June 12 2020: We ordered from this pizza place through skip. On the app, there is the option to create your own pizza. There, you can either select cheese or select double cheese. I have a severe dairy allergy, so I did NOT select either cheese option since logically, it would indicate to the restaurant to OMIT cheese. After picking up the pizza, we noticed there was cheese on it. I called the restaurant to notify them there was a mistake in the order, and the manager answered and was immediately rude and combative with me. I tried to explain to him that I had not wanted or selected cheese for the pizza and had received it, and informed him of my severe dairy allergy. The manager was aggressive over the phone, consistently interrupting me to tell me that I was the one who made the mistake because I did not put “no cheese” in the special instructions and refused to listen to me or even show respect for the person he was yelling at. I told him I haven’t eaten the pizza and I’ll return it if he just makes a new one, and this is when he began using profanities: “if you didn’t want cheese, you should have used the f***ing skip to say so” and “I’m not making you another pizza”. I confronted him about swearing at me and he said “I don’t care, call skip!” He continued to yell at me, refusing to listen to me as I tried to reason with him until he hung up. I didn’t expect the man to profusely apologize, but he didn’t even show the slightest bit of respect, and speaking to a customer like this is unbelievable. I personally will no longer bd supporting this establishment with my money. Awful experience. Edit: I would like to add that the owner was being extremely rude and began using “bad language” (refer to above^) and when my boyfriend overheard, he took over the phone and their conversation escalated. The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful with me immediately, and whether or not there was a misunderstanding through the app, for him to yell and interrupt me and become aggressive with me over the phone is DEPLORABLE customer service and completely unacceptable.

I just moved to the neighborhood and decided to try this place out despite the mixed reviews on their customer service. I would say that the specials are pretty reasonable from a price point perspective. That being said, it would be nice to see a specialty pizza deal set up online. I wanted two specialty pizzas, but I had to order them separately as there was no option in any of the deals to do so. There is also no option to order just a single topping pizza by itself, without getting all the other dips and stuff. I thought that was a bit odd. As for the pizza itself, I would have to say it was fresh, hot, and came in a hurry. I would also have to say that the chicken shawarma pizza was a bit underwhelming and lacked some of the flavours I was expecting from the pictures on the website. This pizza could really have benefited from some authentic garlic sauce and hot sauce on top (as advertised on the website) to make it taste a bit more like the ones I've tasted in the past. The pizza that was delivered (second picture) just tasted like a bland chicken and tomato pizza. Maybe they just forgot the sauce? I would definitely order again and improve my rating if these issues were addressed.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My girlfriend and myself have tried to order pizza from this location numerous time. I am unsure why we did not learn our lesson after the first time. First encounter we tried to get a deal that included Garlic bread. We were told garlic bread was sold out. When asked what they can give us instead to substitute for the bread (as the deal included it in the price) we were told we would not get anything to substitute and it would be the same price. Second encounter, we ordered a special and the price came out to be $5.00 more expensive then the website. When we asked why, the person on the phone said the website is wrong and out of date, and that the price we were given was fair... Third encounter, we tried ordering a special again. They told us delivery would be 50min. After 90min we called back, they said the pizza would be there soon. After another 20min, we called back and were told the pizza will be there when it’s there. Needless to say, we cancelled immediately. I have never experienced customer service like this, and would strongly suggest avoiding this establishment.

Open late and a change from pizza pizza. Wings were gross. Not just the sauce but the flavour. They had herb dusted my wings at some point. And than sauced them with a not so good sauce. Chicken tasted weird tough and almost old or of poor quality. Ordered extra cheese pep and sausage. If this is extra cheese than I'd hate to see regular cheese. My order was delivered. Free delivery is nice but I had some weird "extra" charge of 99 cents on there that the driver could not explain at all. Ohhh and the driver. When he tells me my total (I paid cash) he told me my order was 24$... I didn't mind but thought it was bizarre when the order was clearly 23.47$ and that was with my extra charges. They are right down the street from me so it's not like I'm out of their delivery zone. Pizza is OK. But I'd much prefer Boston Pizza ( but that stuff is $$$) Toppers (when they get the order right) or Pizza Depot for delivery. The depot has great breaded wings and sauces as well as a four star Za.

I have been a regular for years. Likely order once a week. Ordered 2 large at 10pm on Easter Friday. Was told to pick up in 20 mins as usual. Arrived at 10:30pm, the pizzas weren't even made. I was then told they(3 staff or friends) would make them once they finish their dinner. I waited for another 5-10 mins before they started making them. It's ridiculous and unacceptable. I understand on the dinner part, but, when I called in, they should give me a head up it'd take an hour for pick up because of having a dinner gathering in store. I would have a choice of wait or not. Very bad experience and service. Similar issue happened before when they last raised the price. After I ordered I asked for the price discrepancy and got hung up. When I arrived for pick up the pizzas weren’t made. My order was ignored. Fortunately the boss(whom I know for some time being a regular) was there and the problem was solved rightaway.

I went into this place thinking it was just a neighborhood pizza joint for a slice, I was extremely disappointed. It smelled like sewage, it was visibly dirty, the counters were gross, floors were gross, even the debit machine I was disgusted to touch. I got my slice and as I walked out all I could think about was the unsanitary conditions and what that would lead to if I ate the food. I didn't even bother to go back to ask for my money back, I just tossed it in the garbage and kept walking. I feel really sorry for anyone who orders from here and has it delivered as they would blindly eat the food without knowing the conditions. Lastly, the guys working there seemed to have zero pride in their restaurant, neither said a word, just took my money, grunted and went on about their business. The obvious lack of pride is pretty clear given the conditions. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

My friends and I, who are all broke students, order from this place regularly. Awesome deals, a friendly staff, and they've never once messed up our order- don't listen to these other reviews. The pizza is good -- some would say of the normal quality for a delivery pizza, but I personally like it better -- for a price that even my friends and I can pay for if we all chip in a few spare dollars, usually on nights spent studying (or partying, let's be honest). On occasion, a few of the wings are underdone, hence the missing star, but if it were an option I'd half star it because it's really not that big of a deal. I'll chalk up that other missing star to the fact that there's no jalapeno option, which is a bit of a downer to me (they do have banana rings, though). Overall, a pretty decent place to get pizza from, especially for those who usually look at the prices of a pizza joint and cringe.

Conflicted about the 2 stars. Pre-pandemic this was may favourite place to order from but the last 3 times I've ordered online (someone else has picked up) we've been missing items or been given something wrong. For example, the order will list cheesecake but none is included when it's picked up or we will get the wrong drinks. We have someone who is diabetic so if they mess up the drinks, that person is now stuck. Just seems like people putting the order together are becoming careless.... Would at least be nice if they could say "hey, we didn't have this requested item so we replaced it with this, is that ok?". Select sauce on the side (again, dietary restrictions) and even put it in the comments sauce must be on the side and still get sauce on the wings. Not sure that they can or will do anything to make this better.

Thought I would never order from anywhere else besides Panago, but I've changed my mind and will make an exception for this place. I've ordered from here twice now, both times delivery was super fast, and pizza was hot and fresh. I find the pizzas from here are good sizes (the extra large is enormous! Great for feeding hungry construction workers or a large party) and the pizza is really decent for the price. Basic tasty pizzas on a good crust that isn't overly greasy. These aren't "gourmet" pizzas, but they are a good and fresh standard pizza. Excellent prices. I haven't had any issues with customer service or delivery like other reviews mention, guy has delivered both times now with a pleasant disposition and a smile, and both times has been lightning fast. Would recommend as a great basic pizza place.

Internet Order: 15020 Ordered Lava Cake but did not get it. Honestly for $2 i'm not even going to bother going back considering they have zero customer service, if i could give -5 as a rating for their customer service I would. The guy today at the register did not even bother looking up at me as i walked in and came up to him. I decided to take a seat thinking maybe my order isn't ready yet or something and he knew i was sitting there because he served someone else and even after with me still sitting there he didn't bother to ask if i needed any help. It's not even the $2 lava cake that i paid for and he forget, its the non-existent customer service that will make me stay clear of this brand. I'd rather spend extra at Pizza Pizza but at least be acknowledged there

I wanted something different outside the typical pizza joints. I read reviews and it was a mixed bag. Since this place is in my 'hood, I thought I'd give it a whirl. Ordered the GodZilla combo. Pep, mush, bacon on one. Pineapple, Blk olives, pep. Asked for both with light sauce and well done. Delivery was super quick (on a playoff night which was surprising), that was impressive AND concerning. The pies were good with 1.5 exceptions. I felt the toppings, esp the mush and bacon, were lacking. It wasn't as well done as I was expecting but still had a bit of a crunch and it wasn't soggy which is where .5 comes in. I enjoyed how cheesy it was though. All in all, I'd probably order again.

I've done three orders through these guys. Horrible experience every time, from beginning to end. Poor communication taking orders. Delivery guys will guilt you into tipping and will always drop snide comments as they walk away. Just now was the worst ... made an order for 33.19 and the guy shows up and lies to me and says its 36 and change. I ask for the receipt. It says 33.19. I say i won't pay the difference and that I have proof on my phone. He takes the pizzas and leaves. Now I'm left with a party and no pizza and trying to figure out what I'm going to do for my guests. Brutal experience. Poor business model from start to finish. Weak product. Sociopathic delivery. $$$ might be cheap but you get what you pay for. Buyer Beware.

Decided to try after hearing good reviews. Ordered online which was a breeze. Prices were very good in comparison to other pizza places. Two large pizzas with 3 toppings for $17.99. Ordered garlic cheese bread to try. A little pricey at $4.99 and ended up not being worth it- not cooked very well so much too soft for my liking. Opted for 'well done' crust. It seemed to be well done around the edges, however, the bottom was very soft and flimsy. I much prefer a crust with a little crunch/texture. Staff were nice enough at pick up. Overall, I'll go back to my regular pizza places. If you want something quick and affordable to serve lots of people, this is a good option. Otherwise, I would go elsewhere.

Hello People, We got two veggie pizzas from this store, they crafted my pizza fully loaded with cheese and veggies . It was really well cooked and yummy. My whole family and I enjoyed every single slice. Owners were personally taking care of each orders that was my first observation. Store floor was clean and staff individuals were well trained. This place is great! their pizza is top level and the price was eye opening when i saw it. All my friends and i only ever order from here now as the other places charge way to much. Pizza is always hot and very tasty, the godzilla deal is the best with what it comes with. Free delivery is also great, they are very quick. The only few things i don't like about them is almost all the time we get pizza, it's not cut right so we end up ripping pieces into two and it makes a mess. the dips are nice but to small, we always order two extra. Twice the Deal pizza is our main pizza place! Go get some now!

First time stopping by this place to check out a great deal I found on the web (2 medium for $14.99). Was told it wasn’t being honoured at this location, but we were hungry for pizza so ordered another special and thank god we did! The boneless chicken was Burt as you can see in the pictures. We ordered pizza with no pineapple and as you could see there's pineapple. Show me one..... wow you're going to argue with the customer that's one great way of doing business. In my 62 years you're going to tell me what's burnt and what's not burnt I don't think so. Well done. You're a joke. And then you're going to tell me that I ordered something I didn't we specifically said do pineapples what you put down in the receipt obviously that's your problem we ordered no pineapples. And this is how you deal with customers good luck.

WATCH FOR MYSTERY DELIVERY CHARGES!! Ordered online and when order arrived I noticed the total was higher then what the total was online and in confirmation email. When I questioned this, the driver told me it was a "kilometer charge". I paid, including a tip and when he turned to leave I asked for the receipt, so he handed me the credit card slip. I asked for the receipt with the total charges to confirm the amount he entered in machine before tip and to my surprise I found that he had hand written in a new total charge, his $5.00 "kilometer charge". Very shady practice!

We are absolutely DISGUSTED with our experience tonight! We ordered pizza (our usual order, we always order our pizza from here) at 6pm and were given an unusually long wait time for delivery, 50-70 minutes. Fine. 80 minutes later I call to find out where our pizza is and they actually tell me that I didn't order from them today!!!!! What the hell! And there was no apology, no offer of anything free, just telling me that I was in the wrong and I didn't order from them today. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They have lost a regular customer.

Ordered there a bunch of times with no issue. Ordered there yesterday and went to pick up. Paid for the pizza, opened it and realized there were anchovies and other toppings that shouldn't have be on the Cheese pizza. Somehow their online offering system screwed up and added stuff. But according to the manager this was my fault and not theirs... No concessions were made to make it right. Manager was beyond rude. No care for customer service. Lost a customer over a simple $5 fix. That's a really short sighted business plan.

The pizza tastes great, the wins were smothered in sauce. If you don't like so much sauce that they are completely immersed, you can always ask for the sauce on the side! The location is tiny, really only for takeout. The only real down side is they have the worst web site I have ever seen. Hard to navigate, hard to read some parts, almost couldn't tell what to do or when the meal would be ready. (It was ready in 20 minutes.) These guys should hire a professional to do that job!

My delivery experience wasn’t the greatest tonight. Ordered pizza and wings, when it was getting close to the hour mark and it hadn’t arrived, I called the store and the guy basically cut me off saying the driver was on the way. I’ve been going to Twice the deal for over a year now, multiple times a week during work, I either grab a Godzilla deal or a large or a medium. I feel like writing my post today because I changed up my toppings and the pizza was soo good!! I have found that if you order a little extra sauce theres much more flavour and juicyness And that’s anywhere not just here !! Twice the deal is the only pizza place I go too. See you tues..

The food is amazing (both the pizza and wings) and affordable. The pizza is fresh and tasty and not processed like most other places. The wings have a lot of meat on it and makes it great value for money. The staff are always friendly and super kind. I only found this place after a year and a half of staying a km away, more/better marketing might do good

We live in south, east Burlington and we go out of our way a couple times a month up to the Upper Middle/Walkers Line to pick up! Our friends in that area introduced us to Twice the Deal and from there on that's our new pizza go to! Personally, we have always had a great experience and pizzas/price that are not shy on toppings! Sorry to the others, but after a dozen trips, we give it a 5/5 rating... Like my review!? Thank you!

Very affordable pizza, especially their Godzilla deal of 2 XL pizzas for $19.99. Sure, it's not artisanal gourmet, and the toppings are more sparse than you are used to, but that price, it's reasonable. Friendly staff, we've had both pick-up and delivery, and the experience has been positive. Would I come back? Yes. Should you go? Yes, for feeding many mouths at an affordable price, and still getting good-quality toppings.

I ordered from Twice the deal for a work event. The staff was very helpful in preparing for our party of 50 adults. The pizza arrived right on time so it was nice and hot for our guests. The guest really loved the pizza and all asked where we got the pizza from. I also tried the gluten free pizza it was so yummy I had to order it again! I think Twice the deal Pizza will be our new go-to Pizza place.

Had a very bad experience with the manager of this particular store. Yogi (sp) was extremely rude. The quality of my pizza was not good. It wasn’t hot or cooked thoroughly. Yes it took 20 mins to arrive at my door. However I do live quite close to the store. I feel that maybe they should cook the pizza longer. I probably won’t be ordering from them again after the customer service I received.

We have been ordering from Twice the Deal Pizza’s Burlington location for the past three years and I must say that our experience has been very pleasant. The quality and the taste of pizza depends on the people behind the pizza and we find that this particular location of twice the deal pizza does a remarkable job of making delicious pizzas and delivering them hot.

My family and I have been ordering from this amazing pizza location for the last 5 years, and they never seem to disappoint. Always fresh, always friendly service, and of course amazing prices. The service and overall experience at this twice the deal location can not be beat by any other pizza joint in Burlington. If you’re going to order pizza this is the place!!

Pizza was better reheated in the air fryer... I pre-ordered a combo, and it was cold when I picked it up. I assume it was made and ahead of pick up time. The combo was a very good deal and it was tasty after going reheating in the air fryer which will make me give them a second chance.

Bought a few pizzas for my co-workers. One regular with pepperoni and one gluten free. The owners and people working there were very pleasant. Quick with getting my order. BTW amazing deals as well. My co-workers and I loved both pizzas. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family for the price is awesome and the taste is even better!

Once again, great pizza. Added wings for the first time, they were really good too. Have already shared your contact info and website with my mom. I've always loved this pizza but I'm very picky, one day we ordered some pizza. I scraped off the toppings and underneath the cheese was plastic pieces. I suggest looking under you pizza, (that was a few months ago but it could still be bad). But other then that everything else is good.

Always fresh and ready for pick up -and so many options for a very reasonable price. Tastes great too! We tried a pan pizza to see how it compared to another pizza place and found it was excellent in comparison. Thank you Twice the Deal!!

Do not buy the GodZilla deal pizza. 2 X-Large Pizzas with 3 Toppings on Each & 2 Dips. Not good for the stomach. Answering the questions from the owner. I haven't tried the other one....The quality was very sad. We had to throw away the pizzas. Also, Doordash just delivers it.

On time and even though my delivery address changed to my billing address, the driver read the comments and called to confirm the drop off! He saved the day and made the birthday party goers happy!!!

This places customer service is not always great, but if you want a good "take out" style pizza it's good I get it all the time for my husbands guys nights. Good flavour, no "pizza pizza" cardboard here. This and mamma Rosie's are what we get most often.

I ordered online, picked up food 20 min later. Was ready when I got there. We ordered 5 different toppings and got what we ordered. Wedges and wings came as ordered and everything was delicious. Price was great. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent value, fast delivery even the owner knows my order if I forget. (that may actually be sad. Lol) friendly service when they deliver. I owe them an apology my wife and I are trying keto, so our choice is limited but wings are good too.

The customer service is so bad at this location.Specially the indian guy with specs was so rude with us. As he owe us something.If u don’t want to work nd just sit sit at ur home.Nd he also said bad words. This behaviour is not acceptable.

Pizza here is always top notch for a very very reasonable price. This is our go to place and as we're a busy working family with kids activities in the evenings, we have our fair share of pizza from this place. Never fails to satisfy.

Ordered a large pizza and wings. Wings were under cooked but some how had burnt edges. The dough looked and tasted like naan and was very flimsy and under cooked. Tomato sauce had way to much tomato paste in it. Was very sour.

It was very delicious, well cooked and the price was worth it for everything that we got. Way better than domino , Pizza Hut etc.

Pizza was a good as the name sounds we ordered pizza which took over 70 min and due to uncooked food i was having stomach issues later to find out i got food posioning definitely wasnt worth twice the deal

when i confused with how much dipping sauce I wanted , the people behind the counter rudely told me to make up my mind. This is not the first time i have experiencing such bad attitude from the employers.

Ordered at 11:40 ish and is now 1 am and pizza is still not here. Called back around 12:25 and they said 10 minutes. Not impressed with the service at all. Not going to order again. Never roccomend

Pizza was delicious and on the top very good customer service and price is unbelievable reasonable. I MUST say this is our best choice for pizza in Burlington. I highly recommend this pizza store.

The driver was late, everything seemed alright about the service until he demanded a tip and told me with attitude that i should've ordered earlier.. Extremely rude. Never ordering from here.

Disappointed to see that the employees do not wear masks when interacting with customers and handling food, and declining to put them on because the "oven is too hot". Won't be returning.

Owner is a dirty individual watch out, Very bad customer service. The employees are very rude and dont care if they are yelling and screaming in a foreign language in front of customers

Just picked up two indian style larges. The service was prompt and the person who served us was so friendly and kind! Pizza is also delicious. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Yogi and his team truly go above and beyond for customer service. The food is alwats hot amd tastes awesome and they go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend!

Can't go wrong for the price, good quality for what you pay for. Combo specials have great portion sizes and very well priced. Order frequently and have never had an issue.

The worst service ever. The pizza arrives 30 min after they say it will arrive. It arrives cold and your order is always missing things. Not even close to worth the price.

Fast service, pretty good food. Not alot of toppings on pizza. Pizza was quite thin and spent over $60 and never received a soccer ball like it states for orders over $35

Always very tasty pizza with short wait times. Brownies are gross and garlic bread is just texes toast like ypu can buy at the grocery store with some cheese thrown on

pizza was cold, and they wanted to charge a delivery fee despite it being free delivery on the website. The website is poor and they are rude on the phone.

Pizza is average, but price wise low so good value, wings are very good...ask for well done, lost a star because short 1 beverage upon delivery.

Pizza is always terrible from this location. Order did not ever show up tonight, so we could not eat dinner. Will never order from here again.

They round your bill up to the nearest 5 cents even if you are paying with a card, stole 2 cents from me. My life has not been the same since.

I'm not impressed with the people behind the counter. Very rude. Didn't give me what I wanted. Overcharged me 20%. Food wasn't too bad though.
