Up to this point had nothing but good experience with Turkish... however... latest experience is just completely lame... a couple of months ago a group of us booked a flight from Lux via Istanbul to Tbilisi in early june. Since then the company changed the airport and our flight schedule so many times that from a smooth flight with good connection we got to a schedule that completely breaks our holiday in half... We would spend more time on a layover in Istanbul then actually in Tbilisi. So three weeks before the departure we got to a point where we can either cancel everything or change plans completely.. which is not always easy with hotels and holidays pre-booked...

It was a pity as we thought that it was a company with decent prices and quality at the level of the good ones. But unfortunately it is not the case, and when you have issues they do respond as a budget company. It looks a good company and the journey was fine with them, but our problems started when they broke our luggage. We tried to claim it and we experienced a very poor service. I personally do not recommend to use them. I am worried of what it could happen in case you really need something serious.

J'ai testé (je voyage souvent) Turkish Airlines, et le moins que l'on puisse dire est que ce n'était pas exceptionnel : des sièges pas complètement fonctionnels, collations du galley inexistantes, température en cabine anormalement élevée. Sans compter que ma valise n'est pas arrivée à destination (Singapour), 2 mois pour obtenir une indemnité via un support en Turc ou Anglais uniquement (et il faut appeler en Turquie pour joindre le support). Donc bof, pas sûr de reprendre Turkish un jour...

Telefonla ulaşmak mümkün değil. İnternetten hafta sonu kapalı diyor. Gittik pazar öğleden sonra saat 14.00 dan itibaren açık dediler. Avrupanın göbeğinde böyle bir ilgisizlik. Tebrikler Türk hava yolları... Her kes kendine yakışanı yapıyor. En azından telefona bir tele sekreter koyun. Şimdi kapalıyız, şu saatlerde açığız diye. Açılışa 30 dakika olmasına rağmen yinede gişeyi açıp ilgilendiler. Bence süper bir hareketti. Sadece onun için çok ama çok teşekkürler.

que voulez vous que je vous diste si ce n'est que j'essaye depuis 4 jours de les avoir au tel a Luxembourg.... aucune réponse et pourtant c'est le bon numero... Je le suis rendue sur place a l'aeroport samedi mais ai trouvé un guichet fermé. Aujourd'hui je suis arrivée à les avoir au tel a Bruxelles... Ils m'ont changé un vol qui fait que je devrais rester une nuit à Istanbul. .. mais qui va payer l'hôtel?

Réservation faite sur Turkish airlines le 19/08 avec mail de confirmation. Aujourd'hui, jour de départ, on me dit que la réservation a été annulée. Pourquoi??? Parce que je n'ai pas cliqué sur leur site pour obtenir mes billets. Mais je n'ai rien reçu!!! Dernière fois sur cette compagnie. Une procédure sera lancée.

Worst customer service, the airline representative there is extremely rude and fights with everyone and also never put any effort to help!!!. He insisted on closing at 1:30PM instead of 4.30, when I told him that he should close at 4.30, he told me he didn’t sleep well so he will sleep!!

I fly on it they lost my bags when you go to airport there both woman in front desk they putting makeup they told me Go downstair to assistant they assistant they told me I have to go to Turkish on airline and airport you they don’t like to work is really Bad Company .

No service at all, 2 flights cancelled by TA, impossible to get to any exchange or reimbursment. Cancellation done already 2 months ago and no money back till today!!! Nobody ever pickup any call and “feedback” online obviously “under maintenance” .... crook company

Luxembourg uçuşu oldukça rahattı. Konforlu bir uçaktı. Yemek de fena değildi. Gerçi eskiden daha başarılı menüler çıkartıyorlardı. Genel olarak başarılı. Personel de oldukça ilgili ve kibardı. Teşekkür ederiz.

Je suppose que c'est une superbe compagnie. J'aimerais trouver un vol aller retour de l'.aéroport de Bruxelles pour Douala entre Décembre-Janvier. Où trouver les bureaux à Luxembourg …

Tukish Airlines c'est une très bonne compagnie pas de problème. Sauf il parle que le turc ou l'anglais, il devrait parler aussi le français à Istanbul. !!!

Telefona cevap verilmeyecekse ne diye aktif. O zaman sökün o telefonu sokun çekmeceye, dolaba...THY nin yöneticileride haklı. Halk her yerde halktır.
