Don't waste your time coming to this office . They are not on time one person working and she is so slow. Appointments start at 830 the doors did not open until 840. Whats the reason to be 15 minutes early like the website suggests. Hire more people who want to work and be on time this is very unsatisfactory.

My family and I stopped by for passports after lunch approximately 1pm and was greeted by Linda. Ms. Linda is truly amazing. She is very knowledgeable and was very patient with our family who end up getting 4 passports in all. Thanks again for the wonderful service.

The worst place to order your passport. The lady working there is disrespectful with the walk in welcome list, not attending by the list, even if you scheduled your appointment you aren’t sure to receive attention.

No passport renewal here. Arrived at 12:15pm no one here but a sign that said “return by 1:00pm” yet website says 12:30 they will be there. Waited only to find out they don’t do renewal.
