Half the times I go there, the ATM is not working. They do not even have the courtesy to post on their website when the ATM is down, so you end up wasting your time walking over there just to find out that you can't access your money today (and have to postpone doing laundry yet again!). Given that the branch is only open M-F 9-5, and that there are so few US Bank ATM locations in SF, this is a real hindrance.
Open late when nearby ATMs have turned themselves off for the night!
