These guys were amazing! I went to Melrose Park who unfortunately had no vacancies in storage units, Bec didn't hesitate in answering all my questions and queries, then called ahead to their Lonsdale location on my behalf! When I arrived at Lonsdale, they were expecting me and had all my past info up and ready to go, with 10 mins till their closing time, they didn't even blink as I kept them back an extra half an hour, they were so friendly and helpful, I ended up with a new storage unit with a new system and they linked it all up for me (I'm terrible with technology) I wouldn't bother going anywhere else, the service I received from both locations is so rare these days! Thank you team! With all the stresses I already have, you made that so simple, easy and stress-free!

Looked after by great Staff on arrival and whilst arranging lease. Driven out to our little plot to inspect where our Caravan will be living, whilst we are at home. Quiet satisfied with the results so far. Will see how we go after a period of time using this facility. Did find that the space allocated to us was a bit narrow, having a large boat on one side and a crookedly parked caravan on the other. Didn't leave us much room to be able to get in and out of the van door and storage lockers. See how we go over time. Transfered to another storage facility much closer to home. If this UStore It facility was closer, we'd have remained there. Never had any issues and the Staff are great people to deal with. Highly recommend.

These guys have it down pact. We did an inspection of the storage locker size, and the girl who showed us about was very kind and interested in our story. She assured us that the locker size was probably right but that we could up size on arrival of our gear. The paper work was all pretty standard, explaining the monthly billing and code of entry. We packed up house and then went to pick up the FREE truck so we could put our prepacked gear in it. All we had to do was put down a $250.00 deposit and refill ⛽. We had a window of four hours to move. It was super easy and no special drivers licence to use the truck. Thanks guys for making it fun.

Excellent service - so easy to organize storage, and staff are professional and so happy to help. Can highly recommend this site for all of your storage needs - we stored our caravan with U-Store-It Lonsdale for more than a year - and access was easy and security excellent. Will come back if we need storage in the future. Thank you!

Mark was very efficient and helpful when I sought a storage space at very short notice. The security system is effective and access and service trolleys made it easy to load and unload my stuff. The storage shed and site was very clean and the whole site looked professionally managed. I would recommend them and use them again.

The manager Chris, was mindblowingly helpful! He made the whole experience pleasant for us even though we were difficult customers - rocking up late and having a winge. Main walkways could have done with a sweep last time I was there and common areas were dismally lit. Units themselves were fine with good lighting. Has a few trolleys for general use. Has a large area for recreational vehicles etc. Premises seem secure enough. Overall worth considering.

Excellent service. I made a phone call and they reserved me a unit, the inscription was quick and easy, the place was clean and in good condition and when I left they even made me a refund for the days that had been paid but not used! Highly recommend

We have had half our house stored at UStore It for the last 10 months, the staff have been very friendly when I’ve needed questions answered, the storage unit was clean, accessible anytime of the day until 10pm. We would highly recommend this facility

Friendly and helpful staff good clean secure premises. A pleasure to use the facility. I have used the for both open air and under cover caravan storage and lock ups. I would recommend them to anyone.
