It is my opinion that this is a very bad Clerk's office. I had an injury case in District court here, and one of the top clerks in this office falsely obstructed my access to my own case's docket records, that they knew I needed for another trial. They also made false statements to me, and kept many records sealed from me, even against the Judge's orders, and even after I read clerk the orders! This same clerk also was the court room legal clerk at my trial. Please, if you are a lawyer or litigant here, keep a close eye on the docket. They even suddenly deleted important court filings from the official record on my case, after I reported misconduct. The Chief Judge also refuses to investigate and correct the clear docket tampering. I welcome citizens to read about my case, 16:cv-00336, Mitchell v. Dixie, John Brown, Daley, Grange. You can read some court transcripts I purchased too(they also tried to keep transcripts from the docket, against court rules), as well as many of my court filings that will demonstrate all the misconduct and falsehoods I have witnessed with this court, and the clerks office to. I am not posting this review to be malicious. I now consider myself a advocate for the public, to expose misconduct, hopefully so it never happens again to others.
