I bought a water dispenser waited for 10min for it to be tested which is fine.i went and paid i then waited for 15min for it to be brought downstairs then i waited 5min to look for its box which never came i was forced to carry it without its box.felt so bad am never shopping there AGAIN!

Its not bad but their cashiers(donholm)need to be more active.the customers in waiting on a que for long just because only one cashier is serving.the rest have to be pushed by their supervisor.i did not like that.

You can get just about any of the day-to-day basic necessities at Tumaini. They open till around 9:30pm, which can be quite convenient when a random commodity runs out at an odd time.

Convenience for quick shopping, great location, variety of services but limited to basic household goods, limited parking space, average customer service experience, average security.

The place is cool though with no ample parking .I love the supermarket they serve customers faster thus save time .one thing they should improve is on the space inside its congested

Nice services but there are some cashiers who are slow in solving the congestion. And there is insufficient of Fresha Milk (Long life) in the supermarket. Kindly do something.

Tumainu supermarket has brought supermarket services nearer to the doorsteps of Piplelij residents. However, the facility still needs ample parking space for vehicles

Good, except for the long queues - "end month syndrome," which of course is no problem at all, everyone is having dinero - where else to spend it but the supermarket!

Used to be a great place to shop and it was convenient. Nowadays you find expired food stuff on the shelves. The customer service is poor. Wonder what's happening?

Perfect for domestic shopping, they have adequate parking space and offer quality customer care. They however lack variety/more options for items.

Terrible. Was kept waiting for over 10mins for someone to get the cost of hotdogs till I gave up and left without.

Accessible from the highway, but congested. Didn't like the fact that fumes from the bakery were everywhere
