Last week I saw shoes online, however it was only available instore. I was told that it's available in Gauteng, whereas I'm in the Western Cape. I spoke to Jeanette and Isaac at the store, and requested an IBT. They escalated the matter to their area manager, Walter. Walter was kind enough to authorize this transfer for me, and I received the shoes just in time. Thank you Truworths Jabulani Mall for making customer satisfaction your number one priority. May Truworths employ more people like you, who go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

My mom lost her phone thère and we were told that the cameras are not working so we wont be able to get assistance or check the footage,nobody made effort to help we did our shopping there i pay my truworths account every month i dont owe them anything. But am really disappointed

The shoe I was looking for was not on display,but a helpful lady assisted in getting us a pair from the storeroom. I almost left the store thinking they didn't have the show I was looking for. Nice shop above all with great bargains.

There were two tills that were opened and had to spent a little more time waitng on the queue but overall the staff was helpful and friendly.
