U Go Physio Physiotherapy in Leytonstone was fantastic to help with my neck pain. I was treated by Adela who is very professional and really gifted in what she does. I could not believe how after only a couple of sessions my pain improved significantly. She also provided me with a customised set of exercises to practice at home for long term benefits. Totally recommend her services.
