Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this company. I hired their packing service to pack up the kitchen and certain items, as well as move for the following day. Both days the crew was late, and for the pack they didn’t show up with any basic packing materials except for boxes. No dish boxes, no bubble wrap, and no wrapping material despite having specified clearly the day before what we will need for the move. The workers seemed to take their time, not minding we are being charged every 15 minute increment, and the overall experience was unprofessional and careless. Prior to leaving, a mess was left in the washroom. When I called to tell the manager Omar about the experience, he began negotiating with me to receive a 5% portion of my bill back, in exchange for excellent reviews. Omar has promised multiple times to ensure I received a credit that he promised, but unfortunately has yet to follow up with me to ensure the situation has been remedied. Very disappointed and highly recommend exercising caution with this company, and the Yorkland Ave location.

Hello, my name is Beverly. On February 10th, 2021, I used the Moving services of 'Two Men and a Truck' for a local move in the City of Mississauga, and I would like to share my experience with you. The truck arrived at the scheduled time. The men were very courteous, and displayed great teamwork. No wasting of time on their phones or idly chit chatting; they just walked in, respectfully introduced themselves, took stock of what was to be moved and got right to the job. Whenever I asked a question or gave any instructions the responses were respectful and as an older person they made me feel I was in good hands. On arrival at my destination everything was carefully put in place as requested and furniture reassembled...they didn't just dump me and leave. I'm happy to say I would most certainly recommend and use this moving company again without hesitation...GOOD JOB GUYS!!! Also thanks to Shaun in the office for coordinating all of this for me and putting up with all my questions...'Great personality'.

Served by an impressive team led by Derrick and assisted by Sameer and Tavian. Thank you for your professionalism and hard work. There may have been some miscommunication in the beginning between the movers and the head office. I had confirmed with the head office that the movers would be on site at 10am but they didn't arrive until around 10:25am. Just a small blip though and not the movers' fault. They more than made up for it with their hard work. The final cost was exactly the amount quoted. It was a long day of hard work but so happy to see that the team was still joking around and having a good time together. At the end of the move, there was one item that was left on the truck by accident. I called the office and it was hand delivered to my house 2 days later. They're a bit more expensive than other moving companies but you pay for the service and peace of mind that you'll be taken care of on what is already a stressful day. I would not recommend or use their service. The movers broke the tv and were rushing throughout the move, even though I insisted on taking their time and was willing to pay for the extra hour. They were also complaining about the stairs in the townhouse, which I understand but I mentioned the stairs when I called to book the service. I noticed the broken tv right away and called them. The contract I signed was online and never got a copy and they couldn't provide a copy of the contract and they had no idea what to do. This kept going back and forth for 2 months and I had to take their word for it cause they could not provide me with my signed contract. I am lucky that nothing of bigger value was broken. In case you decide to go with them, make sure you read the contract and the insurance part specifically for your belongings and print out a copy.

Upon their arrival, the two men assigned to our move were cordial, professional, and thoroughly reviewed all aspects of the move prior to loading any furniture. All company protocols (as previously outlined in company documents) were strictly adhered to as each stage of the moving process was effectively communicated by the lead hand. During the preparation of wrapping the furniture, both men took great care and attention to ensure that each piece was protected with moving blankets and shrink wrap. The manner in which they performed their tasks demonstrated their commitment to providing excellent service and also, an invested level of personal pride. We highly recommend this company as the entire organization was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process in making the move worry-free!

My wife and I had an amazing experience with Two Men and a Truck. The great experience started with the management team who booked our move, Shaun/Shawn was fantastic. He was very accommodating and professional. We moved from a condo at Bayview and Sheppard to a house in Aurora. The movers arrived early, Derek was the team lead with Antone and Andre. The three were a well oiled machine with Derek guiding the way. We have moved many times over the years and this was easily the best experience we have had with movers and a moving company! Not that we are planning on moving again but if it were to happen we would definitely go back to Two Men and A Truck for sure. We would also have the three movers we had! The movers were all kind and friendly. I know I had too many boxes. Unfortunately, what has made it difficult is that they are up to the ceiling, random sizes stacked, and I had spent the time labelling the boxes with room (and contents), FRAGILE, and none of these directions were even considered. In fact most of the labels are facing the wall and I don't know what and where the contents belong, nevertheless get them down. After three days I had to tape a shower liner to the rod to have a shower. The movers need more training as this is a nightmare. I'm 67 and a woman with some disabilities and I don't know how I will ever get to eat a proper meal (can't find my dishes). I definitely don't recommend.

We had a terrific moving experience with Two Men and a Truck! From the first phone call and every step in the process, the service we received was professional, friendly, and reassuring. We moved 90 minutes out of the city and had the same team (6 men and 2 trucks) move us out on one day and then move us into the new house the next. Most of our furniture was covered in quilted blankets and shrink-wrapped, even the sofas and chairs. The gentlemen had positive, upbeat attitudes and made it seem as though nothing was a problem for them, even our treadmill, which was a beast to move. They work hard and tirelessly, without complaint. Needless to say, we would highly recommend them!

My experience with this company was very costly .The moving cost wasn't the problem .. we lost 2 carpets ,8x10 and 5x7 ,along with 4 pieces of artwork . We had moved our condo contents to a storage unit while waiting for our new home to be finished . When we moved the contents to the new home 6 months later we realized we were missing our valuables. We signed the paperwork after the move to the storage unit without checking the truck . Our mistake! Buyer beware ! check the truck , we were tired from the move and didn't realize something like this could happen. I spoke a few times with their office and the message was Too Bad So Sad hoping not to be moving again ! Heidi

Not having moved in 30 years and hearing all the horror stories about movers I was very nervous booking anyone. Chris (Two Men Oshawa) was amazing from the first phone call to all the follow up emails. On Moving day, Brendan and his crew arrived exactly on time and were polite, professional courteous and respectful. It was one of the hottest days of the summer and these 6 guys never stopped moving. They treated our things with care and respect. Above all they were consistently police, friendly and professional. I cannot believe the energy they had. And the quote was bang on. Thanks Chris and Brendan and crew. Two men will be highly recommended.

We recently moved and hired Two Men and a Truck as they were highly recommended. Overall, the experience was a positive one. Sean who works in the office was incredible. He demonstrated patience and delivered excellent customer service by answering and addressing all of our questions and concerns. We had three movers on the day of the move, Hamdi, Kevon and Hussein. Hamdi who was supervising tended to all of our needs to ensure it was a pleasant experience. The team was very warm, friendly, quick and efficient. Kevon was a machine! We found a couple of nicks in our furniture pieces but overall, the service was great and I recommend them.

Very much appreciated on a personal level to FaceTime with Andy to book ahead of time to coordinate our move. Andy was patient to answer all of my many questions. He had Derek and his team come, and Derek instructed and led his team to meticulously wrapped our fragile furnitures. And with the help of his men, he led them how to organized what n where each items as well my many fragile prepackaged boxes to stay in place in the truck. Very professional as well friendly and personable. I strongly recommend Andy with Derek and his 2 team members to move anyone’s belongings in a heartbeat! Thank you very much Andy and Derek and team!!

I can't recommend Cecil, Mark, and "the big guy" enough! Courteous, polite, professional--they made a very stressful day as pleasant as possible, and I can't thank them enough. I ended up having to book kind of last minute (after being given the "run around" from a different company that had been recommended), and it was not an issue at all, Ryan was very kind and helpful via email and on the phone, and all of them were very patient with my stressed out self and all the stupid questions I had. 11/10 would (will!) totally use again if/when I need them.

Moving is always stressful, but the wonderful movers at Two Men and a Truck did their very best to make everything as easy as possible. The estimate was a little bit lower than what I actually paid (it took a little longer to move everything, mostly due to a small and slow elevator), but the care and professionalism shown by the movers was well worth it. They took good care of every piece of furniture, and made sure that everything was where I wanted it in my new place. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone moving in the future.

The movers with two men and a truck are wonderful. The three guys who took care of my move were friendly, polite and professional. My home setup had a lot of stairs with narrow doorways and a long walk to where the truck could park and these guys still got everything out in much less time than I thought it would take. They were careful with my belongings and with the floors and walls. What I thought would be an 8 hour day was done in 4.5 hours!!! They were the most expensive company I got a quote from and they were worth every dollar.

My movers were phenomenal. Manish is probably the best mover on the Two Men and a Truck team and the epitome of good people skills. Our move took 5 hours. I was sure it would have taken longer. I will be using you guys again. Oh, not to mention my estimator Shaun Lindsay. Amazing person, knowledgeable, and his customer service was on an another level. All of those whom assisted with the move, deserve raises and promotions FOR SURE. This will probably be the best review you have ever received because, I was served by your best team.

My wife and I moved recently and a friend of ours referred us to Two Men & A Truck. The moving team of Gregory (Greg), Richie and Kevin were professional, respectful, communicated with us very well, and went the extra mile to ensure our move was smooth and efficient. We were thoroughly impressed with their work flow system, and care for the customers' needs. We do recommend this company for moving, and this trio of movers in particular.

I heard many horror stories about crooked moving companies. So I am very pleased to report that my experience with Two Men And A Truck was fantastic. They came when they said they would. They packed all of my belongings carefully. They worked tirelessly. They were careful not to damage my house. They did everything I asked. Their estimated time of completion and price were very close. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Had a small moving job , dinette cabinet and dining room table. Very heavy and awkward. From upper level to lower level bungalow house. Second time using this business and they have gone above and beyond both times. They were careful with my boxes and flexible to include things that I forgot to mention initially. Dis/Re-assembled my couch and bed with no issues & the whole move was finished in less than 6 hours. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and come back if I need to move again.

I was so impressed with the moving team as they were friendly, courteous and professional. They honor and show high regard to their customers and didn't over charge me. The movers put our items on the truck and then said we owed them more money. They ripped us off of $750. cash. The franchise owner tried to contact the movers involved. Of course they never answered. I'm soooo mad. My first move with Two Men and a Truck ran very smoothly. So I tried them again. Not the same experience at all!

Dwayne and Matthew from the Pickering Two Men and a Truck, were punctual, professional, and managed to accomplish the move in less time than estimated. They also were able to pack my belongings in a challenging storage space. I would highly recommend them!

The lead hand planned how the work was to be done before starting the work and put barriers in place to do the work safety. There was no urgency to rush the removal and possibly make mistakes.
