Excellent facility, extremely clean & current with newest surveillance cameras and updated security measures. It was great to see that they didn't just offer restrooms.. but clean, wheelchair accessible & free for any tenants to use. This location offers the wide lanes, low deck loading van/ trucks/trailers to make your move much easier. If you need to turn your rental in after hours, there is a drop box at the site. Simply call the reservations phone # or cust service line & they will guide you through it. ** Mind your fuel level at time you return it!! It's extremely expensive to return it if it's not full to top!** Their gate is easy to open with your own personal clicker. If u bring your own lock MAKE SURE it's the type they require be used by everyone. They do have locks for sale at this location. They do prove multi types of bubble wrap, wardrobe boxes, packing paper, dish wrap sets, foam pouches, packing tape, mirror/ photo strapping kits, invoice or packing list guides, Dolly's for furniture etc The 15 ft moving truck came with a set of moving blankets included for use. If you use them you WILL BE CHARGED so think about it before you carelessly throw them around something C. Card is needed for rental. This location is very busy! The office closes at 7 p.m. Access to the units stops at 10 p.m. You must be out not 1 minute late or you will be locked in the gated facility. It's automatic. Security measures. If u need to move, this particular location will do all they can to set u up for a successful trip. ** All vehicles are inspected and maintained on this site. Very clean inside the actual moving containers. **Bring your own movers or request their local 800 # for hiring. **If you need moving LABOR Call at least 3 days in advance! No same day bookings are possible through the service # they provide!!!!

Called me less than 24 hours before my reservation to let me know they didn't have a truck for me. If you call the number back you can't get to the correct location until someone finally gives you the direct number. Currently trying to get ahold of the 9th rep to try to get this figured out, they basically said "someone else reserved it" and had no way of offering me another one way truck and didn't offer to help me figure out which locations might be able to provide one. Everyone's nice over the phone but most can't help, one person Andy was able to find me a smaller truck but I had to drive much further away to get it. I recommend ordering way ahead of time and calling in a few times to verify if it'll be available rather than trusting the website.

We had an absolutely horrible experience with Uhaul in Anthem AZ! The day we showed up for our truck they did not have the one we reserved. They had to give us two smaller trucks which required an extra driver going out of state. They said they would only bill for one truck which is what we paid. We just received notice from a collections agency for additional charges we had no idea about and no warning they were expecting any form of payment. We have all the documentation and spent hours on the phone trying to correct it with no help and get passed to someone else who is no help. Don't use Uhaul for your moving needs they cant be trusted when moving day comes.

If I could leave no stars I would. I was notified my moving day that they didn't have a truck for me but there was one two hours away that I could go pick up if I wanted to. They were unapologetic, nonchalant about my situation. I ended up going to two different locations to get two trucks spending 5 hours and double the gas money for my move. Now they are trying to overbill me and I have reached out multiple times to resolve. I will happily go out of my way to never use U-Haul again and tell others of my experience. The uhaul employees in Anthem are the most nicest people. I've done business with. And; oh soo patient. I'm talking from the Manager, Bill, to the employees under him. I've been needing to change my reservations so many times and I feel horrible yet they do not react negatively at all. They also look out and make sure I get the best price. All I can say, don't try to pull a dash one and try to something shady to get a discount. Thks all you guys in Uhaul at Anthem

Well they texted us that they were going to report the vehicle stolen without care or concern to why we were late e Ben though they were charging our account. Then final bill they charged us an extra day. Very disappointed considering I had rented there B4 with no problems. Btw it was storming every evening for 5days so yeah there's that.

The staff has poor customer service. Talk very rudely to you. Instead of owning up on a mistake one of your associates made. And apologize. You throw attitude, talk rudely, and all done infront of a four year old. Great job uhaul for hiring a true a**h***. I will never use any uhaul again.

Rented a trailer only to find out later on the freeway that one of the tires was FLAT! Took it to another Uhaul in another town and was told they don't fix flats and had to call their emergency road service. Waited HOURS for them to arrive. A simple 2 hour round trip took 8 FREEKIN HOURS.

U haul is very clean and professional this place is fast paced but also makes sure you are taken care of and always feel like family! Very personal experience. They have rocking prices that no one can beat. Going and doing business with these guys is like a breath of fresh air.

Didn't have the truck size that I needed, couldn't do a one way so went from 57 miles to 114, and last but not least the cell phone check in is not nearly as easy as they make it out to be so ended up waiting 2 hours untill they opened truck worked like a charm though

Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional staff. I was actually amazed and impressed by how well kept this location is, especially the indoor climate controlled storage area. That’s a nice looking business the way the paint is not faded from the heat.

ZERO stars... For the 2nd time in 24 months, this location has attempted to overcharge me for mileage NOT ACCRUED. I HIGHLY recommend you keep odometer readings as if not, they will attempt to gouge you out of money you don't owe. Strong thumbs DOWN.

The staff on phone was very helpful and accurate on price estimate. Truck was pretty clean and ran well even with a local rental. People signing me in were great as were the personnel checking me out! I would definitely recommend the Anthem sight.

Truck very clean! Not too happy about $1/mile after taxes though. That’s alot. Had to pay $11 not getting tank to quite 3/4. Tank must be bigger than my car’s. Someday gas stations might have something showing you the tank’s amount. Either

My initial experience with U-haul’s system was very unsatisfactory, but that’s the design of the employees. They just do what they are told. The guys over here were understanding of my frustrations and did what they could to make it right.

This is a convenient and clean facility, but that's where the positives end. Rented a trailer for this location and did our vehicle inspection. We asked what equipment we needed for our Tahoe and were told we were good to go.

I rented a trailer and when hooked up my lights didn't work. Francisco (the manager) repaired my lights right away and got me on my way. He took very good care of me and I will go back there whenever I need a trailer or truck.

Gavin assisted me alone on the entire truck rental process. Very great experience, his top quality customer assistance and product knowledge made this such a simple process! U-Haul anthem will be my next choice for sure!

the people working here are awesome, they provide great customer service, I've been in more than once, and both times the staff has been extremely helpful, and fast to get me back towing. I would definitely recommend.

Quick and convenient service, especially if ordering in advance and checking in online. Only downside is rental fee plus mileage plus gas... may not be as cost effective if needing to go any real distance.

Location is clean and well organized, yard flows well for pickup and departure. Staff is helpful and courteous. We had a problem with a return and the staff resolved the issue quickly and professionally.
