I had given my clothes for laundry. They gave my t-shirt to someone else and I got his. It took many days for them but they finally retrieved my t-shirt. After few days, I made an online payment for laundry service to one of their employees instead of business account. I again made payment to their business account but I never got my initial payment back. That was the last time I used their service. Edit 1 - I used wash and iron service but it was in 2019, I do not have the receipt now.

High cost and service is zero. Not even zero it's such disgusting. Price are too high. But rest all like quality of work and customer service and punctuality of delivery is too poor.
