We just had my daughter's birthday here and it was the most horrible experience for the price you.pay. They don't check the bracelets and let my young nephew out with another family, such a liability and security issue. They harassed one.of my friends on the way out to pay the remaining party bill. She was a guest and she was made to feel like she was doing something wrong. I had no idea who the host was. We had to scramble to find extra plates and napkins. It took awhile for the food, all the food should habe come together but it did not. It was just a disorganized mess. When I wanted to convey my concerns, I asked for a manager and got the pleasure (very sarcastic here) of speaking with MEHAK, i honestly have no idea how she has her job. She was the rudest most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. She came to speak with me and you could see she already had a chip on her shoulder, she didn't introduce herself, didn't ask if she could help, instead she looked at me and rolled her eyes a few.times and was extremely rude! When I told her she was ignorant and I wanted to speak to someone else, she lied and said there was no one else. I ended up being helped by a gentleman that was below her and he should actually be the manager, he was so nice, he was kind and knows gow to deal with people and has customer service. He ended up getting me in touch with another manager who was apologetic and made things right. While I was waiting for the other manager and speaking on the phone MEHAK tried to intimidate me by coming right over beside me and staring at me, i asked if i could help her and why is she staring at me, she said nothing but that stupid look on her face and rolled her eyes, I asked her if she could actually get away from me because I wouldn't be intimidated. At the end the other male manager and the other male employee were.absolutely fantastic but I was already left with a terrible experience and MEHAK made it way worse. On our way.out, she was speaking about us to another employee and they were staring at us. When they were caught staring at us the other employee smiled, it was actually humorous at the end because.i just smiled and waved. MEHAK is the absolute worst person to deal with, she is immature and has no respect, she is a entitled little brat in a nutshell and needs to gain some life experiences to learn how to actually deal with people. Won't recommend this place and won't be going back, especially for the amount we spent there.

I have to start off by saying my kids had a really great time! It was very busy when we went on a Saturday evening but they got to do everything. The reason I'm giving one star is because of a very serious safety issue. The toddler/baby area is right beside the basketball hoops area and the netting does not go up to the ceiling. It goes to the tops of the basketball nets and while my 3 year old was playing in the toddler ball pit a basketball came flying over and smoked my 3 year old in the head. He was hit so hard it knocked him completely out of the ball pit. After a cry and some snuggles he was fine BUT there were a ton of young little babies playing around in the ball pit that, if they were hit in the head the way my son was, would definitely seriously injure or even be fatal. It's a very serious safety concern! I went to the desk to tell someone what happened and they offered my son an ice pack but they also said that it had never happened before and they have netting in order to stop this from happening. But the netting, obviously, did not do its job. They did not take my concerns seriously at all, the manager didn't even come talk to us, they honestly could not care less, is the feeling I got. It may not have happened before but it's happened now and that means it can happen again and if it's a little baby that gets it next time, I shudder to think of that poor little baby and what could, and most certainly will, happen. DO NOT put your young baby in that ball pit until they have this issue fixed! Seriously. If it happened to mine it could happen to yours!

Will never come here again. Unfriendly people zero smiles. 1. Wouldnt let my stroller in and wouldnt tell me that till after i paid. If i had known i wouldnt have gone there. No reason why stroller wouldnt be allowed, there was only 5 people there. Again, there is literally no reason why a stroller wouldnt be allowed. Ok so ill wake up my 5 month old from his nap in the stroller and hold him the entire time we are there because now im not allowed to bring a stroller to nap him in. 2. The food was horrific. Took over 35 mins for a small 6” pizza and a “chicken” strips and fries. Buzzed me multiple times while i was feeding my baby (who was rudely awoken from his nap) to tell me food is ready. Im sitting right there and they are rudely buzzing me over and over again and im turning it off because it keeps scaring my baby and he is detaching from his bottle. Which the person can see they were less than 10ft away. I finally look over and say im feeding my baby i cant come right now. Then person actually brings it to my table which was nice and not expected based on the level of service i had already experienced. The food was $20 and you can see the photos. It was wretched. Chicken was tasteless and looked just awful. Fries burnt. Pizza i dont know who calls that pepperoni pizza. Overall spent close to $40 here for 1 hour and it was a pure disappointment. Although my son had fun i will never come here again on principle and will only attend inclusive and accepting playcenters. For a family place they sure dont actually give a f about family. I couldnt wait to leave

We had my daughter’s birthday this past Saturday and it was the worst service out of all the venues I have had parties throughout the years. There was a long wait from the time we walked in as understaffed and unorganized. We came early so the kids could play for a bit before we went into the party room. So we sat in the cafe and it was a mess as no one was cleaning the tables. I had to ask one of the staff to clear one for us. Then when we went into the party room, we had to wait quite some time for the drinks and pizzas. The kids were hungry so thirsty as it was hot at this facility they even had a portable fan in the room. This was the first indoor playground where I didn’t even know who my host was or even if I had one. I consistently had to keep going back to the kitchen to ask for refills on drinks, check and order more food, ask for more plates napkins cutlery, lighter and knife for the cake. Didn’t I pay for the party package for someone to take care of this not me?! Nobody bothered to check on us if the food was good and if we needed anything. Again the worst service I experienced at a kids venue for the amount of money I spent on my party package. Everything was overpriced and only found one or two FRIENDLY staff members. I would not recommend having a party here but maybe bringing the kids on a weekday to just play and that’s about it.

Great little north side indoor playground to let your little ones run around and play their hearts out. I found U Play to cater and be more older (7-10 yo) kid friendly. There is a large multi-level play area with 2 slides, one double blue wave slide and one purple spiral slide. There is also a trampoline area and a small arcade. There are several private party rooms and food and snacks to purchase. We initially went around 230pm on a Sunday and it was chaotic but it did seem to peter out around 4pm. This was the only down or negative thing I found about U Play. With it being such a popular place, it was a little too chaotic during the peak time and there were many kids who weren't being properly monitored by parents. I know we all need a break but it would be nice to see parents a bit more engaged or at least watching their kids who may be running over the younger kids or just pushing their way through. Overall, a good place to visit with kids on a cold day or a day when you need to get out of the house but aren't able to be outside.

I visited this place yesterday evening with my kids, And I had a great time with them. Kids enjoyed a lot and I was happy with their service like one person was always on cleaning and even the front staff was so cooperative. But there was two ladies near the front counter which was screaming and abusing the manager I guess for being rude, which was so wrong on their behalf. I heard them saying abusive words to her!! They can't really abuse somebody to this extent. I find that girl very innocent. Because she was the one who attended me in the front when I came and she was so polite with me. I think some people are having some mental issues and don't know how to behave with others.!!! Stupid people.

I came with my nephew this evening today. The experience was amazing. The girls at the front desk were super friendly and welcoming. They did a nice organisation by seperating the entrance of party admission and general admission which made me easy to get in. The staff had a regular check on cleaning and one of the employee was always on a duty which made the facility more impressive as compared to other indoor playgrounds. They offer u nice facilities in such a genuine price. The food quality and quantity was completely fair with the prices. I was going through all the negative feedback but didn’t felt anything. Will surely come again and highly recommend the place. ☺️

This was our first visit to U-Play (dayhome), as we are on the southeast side. It wasn’t very busy on our visit, which was great, the kids had lots of room to play freely and it wasn’t as loud as some places can get. The whole place is spotless, and smells so clean. The kids had a blast on the trampolines. The admission price is very reasonable, considering there is no time limit. Maybe you could offer some baked snacks for adults (muffins, pastries etc), that’s my only suggestion. Edit. The only negative is, it is really cold. My hands and feet are freezing! The kids are fine, because they are running around and jumping on the trampolines.

Good for the kids but they only take 10 kid parties so we had 16 kids and had to pay 150 for 6 extra kids and ordered 3 cheese pizzas 1 turkey plater and fruit and veggie platter we paid 350 for the party with 10 kids plus 150 for 6 kids then 180 for the food total of 697 before tax and they rushed us out of the room even tho there was a fire alarm so we started 20 mins late then I told them they owe us 20 more mins because that is only fair and they were being rude and telling us get out now while my daughter was opening her presents for her 7th birthday. Please don't support this place

We went when it wasn't that busy, and our kids had a great time. It seemed relatively clean which was nice. In my opinion, removing the physical tickets and making the games operated by digital pre paid cards was a bad idea, but I understand it was probably for covid regulations. The kids loved collecting tickets. That was half the fun. otherwise this is a great place to take your kids. The trampolines are super fun.

We had a birthday party here and it was good. The reviews had me worried but I found the place to be in good condition and clean. Bathrooms were very clean. The staff was professional and there were no delays. Some people complained about the cleaner/disinfectant smell bit I did not find it overwhelming. It just smells clean. The kids had a lot of fun. We like the very large trampoline area.

The play area is over priced. Don’t offer discount for first responders. You get turned down when ordering at 11am to accommodate parties. I have taken my son and daughter here and have had parties here as well. I found the staff to be off putting and miserable. Hide and Seek has a discount for first responders and the staff is very accommodating.

It's been a few years since I've been here. Not much has changed. We spent the majority of the day there and kids didn't want to leave. Certain times of the day seemed busier then others. Staff did a great job at staying on top of everything. They were friendly and efficient at what they do. Glad to have spent the day with your fine establishment.

It's a mess, there aren't safe places for a 2 years old to play. Big kids anywhere, even in the supposed to be a place for up to 36 months. My daughter got hit twice because they don't look to the side. She was unable to jump because there wasn't available spot without big kids, even though there are enough room for every age to jump.

Such a fun spot! It has everything you could want for a fun day out with the kids. The indoor playground is well kept and lots of fun. There’s a small playground for littler kids too. We also did the trampolines. It wasn’t super busy on a Friday during the day. The arcade was also a nice bonus and the cafe too. Would go again!

My niece had a party there, and the experiece was so good, the two female managers were so helpful and respectful, they were checking on us in a timely manner. It was a bit busy considering it was friday, but overall it was such a great experience. I would highly recommend Uplay to make your kid's special day more special.

A variety of things to do for multiple ages. Ours definitely had fun. The only downside was there didn’t seem to be enough staff to ensure that there were enough basketballs for the two hoops and clean up some of the messes in the entrance area or keep a eye out for children accidentally injured.

There were literally teenagers (probably around 14-15) fistfighting under the play structure and blocking off the jungle gym for little kids when I was last here. After telling them to let the kids through, I mentioned the saftey issues to a staff member who shrugged it off. Won't be coming back.

Was my first time here, brought my kids to attend a birthday party. First impression: 1. Very unorganized 2. Cleanliness not up to the mark for a place with kids 3. Not adequately staffed to handle kids and rush I'll edit my review of my impression of this place changes after more visits.

It was pretty quiet on Monday afternoon. Staff was friendly and they were cleaning everywhere while we were there so I was assured this place is well maintained. Clean bathroom. Trampoline area could have a good cleaning though. I love their toddler zone. admission price was reasonable.

I was charged for 2 teens who were not participating in the activities just because they entered the building. Not only was I charged they didn't even check if i had filled out a waiver for them because they were so concerned about me paying for them to literally enter the building.

My friend had a party there, and we all enjoyed it a lot. They gave us the room on time. I don't know the name of the staff, but she has brown hair and skin tags. She helped us decorate the room. The food was great. I would highly recommend it to others for kids birthdays.

We went for our first time today. It would be a wonderful place if it was clean. We were the first people in today, dirt, rocks and other random stuff all over the trampolines. The play space could use some cleaning, and the bathrooms were a mess water all over the place.

They turned off the water at the water fountains. How cheap can you be. Its costs 50 dollars for 2 kids to come play, the least you can do is keep the fountains on. And the sink water is ice cold. God forbide you wash your hands with warm water.
