Twilight pharmacy have been providing my family and I with an exceptional professional service over the years. Our medication comes straight to the door without any hassle and having numerous health conditions myself means that I am able to phone them and request for urgent delivery. The service is very friendly and approachable , Dr Tarique is extremely helpful and he goes over and beyond to help his customers in any kind of way when any medical issue arises. Whenever we need any kind of medical advice the staff are always available to provide the best advice. They offer many other services that are so very useful to the community like vaccinations and opticians etc. I would highly recommend this pharmacy. If this is not your selected pharmacy then don't delay! You will be highly impressed and never want to turn back to any other. I must say Friendly pharmacy assistant called SAM could see immediately that I needed expert advice This was given promptly and professionally I been to an few that day but must say this pharmacy has the most kind staff there and the one called Sam well she was kind hlepfull and and just an lovely woman and awell as her staff loved the fact that had everything there you could need and and big bouns it there is and opticians aswell I will definitely be using twilight pharmacy again thank you Sam for your all hlep that day.

I came to pick up eye drops and she kept saying my prescription didn’t come in when it did then I decided to call 111 then she said she had it plus she was meant to give me eye drops that was meant to be taken out the fridge 2 to 8 c she gave me something that was warm it could’ve harmed my injured eye watch out don’t trust no one cause I remember being in hospital and checked the label found they was giving me out of date by 3 days eye drops when I needed it most still can’t forget that.

One of the best pharmacies around town! Been to many different pharmacies around Birmingham but none compare to the service delivered here. Any time we have had any medical issues within the family, the staff are always available to provide the best advice. Staff are friendly and super approachable! We even get prescriptions delivered to our homes.. especially useful for my elderly parents! Could not recommend more!

Really annoying trying to contact this pharmacy by phone. they have a really silly IVR greeting announcing their opening hours and asking to choose a language. When u press the pharmacy option no one picks up the phone anyway, says the user is busy and cuts the phone off. even during their opening hours. So you have to waste a journey to come see them for something which could have been dealt by on the phone.

My family and I have been customers for several years now. We have repeat prescriptions delivered to the door which is so helpful. I have on many occasions called the pharmacy in order to ask the pharmacist for medical advice and have found them always eager to help and advice. A great asset to the community! We recently used the onsite opticians and were very happy with the professional service we received.

Absolutely love this pharmacy. The whole family use it! Amazing service! They always have everything in stock. My son is special needs and he's medicines and surgical items are always on Time. Delivery is amazing they deliver straight to your door. Pharmacist are great. Ive had the best experience with this pharmacy compared to others in Birmingham. 5 stars from me!!

Visited Friday and served by a lady without greeting and nobody was in pharmacy and they took 10 minutes to give me ear drops when I was leaving another lady arrogantly said to me wear face mask when you come next time and I replied that you should have remind me about it politely when I came into pharmacy rather than at leaving and arrogantly.

They lie to you and ask you to get prescription changed. Doctor prescribed penicillin and they told me they don't have it and no other pharmacy will have it. They told me to go back to the doctor and get them to prescribe amoxicillin. The doctor said to go to another pharmacy. Came to different pharmacy and they had the medicine.

Great service, on point and very efficient, knowledgable and professional team, iv had medicines delivered which were on time as stated, called up on many occasions for advice and felt like they actually care and not just trying to rush me off the phone, highly recommended! Recently used the newly opened opticians service within the pharmacy. Excellent service. The optician thoroughly assessed each member of the family which included 5 children. The staff were great. My daughter ordered glasses with her prescription lenses which were received within days. Impressed all round.

We went for travel vaccinations for the whole family, the staff made sure the children felt at ease at all times especially with my child who has high functioning autism. The staff at the chemist are always so friendly, professional and helpful, never a problem. Would recommend to everyone.

Dr Tarique is just the best . Love the pharmacy so helpful and accommodating. It’s very convenient so home deliveries also of medications done. Best place to access if need multidisciplinary help .

Have been chasing missing medication since start of the month and all excuses had been given. Delivery staff said noone is opening the door when I have been at home all day.
