Wish I could give zero stars. The worst experience ever. Rang to confirm opening and closing time. Was told the the kitchen closed at 2.30pm ad they shut at 3pm Got to the cafe at 1.45pm. We were told by waitress that they closed at2.30pm. Told her that I rang and was told that the kitchen closed at 2.30pm. This waitress never came back. Only to be served by an aggressive girl with long hair with blonde tips(she refused to give me her name). She was unhappy to take our order and after taking it said they closed at 2.30pm. Our food arrived at 2.24pm…..when I spoke to her again telllonh her how rude she was her response was ‘same to you’ a phrase she kept repeating. If you looking for hospitality.. you find it here with that girl!!!!

My scotch fillet steak is perfectly cooked to medium rare every time I had lunch at Twenty 74 Cafe. A credit to chef Basanta and his team. When I crave for a steak meal or coffee, this cafe is my first choice on the upper North Shore.

I eat here all the time. I do lunches and dinners and they're fantastic. The current owners/crew have been operating this business for the last 5 months and they're smashing it out of the park. It's a MASSIVE improvement on previous management. They're young, talented and make amazing food/beverages for your enjoyment. Unfortunately they're only open on Friday and Saturday night for dinner but it's tasty home made meals. A real treat and the best duck dish I've ever eaten. The only bummer is they're not licensed, so it's BYO but still. Go treat yourself. You'll be hard pressed finding better value for your dollar at such an exceptional quality.

Having lived in this neighbourhood since the mid eighties I have seen many businesses come and go on this corner, from the old greasy takeaway to the other various takeaways and cafes. Since the old charcoal chicken takeaway of my youth (which was great!), nobody else has got it right. This recent incarnation hits the mark. Decent menu, good food, reasonable prices. So far only tried the breakfast. The egg and bacon roll is bang on. The deluxe pancakes are fabulous. Excellent bacon. The coffee is good. If they can amp up their service and start playing some cool tunes for atmosphere then I'd up it to 5 stars.

Absolutely disappointing! This cafe has so much potential but is a complete let down. Terrible service, took twenty mins for a chai latte as staff completed many orders before and after me before attempting my latte. Barista did not know how to make the drink either despite it being advertised on the menu and it tasted horrible. Another time when having breakfast here received French toast as a croissant Heard many other complaints from locals in the area, not surprised! New management please- learn how to train your staff and make proper food!

I actually felt really sick before I left .. and actually had gastro .. within 30 min after eating a burger and coffee. My girlfriend had same stomach pains after drinking mocha .. maybe the full cream milk was left out for over an hour .. my assumption.. Gastroenteritis symptoms usually begin 1 to 2 days after you have taken in the germ, but it can be as early as 1 hour (for example staphylococcal toxin) and as long as 60 days (for example Listeria infection). Symptoms can include: nausea and/or vomiting.

What a lovely hidden gem in North Turramurra. This cafe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great food, great service, lovely ambience and atmosphere. We dined here on Easter Saturday in the evening and enjoyed the Nepalese Momo Dumplings, the Wagu Beef Burger plus the Pork Belly. We're looking forward to returning and trying out the breakfast and lunch menus.

Very dissapointing. Ordered the following: 1. Kids fish n chips - portion size small n fish was chewy 2. Kids pancakes - served with grapes instead of strawberries. There was just 1 strawberry. 3. Thai chicken salad - looked like everything had been shoved into a bowl. Chicken was dry. 4. Omlete - was ok, but could have been better. Presentation was subpar. Was looking forward to trying a new cafe, however it looks like it was not worth the try.

I’ve been here 3 times now and every time I have no complaints. Serving sizes are incredibly fair and prices are as if they’ve been locked in time, honestly for the quality of food and friendly service I would happily pay more.

Didn't put the order through correctly, so had to wait for over 40 minutes. We had to ask for one dish 3 times, saying we hadn't gotten it, before they started cooking it. Had to get it takeaway as it took so long and as we got it and were leaving they charged us for it again as they had put the wrong order in. Since the new owners took over the service has become bad. Please improve as it used to be very nice...

As a cyclist this is a great cafe to stop at. Usually a lot of seating and somewhere visible to leave our bikes. The service is fast and friendly and I love the heaters in winter! The coffee is ok and I find it hard to find something on the menu that is healthy and substantial. I had a chicken toastie and it was a bit bland. The oreo milkshake was the most delicious thing I have ever tried!!!!

Horrendous service, takes 15minutes to get a take away coffee. Coffee is usually burnt and with milk that has been heated in a volcano and scorches your mouth. The staff have memories of a gold fish, forgetting orders and sides non stop. Twice have ordered eggs and bacon, twice they have forgotten to bring the bacon side. Bring back the chicken shop that used to be in the location.

Wow, I absolutely loved the Lamb Shanks special of the day. The 8 hours in the slow cooker produced an absolute gem. The Super Acai smoothy was excellent. Friendly service, with plenty of seating inside and out. Enjoy. Suburban relaxed vibe.

Wow what a great place this is for breakfast and lunch and morning tea and afternoon tea. Fantastic service Evan on a really busy day. Great menu choices and amazingly delicious food. The staff were very nice and extremely friendly and helpful. I thought the prices where very reasonable and will be going back to try some of their amazing range of cakes and pastries.

I ate here and the food was fabulous, i loved their berry smoothie would highly recommend it. Also I was very pleased with the customer service skills of the staff. There was a young waitress that served me, she was so lovely, pleasant and very helpful. Over all i was very happy with my dining experience here and will definitely be coming back!

Look I've only ever had coffee and banana bread, croissants & Cakey type things here. So they serve Campos coffee here and if it's a regular or large long black, I would give them an 8 out of 10 every time. Service is fine and friendly enough no matter whom serves you. One of these days I'll try the breakfast menu and update this review

Amazing food and friendly staff. Loved the thai chicken salad, and smoothies are excellent combinations. So happy with my experiences here and many other locals agree. All of the girls here are welcoming, cheerful and efficient. Definitely recommend this place for locals and anyone else wanting good food and friendly company!

Fish burger was delicious, as the Ceasar salad, unfortunately the steak sandwich was beyond raw… we had to send it back! Very disappointed in the lack of service, as no one offered to make another one or anything else for that matter. Very sad.

We went today to celebrate my husband's birthday. He had steak n chips, my daughter had fish n chips. They looked and tasted good. I am however, felt very let down with my choice of calamari n chips. The calamari came out looking like small pieces of bread crumbs. For the price of $22.90 I felt robbed.

Lovely food, good variety. Long walk round the back to the toilet, not good if raining.

Food is a bit overpriced for the size portions. The cake slices appear to be smaller than most other places. The coffee is not the best I've had but certainly not the worst. I'd give the coffee about 2 1/2 stars out of 5. In my personal opinion it would be best to look elsewhere to eat.

Great food & nice to sit outside with the dog. Did not like the service - you have to scan a QR code & order online. Was good to get the food quickly but not very appealing from a human perspective.

The beef patty in Wagyu beef burger is so salty and loose. Not very fresh and my partner vomited everything after having lunch there. Wondering what happened to this lovely cafe which used to be famous by their impressive burgers around North Turramurra, so disappointed

The worst Açai bowls we have ever experienced as we love having açai bowls everywhere we go. There is lack of açai & just tiny amount of room temperatured liquid purple water. I had to ask for some yoghurt to finish the meal. What a disappointing breakfast.

Coffee is great. Campos. Food is good too. Causal cafe. Terrific friendly staff. Can be a little slow if they are very busy, like many cafes. Often eat here or just coffee.

This place has a very nice aesthetic and lovely food! Their muffins are the best and their breakfasts are delicious! We took our dog there and they brought out a doggy bowl with cold water! The staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this place!

Indoor and outdoor seating. Great service. Great breakfast and lunch options. Fresh fruit juices were delicious, a bit pricey at $6.90 a glass though. No reservations needed. Great place for a chat and drink on a sunny terrace.

Wonderful lunch of Duck, Bok Choy, pickled ginger with a peanut sauce. My friends all enjoyed their meals as well. Staff wonderful and being able to see local friends walking by great! We will be back.

A nice place at the corner of Normurra Ave with friendly staff, excellent chicken burgers and a almost family like culture. A great cafe whether it be a quick coffee fix or a big plate of pork ribs.

Family friendly cafe, with lovely waitress's. My family and I live in the area and we go there every weekend. I would definitely recommend going there, and the food they serve is just incredible.

The chef must have been asleep it took 30 minutes for my omelette to be served other people who ordered after me received their orders before me. Like I said either he was asleep or high on drugs

Becoming very ordinary. Food taste has gone downhill. Toast was very burnt. For what it cost, I expected better. I used to love going there. I note it's not as well frequented as it used to be.

Enjoyed a nice lunch here today. However, the experience would have been even better if a menu, cutlery and our drinks were brought to the table instead of having to be self served.

Good selection of lunch time meals at reasonable prices. New staff need to be trained in service techniques. Some small addititional measures will come in time. Nothing serious.

Average, nothing special and the order took a bit too long for a simple pancake and the counter staff seemed preoccupied amongst themselves than attending to the customers.

Had the haloumi stack with poached eggs and a cappuccino. Very satisfied! Current management is much better than in the past! Would love a water bowl for my dog though :)

Can’t comment on the food but it’s our favourite coffee spot in North Turramurra. Good brew and a great al fresco sitting area that’s perfect for phototherapy!!

2074 is an excellent venue for the spectacular activities that it has on offer for its wide and diverse clientele.

Takes way too long to get food. With both Menulog and Uber my orders have been 20+ minutes late, and arrive cold.
