Great store I've been in about 5 times. Last time I brought in a guitar effects pedal that needed a new light. Helpful clerk gal identified the light and sold me a 5 pack for 25cents. I'm stoked. In reading the other reviews, I was surprised to see a couple negative ones. I can imagine a situation, where, if I hadn't brought in my pedal, and just came in "looking for a small light", the staff couldn't exactly help me. Long story short: great store great staff loves and lives electronics. A++

I went in knowing what I wanted but not necessarily knowing how to describe what I wanted. Tracy helped me and was wonderful. Very friendly and took the time to ask questions and make suggestions as to what I was looking for. Eventually we got it down to one of two things. She went to the shelves behind the counter for a moment and brought me two options. One of which was spot on. It turns out I needed to say that I needed a power cord that was 10 amps at 125 volts. Thanks again Tracy!

I ordered some parts through this company for one of my customer's vehicles. They assured me they would arrive in 4 days. A week later I called them to see if they had arrived yet, and the guy literally tells me "sorry we ended up not even ordering them for you", It wasn't worth our time. They never called me or bothered to tell me at all that they never submitted the order. Possibly one of the most unprofessional things I've ever seen

Great selection of electronic components and tools. The only reason I am not giving a 5 Star is because I thought the employee working that day was a little rude. Can't win them all I guess, I would go back, but with attitude right back at the dude.

I had an issue with two raspberry pi zeros and the 40 pin io connectors. I have limited knowledge of electronics and soldering. Wren was unbelievable helpful and even soldered the pins for me. I am not a big customer but they treated me like one.

I walked in and was stoked to see all the goodies they had. I was welcomed and helped quickly. I did not end up buying anything but will visit here first next time I need something for my tinkering needs!

Awesome selection. Everything they list on their website is on the floor for the customer to browse. Nice customer service. A service to the community and encouraging the "Right to Repair".

Helpful staff that found the cord i needed off a single picture and quickly got it and it was cheaper than i thought itd be at all the stores that were sold out. MY PS4 LIVES!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I brought in two circuit boards with bad resistors and they were able to identify and fix it there without a problem.

10/10 chill folks. Went for a simple USB adapter. Also there was a really sweet service dog who asked me how my day was going.
