The place is very attractive. Especially in the evening, you will enjoy a good selection of cultural attractions, beginning with the MPB music... There is a moving stage that moves along the whole gastronomy lounge, which makes this an original live-music spectacles on a daily basis. The menus are a bit pricey, but are a good representative sample of Brazilian food (not necessarily Amazonian dishes). Its a nice place to enjoy the late afternoon or evening.

Estação das Docas (Station of the Docks) used to be an old dock for cargo ships cutting the Amazon river, back in the past. Two decades ago, the state administration transformed it into one of the major touristic spots in Belem, where people could go to appreciate the sunset and enjoy tasty treats. Build some time in your itinerary to visit it, since you'll need it to get to know the space and sit in one of the restaurants for a beer or a meal.

Actually quite nice and well maintained. Clean and various quality restaurants bars and icecream counters. It is still missing the wow effect though, who has travelled around will have seen similar things in other cities. The moving music plateau above the terraces is surprising.

Nice place too sit and try local beer and food. Prepare yourself for too many locals coming and selling all kind of stuff while you having your cold drink. Local food also available with affordable prices. Wellknown market is right there too.

A very touristy area but good to sit and watch the activity on the Amazon River. Lots of restaurant, ice cream parlors and also toilets. The referbished port warehouse with container gantries along the babks of the Amazon is very photogenic.

Nice, ventilated, and secure place. Parking R$5 per hour. Good restaurants (including self service) and shops with nice and mostly local items (including hand made & natural stuff).

A perfect place to enjoy the sunset while drinking and talking to your friends. But it's too overpriced. Try the Amazon beer and the eat some ice cream from Cairu.

It's a great place for tourists, the restaurants are more expensive though, but I'd recommend going to watch the sunset and have an icecream at Cairu

This is for me one of the best place of Belem city to have a lunch or a dinner side to the river. This is also a place where events are organized.
