I unfortunately have a litany of dental procedures under my belt. I've had crowns, bridges spacers and in the last few years I got three implants that were done by Dr.Fee. My regular dentist is Dr.Bill Mather, but he doesn't do implants or on four dentures . I had consulted Dr.Fee a year ago about All on Four dentures but he talked me out of it. Because of my age (50 at the time). In the meantime a bridge, that I had done several years earlier, had deteriorated and was giving me grief. I was requiring an extraction, possibly another bridge and another couple of crowns on the opposite side of my mouth. At that point I'd had enough, so I made another appointment with Dr.Fee. I told him he was doing it or someone else would. He understood my frustration and we got the ball rolling. I made an appointment with his Denturist. All my questions were answered and I felt more certain that I was doing the smart thing. My appointment was at 7 am, yes, this morning. It is now 9:20 pm and I am a little sore, but not too bad. When I got there this morning I was greeted by the nurse and Dr. Fee came to answer any question. My main concern was that I'd wake up in the middle of the procedure. Dr. Fee assured me I wouldn't. He also said that I would be frozen for the better part of the day. He was right, it came out completely a little after five pm. Considering I've had 11 teeth pulled and four implants installed and a temporary plate attached to my head, less than twenty four hours ago, I feel great. I did wake up prior to have the temporary plate attached but I wasn't uneasy about it. If I had known this procedure was going to go so well years ago, I would have skipped getting the three implants and just gone with the on four. But I probably would have had to argue with Dr.Fee to do it. He isn't after you money or putting band aids on to bring you back later. Dr.Fee and his staff are highly skilled professionals. I don't endorse just anyone. I Hate Dentists. Todd Reynolds.
I was just there and while I admit I was late for my appointment and am displeased with myself, the person who was designated to schedule my appointment was incredibly rude. I asked Dr.Fee specifically about scheduling and how late I could be scheduled as anyone I could ask for a ride would be less than willing to accommodate my request if they had to miss a full day of work. I require sedation for my hygiene appointment which was why I was referred to this dental group in the first place. Dr.Fee told me the latest I could be scheduled for sedation was 1pm so I would be out by 3pm. The person designated to schedule the appointment told me that was untrue and I could not be scheduled for that time because it was a hygiene appointment. Or at least that's the way they made it seem. While everyone else involved was great, the person responsible for scheduling was intentionally combative and didn't care what Dr.Fee had said. I cannot recommend a place that employs someone who treats customers/patients in this manner. It made the entire visit an abject waste of my time. She wouldn't even speak to Dr.Fee about it and made it very much seem like she thinks she runs the whole office and knows more about the dental needs of customers and procedure than the staff that actually have something to do with treatment. It should be noted that I have advised my dentist to not refer anyone to this office.
I and my beloved, late dad have been under Dr. Fee's (and now, also Dr Park's, I suspect, lol) care for some time now. I became difficult to freeze about 20 yrs agoi (ugh!) and consequently, had bad nerves re: dentists, hence, serious gag reflex issue. I now am fine to do the xrys and generally am ok with the oral exam due to trusting Dr. Fee. though I do require the offered asnesthesia for all procedures. I like the team who seem on point, professional and are great to talk to (especially the RN, hygiene team.) When I had a complication last year re: difficult root canal, they ensured I was kept in the chair for extra time and hooked up to iv etc., as opposed to shuffling me off to recovery. I particularly applaud Dr. Fee's care and due diligence in assisting at the "llth hour" when a fellow dentist in the buiding incurred a serious incident with a patient becoming in distress, while sedated. Dr. Fee rushed forth from his practice, to essentially, take charge and help save the patient. This heroism made national news. While I will admit specialty dentistry, AKA with anesthesia is not at all cheap, it is a God send to those of us who require extra TLC.with dentistry. Kudos to Dr. Darren Fee and his team for providing that.
I had this years checkup/cleaning at this office after family recommended me. Everyone was super nice and the office is really nice. They have massage chairs! My previous dental office of 8 years was cold and could care less that I cried during for entire extraction procedures. This dental office is not the case. As hard as I’m trying to keep the 2 wisdom teeth I have left and to not grind my teeth enough that I crack any more, it’s nice knowing that IF I do, this office will do their best to ensure I don’t spend another extraction with the heart rate monitor constantly going off and tears pouring down my face (don’t go to dental choice on 50st across of Jackie Parker Park). Only 1 visit in and I trust their ability to care for a patient.
I have been seeing Dr. Fee for about 10 years and have never had anything but wonderful care both from Dr Fee and ALL of his STAFF. I would most definitely recommend anyone especially those that are afraid and nervous of going to the dentist as here, they offer a variety of options to make you comfortable and relaxed. I swear you will never be afraid to get any type of procedure done, be it a good shiny cleaning to a root canal and anything in between. The minute you walk into the office, you are greeted by one of the Ladies at the reception desk and they promptly let the staff in the clinic area of your arrival. I have never had to wait anything longer than five minutes. I would never consider seeing another Dentist in Edmonton.
I was charged for an exam when my dentist sent me for a consult. X-Rays and assessment was already completed by my dentist. I continue to tell the surgoen what I'm there for, he ignores me and continues to examine my mouth and charges the last of my insurance. After surgery during the healing I noticed some odd sensation in my cheek, only to later find a nerve had been damaged. One of my fillings doesn't even sit on the tooth. I tried flossing, and had to maneuver the floss to make sure I could reach the gum line. One of the extraction sites has markings of a broken off jaw bown fragment. There was no visual follow up to make sure healing was going well, considering the extent of work I had to have done.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. They pulled two teeth while I was under general anesthesia without my consent. It was never ever mentioned as a possibility before my root canal procedure. You can imagine the shock when I woke up. I have severe dental anxiety and was just starting to trust a dentist. This trauma has put me back at square one as well as effected my mental health and self esteem. On top of this I paid close to $7000 out of pocket to have my teeth fixed. I now will require multiple other procedures costing thousands more in a hope to have my teeth look normal again. I cannot fully put into words the trauma and pain this practice has caused me.
I’m leaving this comment/review for the lovely lady Ashley who’s been nothing but a straight A artist when it comes to cleaning teeth and keeping a smile on her clients face while do so , she’s extremely Friendly and keeps up conversation so my anxiety would stay down .. and most importantly of all she makes me feel comfortable/welcome even with my mouths condition & during harsh cleaning sessions .. , all in I give Ashley a 20/10 for her hard work and commitment taking care of my teeth health !! :) thankyou once again to all the ladies at this firm for working so hard and doing such a great job
Top quality care as per normal. These are nice people as well as consummate professionals, easy and fun to talk to. I so recommend this team, either Dr. Park or Dr Fee and their team. to anyone such as myself who has a dental gag reflex, bad nerves, has had bad previous dental experiences or just wants a team where you know you will be taken care of. Kudos also to Jenna, Cindy, all the gals up front who are on point regarding scheduling, calling if there are cancellations and son. I recommend to anyone!
I have been taking my kids and self to DR FEE before it changed to Twilight dentistry. DR FEE Has always been excellent. Now a dentist named DR Parks works here ; this DR Parks should be fired.he was supposed to do fillings; but when I awoke from sedation; I discovered terrible pain on my left side .I found out a tooth had been cracked .not impressed. This is the fourth time a chinese dentist has screwed up on my teeth ;I will never go back there , nor do I trust non white dentists.
I was referred by my dentist to him for a general anesthesia, I do believe this guy should read his patient's chart, he subscribed an antibiotic to me that I was severely allergic too, I told the nurse my allergies prior to going under and after waking up from surgery I told him directly had allergies, his response was “I’ll give you something no one is allergic too”. After I reacted I called his office his nurse told me “take and antihistamines and get over it”. What a jerk!
I just got all of my teeth pulled out,and my dentures put in right away. I just had my surgery on Thursday morning. I am 46 yrs old, and hadn't been to the dentist since I was 12yrs old. I have been deathly afraid of dentists/ doctors and needles all my life. When I went to Dr. Darren Fee he was awesome. Him and his staff were very helpful, kind, and caring with me. I will literally recommend him,and I have already to a close family friend.
I went under anesthesia for some work, there is no recovery room here so basically the moment I woke up I was told it was time to go. I couldn’t even walk the person driving me home had to hold me up. I was sick for a week and had to have all the work they did re-done by a local dentist. It took over a month to start feeling normal again. I just hope no one goes through this and I was the rare exception.
Friendly staff from start to finish, who had the patience of saints to answer all my many questions. Worked around my odd schedule and accommodated staying in my insurance budget. Called the next day to check on me and even bent over backwards to find a medication for me that would not I trigger my severe allergies. Would highly recommend to anyone else who suffers from dental anxiety.
Don’t go to this place, i was referred to this place to get my wisdom teeth pulled and instead they did nothing to them, pulled out one tooth that wasn’t a wisdom tooth, did fillings and did root canals, but they only made my decaying wisdom tooth worse that you can see the decay, and made the pain even worse as well.
Had four wisdom teeth removed about two weeks ago here. I have always hated going to the dentist and had anxiety about it but Dr. Fee and the staff were incredibly accommodating. Kind, helpful, and professional all the way through. Easily the best dental experience I've ever had. Would recommend to anyone!
My experience here was top notch from start to finish. All of the staff were professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. My initial consultation made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Fee and team to anyone! Great experience and there's no question I'll be referring anyone I come across!
The friendliest staff. I mean it they are great always a pleasure. This place is clean nice and I've never felt embarrassed about my bad teeth they freaky just are nice and want to help. The doctors are so gentle and kind. I won't go anywhere else. It's the best dental experience I've ever had. Thankyou
Wow. Just Wow. Overall very impressed with the work they did today. I really hate going to the dentist, they made me feel welcome, answered all of my questions, and went at MY PACE. Best part was when they let me play some 70s music. I'm actually really looking forward to my next appointment with them.
I was referred to Park Fee by a Denturist,I did need to be sedated to get molds needed for teeth.I was treated with utmost respect courtesy by all of the wonderful people that work there. They also had quickly called the moment they had a cancellation do I actually got in two weeks early.
I have had the privilege of having Dr.Fee as my dentist for a number of years and can not say enough great things about him. He, Dr.Park and the great team of nurses, hygienist and staff always take great care of me and make sure I am comfortable. Providing for all my dental needs.
7 months ago, I walked into aqqp hell. Professionalists were to perform extractions of all my teeth. A week later I was pulling splinters and shards of my teeth from my gums. I was in terrible pain. The dentist assured me all my teeth were pulled.. Now I have a tooth growing. back.
40 minutes for a root canal, time will tell how it holds up wont be gong to Slave lake dental anytime soon, probly would have taken them 3 hrs.kinda pricey tho I don't know why, won't be going back I Suda looked at all the negative reviews, nobody even responds to them.
I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the appointments were fairly quick t book, and the work I needed done was quick and painless. After not seeing a dentist in a few too many years I was expecting the worst, but got a wonderful experience instead.
Twilight dental was so welcoming and upon waiting for me to be put to sleep I was so nervous they did everything they could to make me feel relaxed and calm. My dental surgery went very well and they were clear on explaining everything. I give them 5 stars
Dr Park patiently explained everything to me and answered all my procedure questions. He is the master of local freezing. He's probably really good at local anesthetic, but for the first time in YEARS I didn't need it. He pulls a good tooth.
I have had my teeth cleaned here for eight years. I am anxious when it comes to anything to do with dentistry. I can confidently place my trust in this team. The friendly non judgmental atmosphere makes this a more comfortable place to be.
Unable to get frozen for a filling at a different dentist I was sent here. Got an appointment within a week, and the whole process was quick and painless. Everyone was friendly and professional. Super happy
Excellent service, professional, friendly staff, pain free service left with a beautiful smile.10 out of 10. Thanks to the whole team, they are amazing . The only Dental office I will ever go to. …
Dr. Fee is an amazing, gifted, personable dentist. I am the biggest chicken ever, and I trust him completely. His staff is as incredible as he is. I would never go anywhere else.
I have a debilitating fear of the dentist. But Dr. Park and staff are angels when it comes to dealing with me. If you have a fear of the dentist this is the place to go!
In all honesty, I'm not a patient at this office but the receptionist at the front were extremely kind and helpful and a great face for the company. A+ all around
Twilight Dental is amazing, my kids actually like going to the dentist because of the team here. I love it to. Best dental office highly recommend.
I see Nancy regularly for my dental cleaning, absolutely love her. She’s gentle and I always leave with fresh pearly whites:D Highly recommend her.
My experience with the Front desk incompetence. No apology or clear message regarding the outrageous cost for half the work. Disgusted
