My review is for the uptown location. Every interaction I have had with this practice has been upsetting and frustrating. I had horrible experiences trying to work with the office to process my insurance, appointments are never available when needed, and appointments are required for any question or request, no matter how small. I've chosen to not go to the doctor for two years to avoid having to interact with this office. Not sure how they have so many 5 star ratings. Id recommend finding a different primary care doctor. The location in uptown is also very difficult to navigate. Parking is in a separate building. The elevator buttons in the parking garage and in the building itself dont light up when you push them. There are no instructions anywhere on the website about how to get from the parking garage over to the office, and it's impossible to get someone on the phone without a 10 minute hold.

Not only do I love the location but I love the staff. Today was my first visit and I was so impressed with the staff. Not only were they professional, they were polite, very respectful of my time. Dr. Carim is a great doctor and I think I made a wonderful choice with her. This location offers an in-house lab, dermatology, gastroenterology, and internal medicine. Most of your medical needs are going to be met at this office. If they can't meet your needs in house, they are very accommodating when it comes to referrals. Not only was the office clean, but it has a great view from the 12th floor. Even though the view is not a requirement it's a great bonus!!!!

At this stage of life, I have attended many doctors, in many towns, in different states. From the inception of the organization, the staff handled the transition with aplomb. And now, several years into the practice, I am always so pleased with the caliber of service. I believe the physicians care about what they are doing, and I feel seen as a patient. In fact, by some coincidence or just by the nature of the physicians I’ve tried and selected, they all seem to have ended up in one place, which is very convenient!

Dr. Constantine is the best docotor I've had. When I moved to Charlotte, I asked for recommendations and his name was given to me, but he wasn't accepting new patients at the time. I was lucky that when my doctor at the time was leaving, I became one of his patients. He always spends time with me and I have never felt rushed. He really listens to what my concerns are and is very thorough when meeting with me. I always feels so reassured after leaving my appointment and he always responds quickly.

The whole staff is great and helpful ! From checking in at the front desk, the nurses that take you back for vitals and update history, to Dr. Carim, who is very thorough with her exams, listening and answering your questions and possible solutions. Very helpful scheduling follow up appointments and appointments with other providers in the Tryon Medical family. The ladies in the lab are great as well ! Quick and painless blood draws !! The whole Tryon Medical family has been wonderful !!!

I have been receiving my primary healthcare through Tryon Medical Partners and Dr Pierce for over 10yrs. I am always pleased with the thorough and attentive care I receive from Dr Pierce and her amazing staff (Nurse Donna, and lab techs). They always take the time to listen and strategize on a plan of care that makes sense for me. I feel comfortable that they are giving me the best care and advice for my continued health and wellness. I highly recommend!

Olivia Garcia, AGNP-BC, is amazing. I was originally sent to her because I had an emergency issue, with severe pain. But I have now made her my primary provider . She is warm, compassionate, caring , a great listener and more importantly, she communicates with me. I have never had this level of care from ANY doctor. And she is as knowledgeable, if not more knowledgeable, than any doctor I have had. Thank you Olivia. I am so grateful I found you.

This was my first appointment with Tryon Medical and Dr. Pierce. My prior primary care doctor had retired and several friends recommended this practice and Dr. Pierce. Dr Pierce and the staff were very organized, professional and friendly. Dr Pierce listened and answered my questions. I was favorably impressed.

Dr. Barnard is a breath of fresh air. My husband and I both see her for our primary care. She is easily reachable by patient portal. She makes me feel comfortable and always remembers details of my life even though we typically go a year between visits. So grateful for her and her care. She has a gift!

Getting an appointment for a new PCP was easy and efficient. On my visit, the entire team was excellent. Donna (CMA) was friendly and jovial. Dr. Pierce was exceptional! Very engaged during my visit. I wanted to know and learn about my medical history. Recommend Tryon to anybody in the Charlotte area.

Doctors and nurses are wonderful. But to go to Uptown office, Tryon MUST give more information on the parking lot not afterwords arriving at the office. I was here driving around for 45 mins and went to a wrong one. For patients who are not familiar with uptown. Don’t go to this office.

Dr. Carim was wonderful! She listened carefully as I described my symptoms. We also had a good interpersonal conversation, which I enjoyed very much. She took all my symptoms seriously and answered my questions fully, then sent me for some tests. I’m sticking with Tryon Med!

I’ve been going to Tryon Medical now for over 5 years and I love them. Great Doctors and Nurses hands down. Olivia Garcia and Jeff Constantine are great and work together very well. So if you’re looking for great doctors and support staff look no further they are right here.

Very fast and easy process. Online check- in is a great feature to get you in and out quickly. All of the staff are so helpful and the facility is very nice. Dr. Pierce and Nurse Donna are is so kind and provide great patient care.

Great experience at TMP today and always. Staff are wonderful & friendly. Dr. Wilder-Evans is the best physician I have ever had. Thank you, Dr. for listening to me & partnering with me on my healthful life journey. You're awesome!
