Planned on spending some money on clothing today. Updating my wardrobe. I opted to go to Tweed & Hickory knowing that they have some unique pieces and I have been successful there in the past. A group of 5 ladies - looked to be two customers and three staff were standing around the front door area. I was looked up and down and then completely ignored! Not even a hello, is there anything I can help you find. I toured the store waiting to see if anyone would acknowledge me, nope! Not even a thank you for coming in or have a good day when I walked out the door. Wow! I may be dressed in my work clothes today but my intention was to spend money in this store. Talk about making a person feel not worthy. I have money to spend and will be spending it elsewhere! Don’t judge a book by its cover ladies! I will never return.

I liked shopping at this store until last weekend. Because I do shop quit often I was collecting points and cashing it from time to time. Last sunday i purchased an item and asked about my points. I was told that they have now new system and points are not available anymore i asked as of when i was told end of october. I do not understand why clients were not informed about this change because I insisted they processed my 40 dollar discount.

Love this place. Staff is very helpful, but hands off if you don't need help. Clothing can be pricey, but sale prices are very good. The store offers products that are different from what you find elsewhere, from clothes to accessories, to tea, to Lampe Berger. A mini-department store, boutique-y place.

Unlike an adjacent shoe store... This store gets and understands COVID-19 Protocol! Hand sanitizer at the door. Directionals. Masks!!! Staff so helpful too. Love the assortment of clothing. Great store!!

Love the store and quality of their clothing - staff have always been helpful. Wish their hours were longer - since covid they close at 5 during the week so very tough for me to get there.

I have been here numerous times because they have good quality clothes. The staff here seem very cold and distant. Never have said hello once.

I went into the store, they don’t let you enter without a mask, however they are NOT wearing masks ! Will probably never go there again !

Margaret was always so helpful and professional. It's sad that the store is closing but it was always such great customer experience!
