I had a storage unit here for 2 months while moving from Georgia to Indiana. I really liked the digital security they had in place for entering and exiting the premises, as well as access at any time, day or night. I would've preferred digital security on my unit itself, however. The unit I had was the smallest and my biggest problem was how dusty and buggy it got inside. Kind of problematic for storing moisture-sensitive items for long periods of time (like a bed), but I suppose it's a lot like putting it in someone's garage. The lift door for the unit is just like a garage door, in fact. Lot of cobwebs. I highly recommend large tarps or plastic covers from Home Depot to seal off your stuff. What made me write about this place at all was the customer service. Excellent!! Super hassle-free, which was important because with the move, I really needed as little stress as possible. Payment was easy to set up, and there's a lot of info as well as payment methods online, over the phone, through a drop box. Any glitches I had were very smoothly handled by the staff (I met 2, they were both super helpful and got me on my way instantly). Having been in customer service myself, yeah... I was kinda impressed.

Very nice Self Storage facility. Our experience using this facility has been excellent. Renting a unit is an easy process. From the initial request through the web, communication with the facility Manager, easy access to the storage unit, and convenient location. The property is clean and safe. The storage unit is clean and secure. The drive up access to our unit is convenient. Though we do not need it, the 24-Hr access is nice. We like that each unit is individually alarmed. You can use your own lock on the overhead door or purchase one from the manager.

My first time purchasing a unit, (as well as theirs on beginning online auction sales) the staff (although short handed) were very friendly and engaging even while working through the process of paperwork. Once reaching the unit they not only checked up, they reminded me of security measures, and when they wouldn't be in office to help personally. I thoroughly appreciated the personable kindness both employees exemplified and couldn't have asked for a better first encounter. I look forward to doing business there again in the future.

A manager at this location is not a good manager at all they do not know how to fix things when I first read in my unit there I told him that power was not working the maintenance guys never showed up nor did it ever gets pics besides when I fixed it myself the manager also was very rude and disrespectful

I can only give 4 starts as I have never actaully spoken to anyone at this location. My unit saw safe and no problems ever came up. however with the new prices increasing every year. I will be vacating at the end of this month. Thanks for the years of keeping my stuff safe.

I have had 1 storage site there for about 15 yrs. A couple of years I had a second one also. I've had zero issues during this time. The people thru the years have been great to work with. Will recommend this facility to anyone that ask. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Property managers are amazing. We have had a unit for years and they've always gone above and beyond every time we've ever needed anything.

Alarm on each unit. No rain gets under the doors. Just the right size for me. Not seen any mice (a storage I had years ago, mice got into mattress)

Best storage units I have ever rented. The staff is above what you would wxpect. Friendly helpful and straight forward. Can't ask for more.

This is a great place to store your stuff. The people are very nice. They keep the place clean. It's twenty four hrs too.

Only thing missing is electricity. Sometimes I need to see in my unit and it is either dark or a cloudy and rainy day.

The staff is always helpful. My only issue is trying to pay my bill on line. The website is not very user friendly .

I've called 6 times during business hours, on two separate days, and have never once had my call answered.

Greedy owner is trying to make me pay a first time fee when I've been here several times. Go elsewhere
