My experience with U-STOR has so far been a positive one overall. Several weeks ago, I stopped by to see if they had any units available and at the time I was told by the lady working the counter that they were filled up. She put my name down on the list and said she would contact me if anything did come available; I received no communication. It wasn't until I stopped by over a week and a half ago, as of this review, that I was told that units were available; unfortunately, not the size that I needed, but was able to get units I needed for now.

I-storage that we use is overseen by a great couple. It is always clean and in order. U-Storage is under going a lot of changes an for this reason they will soon no longer have caretakers that live on the property. I believe this will hurt them in the long run because if something happens like an emergency we will all have to call a number and then wait for someone to show up. That personal attention will be missed and you won’t be able to buy packing supplies ect any longer.

UPDATE ! problem got taken care of today My Husband paid for a unit earlier today. Didn't have time to look at, had to work. I've been packing all day.... I finally get to U-STOR late... Just to find out that my storage is locked! Tonight is Saturday and they are closed Sunday! Monday is Martin Luther King's Day (I hope they are open) and I have to be moved by Tuesday I am livid

Don't use this business. I was a long-term customer of this business. They charged me a ridiculous "damage" fee when a hauling company truck knock the gate arm off its screw because the automated closed too fast. They were also rude and abusive in demanding this ridiculous fee.

No frills self storage (lights inside the units don’t work, no public restroom) but I haven’t had any issues with leaks and it feels safe. All units are drive up access, non climate controlled. I also like that I reach the office directly when I call vs a call center.

24 hour access which is really helpfull given my changing work time. The area is clean for the most part and feels safe even in the middle of the night. The light in my unit does work never has and neither does n e one elses.

Pretty well kept grounds. My My main complaint is a reminder needs to be made that if you are at your unit, stay as close to the sides of the driveways as possible so you don't block others from getting to their units.

I have nothing but good things to say about the people and facility their at U-stor. They keep the property clean and the people that run it are always helpful and nice. President and Owner of All-Tech Communcations

Well kept and clean storage grounds...staff is friendly and easy to talk to...The U-Stor I use is located close enough where I can just pop in and out when I'm ready.

Love it, low rates, 24hrs access, a light inside the unit for night time and the security cameras that monitors the unites.

Lots of spiders and webs horrible place to store your things. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Would have giving 5 stars but the computer is always crashing. Great customer service otherwise.
