They lost my expensive shirt and made no effort to try to find it/replace it, or even apologize for losing it. The manager and his brother gave me the run-around numerous times, always asking me to come back 24 hrs later. 3 weeks later and they finally acknowledged it wasn’t going to be found (but still never apologized for losing it), and explained that they wash multiple loads together and it must’ve been returned to someone else. Because that somehow makes it okay or understandable? Don’t wash multiple customers’ clothes together if you can’t keep them straight. The manager offered me 800 rupees to “resolve” the issue, despite the shirt originally costing 7000 and a decent replacement shirt in Thamel costing 2000 (and the laundry costing 750 to wash in the first place, which I still had to pay). He eventually gave me 1400 and refused to do anything more than that. Try someplace else if you don’t want your clothes to be lost and not replaced!

Non, non, et encore non. Mettre nos habits dans de l'eau chaude, j'aurais pu le faire toute seule. Après plus de 24h, nous avons récupéré nos habits, encore humides pour certains, et surtout encore sales. Et 350 RP pour 1kg700, franchement c'est n'importe quoi. Si encore, il y avait eu un petit sourire commerçant... Mais non, tout le staff est relativement antipathique. Peut-être parce qu'il est plus facile d'arnaquer des touristes.

Excellent service and price at UClean! The staff were super nice, and the prices are super reasonable. When I dropped off my laundry and dry cleaning they told me it would be ready for pick up within 24hrs or they could drop it at my hotel within 48hrs. I had it dropped at my hotel and it was super easy and the driver let me know it was left with reception since I was out. Highly recommend!

Excellent service with good price. We dropped off our clothing one afternoon and they were ready for pickup the next day around 15:00. They do offer quick washing. The washing machines and dryers are on site, therefore less chances that some pieces of clothing get loss along the washing sequence. Clothes are given back folded and wrapped in a package.

The price for washing a pair of sneakers was expensive and they didn't do it properly as it was smelly after they "clean it" and on top of that it took for them 3 days to do it. Really I don't recommend this place.

Scammers. They tried to get 550rp for three things. I got the same in another shop for 150rp. I've been there three times and they always change the prices. Avoid this places, at least if you are a tourist

Solid service but signage incorrect: hours are 10am-7pm, not 9am-9pm. Prices are fair at 120/kg and 300/shoe cleaning, with friendly staff and default 24 hr turnaround.
