The staff here are so, so wonderful. I called the main clinic line in a panic due to what I believe to be an allergic reaction to my medication, and they transferred me to Simon in the pharmacy. He was extremely patient and pleasant with me and talked me through my symptoms and experiences. He was very informative and helped me a lot in my next steps, even though it likely went above and beyond his job duties. When i came in in-person to pick up a prescription to combat the allergies, he heard my name get called and actually ran up to the counter to check on me, remembering me and the conversation we had two hours earlier as he was still worried about my condition. You don't get that kind of empathy in Urgent care; the doctors were a lot less empathetic and didn't have nearly the same caretaking energy or experience with my medication and its side effects. I left the clinic feeling a lot more confident in the pharmacy and their staff, as they went above and beyond expectations and helped me feel safer in the end.

Man, I love the staff at this place. They’re so accommodating, prompt, professional, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Whether it’s on the phone, in person, or through My Chart, every human being I’ve had contact with have been great. Even when there is a potential issue with a med or something confusing, they’ve been able to either remedy the situation or provide clear steps of how to best contact a provider or insurance, etc. I have had amazing care from everyone at that pharmacy and behind that desk, but, the ones I’ve gotten the names of are Morgan and Anhel. Thanks y’all. You’re important.

I can’t put into words how amazing this pharmacy is. Every single employee there treat you like family. I had only been there a couple times in the beginning and they already knew me by name and that really makes you feel special and that your noticed as a person. They always answer any questions I have and always get my prescriptions record time. They are the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to and I won’t go to another.

Such a wonderful place and considerate staff! They always go out of their way to make sure my needs are met and listen to me like i actually matter. cant get this kind of personable treatment at intermountain. doctors don’t keep you waiting forever, the place is so clean im sure you could wipe your finger anywhere and no dust found. i love it here, i could never reconsider. thank you to everyone here and all you do!

6 people followed waiting in line for pharmacy. Now 8 including me. This is ridiculous waste of my time! No pharmacist or associate is stepping up to help.

The people at this pharmacy are mostly good, but there are enough of the techs that are so thoroughly incompetent that the pharmacy is not worth going to.

the sugar house pharmacy team is great! they’re always happy to answer any questions i have & they’ve always been super friendly.
