now? Yes. Please keep doing what you are doing.

I went to this office las week and everything was amazing. Staff, the driver (Salvador is a really kind man) and the doctors. Specially Deni who gave me the best treatment I ever had. I went with my whole family and we all got a really nice dental treatment. I definitely recommend this dental office if you are looking for some splendid experience. 10/10

At Trust Dental Care ... for starters I do not like dentists, I've been scared since I was a kid. Now I'm grateful for the work they did in my teeth, and I feel confident to speak face-to-face, I can smile and work with pleasure. I attended the DR Aparicio and I'm glad to see my teeth XD I love My Dentist in Tijuana!!

Highly recommend Trust Dental Care. They are very professional and make you feel welcomed as soon as you step in their office. Very clean and elegant office. Dr. Marina was great always making sure I was comfortable through my entire procedure and the rest of the staff as well. Completely worth it

I’d recommend avoiding this place. I had high hopes, my friend and I both got crowns done less than a year ago, got over $1k worth of work done between us, both had different dentists, and both of our crowns have already broken and have to get replaced. Don’t risk your time, money, or comfort.

I had a dental appointment at Trust Dental Care today and decided to stay at Cesar Hotel in DownTown Tijuana. They send the shuttle service my way to get to the office. That really made me feel safe and taken care of. The Staff is so nice and the shuttle service is free of charge :D
