Just wanted to share my very recent dry cleaning experience with this UCLEAN franchise based out in mansrovar, jaipur. I gave them my clothes for washing, dry cleansing and ironing. One of the item was PUMA track pant which was almost cost me 4,000 RS. So at the time when delivery person came to pick up the item, so considering the material of track, he suggested me to go for the dry clean in place of normal washing and it is recommended from expert as well for best cleaning! So, I went ahead and gave my stuff to Uclean pick-up agent. Then, they didn’t bother to reply to my calls (*google number). They took around *10-11 days to deliver my order. And, when I received this item and then I saw it later, it was little bit torn from lower side. I’m just wondering how bad they treat to clothes even after giving the clear instructions to take care of quality during the Dry clean process. Such a bad quality and customer service even after asking to take care of that particular clothes. Please take care before giving any order to them for dry clean and if you give them then Highlight to maintain the quality. I feel, They didn’t used the good quality of chemicals at the time of washing. Looks like, they don’t have a trained staff to treat such clothes!

The owner has attitude and is very unprofessional ..he has no manners to talk to customer …illiterate person .. When I called to show my concern that there is one cloth less pls check if you have send it to another customer by mistake …that price cloth is very new and very expensive…owner has a gut to say that whatever is the price he is not a nokar..” main kapde dhoke deta hu nokar nahi hu” as if we are not paying the money he has asked for the service he has provided …n that is business …No apologies and no gestures to say that I will check again …but this moron has no respect to customer …guess he don’t know business = customers… nahi chala payega dhanda..fail

One of the best laundry service providers in mansarovar in jaipur . They take good care of your clothing and their service is uncomparable to other laundries around . The staff is very efficient and well mannered . They pack and deliver clothes in a very well mannered and professional way and is way better then others . Keep it up and thankyou for the service . Very good at service. Very good at quality and cleanliness. Rates are little bit on higher side. But the type of finishing they are providing justify their prices. Fully automated system they have. Packing of return cloths are top notch. If you delicate cloths you must use thier services. Home pick and drop services are also available

Just rating 2 coz of the washing, I have been calling local staff for last 2 days and they didn't pick up, even today when asked he rudely said that I don't need to ask questions,do I want rider or not

We were new to Mansarovar and came across this. We find it a little expensive but then they do the good job. They are polite and then they guide you properly about what can be and what cannot be done.

Worst laundry service. They are taking rs.105 for 1kg for wash n iron and clothes are still not ironed. And the manager of the store is so rude and misbehave. Don't use the mansorover branch.
