The prices are OK but there’s other U-Haul’s locations that are cheaper. Also other U-Haul’s that I’ve used for storage usually have a deal for the first month. When I went in I had a lock on my storage because I guess my automatic payment didn’t set up like I thought he did. I know that’s my fault but they never contacted me by phone, mail or email to let me know that I had a balance. While speaking with the workers they asked if my email was set up I stated yes and they said usually the send something out or mail it. Which I know from renting previously at a different location. I informed them that they didn’t and they just looked at each other and said nothing. They have a monitor Where you can see who’s late on their bill and don’t have access to their storage. There was more than 25% of the people they didn’t have access. Which lets me know that they’re not doing something right. As I walk down the hallway all I seen was red tags on peoples storages. There’s no way they’re communicating with people like they state they are. Also there is always trash that people have left boxes, furniture, and whatever else.

Service sucks, I return my truck, it said wait in truck for employee it's one employee currently checking a vehicle in front of me and he is on his phone. I'm patiently waiting and no one comes out to check me in or out whatever the cast so I I call, then 3 employees are there, the one that was on the phone, the female that answered the phone and another guy. I was told I did not need to wait and I could go 2 and a half hours later, right at closing time, I get a call look for the truck I've already turned in and they hang up I called back several times but they are now closed and I'm owed money back because they took a deposit down on my card.

We were charged an additional $140 after dropping off a pickup truck that we had for less than 24 hours. My husband had to spend over half an hour on the phone with the manager because the GENIUSES that work here thought he should have brought the truck back with 3/4 tank of gas … when it was GIVEN to us with 1/4 tank. We literally have it in writing. The entire rest of the experience was wonderful, but this has COMPLETELY ruined it. I would never rent from here again without a MAJOR apology and refund for my husband’s time and energy sunk into this RIDICULOUS issue.

After waiting at the empty check out counter I had to go find someone to help me pick up my reservation. The customer service was Bad, and I was then told there would be a $200 deposit… I have rented from U-Haul many times without having the put a deposit down so I’m not sure why this was made up on the spot. I was able to rent from a different location with no deposit and much better service.

Website told me there was only one box left of the type I needed and I should "hurry". I paid for the box and listed the pickup for the following afternoon. When I arrived there was no box. Inventory was incorrect. Issueing the credit was clumsy and too lengthy. Had to go half way across town to get what I needed. Not a normal experience with U-haul.

The rental process was actually pretty quick. Smartphone is required to digitally sign the paperwork. They also let you upload pictures of any previous damage, and mileage. The rental of a storage shed was kinda rushed, and access card usage was not explained very well. Prices seemed inline with the rest of the competition too.

Listen, to whoever your scheduling manager is. Your staff is amazing, but you need to do a better job. If you think there shouldn't be at least 3 people (non-training) there on Fri-Sun, you need to work it alone on the PM shift. I shouldnt have to wait over 1.5 hrs standing to return a vehicle or buy a box. Ridiculous.

I wasn’t sure what to do upon drop off so I had already dropped my keys before being able to take any pics of anything. It would have been helpful if the clerk told me what to expect upon drop off. Hopefully I’m not charged for anything I’m not supposed to be charged for.

Second time they've gotten rid of our reserved truck before we arrived. Set our reservation for 9, they changed it to 7 and when we showed up at 7:45 it's gone even though their site says it's fine to be a bit late. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

I called this morning to reserve a storage, i was told my unit was ready. For the price of 84.95. When i showed up. I was told my price was $99.95 when clearly i had the unit reserved and my card was on file already!!! Really bad managment !!!!

Service sucks walk in ask for trailer some dude behind counter said we ain't got none I go in parking lot make reservation and get the trailer on their lot you need more professional staff and they need to pull pants up. My last time using.

The rate will go up and no notice would be given. And they charge you a late fee EVEN THOUGH YOUR ON AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS and lied to say you didn’t pay on the due date! And the employees are LAZY. They will hire anybody

Went at 6:35pm for a propane refill but they told me they were closed. Close at 7, I understand if I was real close to closing time because I get it. Takes 5min or less to fill the tank. Worker was already outside.
