The staff people are very friendly. I have never experienced any issues with them. As a matter of fact, I was impressed with them having a customer appreciation week, and they offered free snacks. I thought that was very nice and very considerate!
Beware!! These people will scam you. There is no working anything out. They went into our unit and put holes in our bags to see what was inside. We were close to the auction date. They were in our unit, caseing our stuff. These folks switch

No paid 40 when lost key... When unit being unlocked and going into , would steal and return my product when told I would call police. Sick people!!!

They raise there rates when they get ready no warning the place is to high don't go there it's a rip off
