Update: 7/7/23 - stopped by out of necessity, and it appears the rude staff has been replaced. However, the other reviews are correct. They don’t offer any services other than dropping off or picking up. Original post: I'm not sure this is really a U.S. Post Office. The women "working" there are not in uniform, are unprofessional, and rude. They seem to be knowledgeable but are not trained to deal with the public. Perhaps they should be in a warehouse? I recently moved into the neighborhood and will no longer be using this location. They are always out of supplies, money orders, change, and of course a friendly attitude.
Building says US Post Office, but it’s actually a retail/drop off contracted location. They are unable to provide receipt of any packages you drop off, so you might as well try your luck dropping in a blue USPS drop box. When I asked about the lack of receipt, they smugly suggest that if you want the bells and whistles of a receipt, you need to go to “a full service USPS.” I asked why their sign doesn’t specify that they are just a retail location and not an actual USPS. I like confirmation of package drop off and so won’t be returning to this “post office.”
This is the second time our package from USPS say delivered to our home & it wasn’t. The worst part is they say they have delivered it to our mailbox not the front door and it never makes it to our mailbox. It continues happening in this area and it always happens with USPS not UPS or FedEx. Please look into who you are hiring to deliver our packages because they are either stealing them or not taking the time to deliver them properly!
The address is on there and you guys rip it open to try to figure out what it is and I can tell you guys ripped it open because the seal is ripped. And you returned it to me so that tells me that someone in the mail opened it because obviously it did not make it to the intended person and it got sent straight back to me. How about you explain that!!
All I will say is if you cannot obtain a receipt for a package, you have no evidence you dropped it off. I had a return that never made it to its destination and lost out on over $200. Not a risk I am willing to take again. I will never drop anything of value there. I’m not sure why the US Post Office would support this.
I used to love this location until they made a major mistake scanning in my package. They did not label it as priority and the package got destroyed. Now I can't claim insurance because of their error. They can't print out proper receipts either. Be warned if you are shipping boxes or expensive packages with them.
This post office is the best kept secret in town. Pickup on weekdays isn't until 6, so I can easily get in after work, and there is rarely any kind of line. They have extra staff around holidays, and it's so much more pleasant than the larger post office.
I couldn’t find a zero star option so I had to select the one star. Went in today with a couple of pre-paid packages to drop off. Had a question about the weight of one of the packages and asked if they could simply weigh it for me so I can
Don't WASTE your time. I have a very expensive return and requested a receipt and the old man said in a condescending tone "do you see a computer?" (referring to the front desk) and told me I would have to go to a full service Post Office.
This post office is really great. Everything looks organized and clean. The customer service is stellar here. Usually I dread having to go to the Post Office, but not this one. A young man helped me with my stamp and requirements I wanted
My favorite little branch! We run an online business and they're always nice, even when we show up with several armfuls of packages. We print our own postage so we're low-drama, but I've seen them be kind to others who need more help. You
I walked into the US Post office to get a change of address form:. When I walked in the lady in the photo below was helping a man.. once he walked away I stepped up to her window.. She yelled. “The window is closed the window is closed”
They are the reason the USPS is failing. They constantly fail to deliver packages and mail. They refuse to deliver packages that do not fit inside a mail box. You cannot call them to find out why because they do not have a direct phone
Workers are unable to answer questions or provide assistance before 1030 am, even though the lobby is open for letter drop offs and mailboxes. Signs taped everywhere, super dirty. Don't bother.
There was no wait time when I stopped by today. Fast drop off however they don't have computes so they cannot give you a tracking reciept, among other things.
Older man running this location was friendly, but he told me this isn't a full service post office so he can't provide a receipt for packages dropped off.
No one is in uniform. This location doesn’t appear to be taken care of well. There are homemade signs everywhere and it stinks
Pick up service is the worst!!!! If you got a pick up ticket..Be ready to Camp!!! @9:00am We asked multiple times
Was told by an employee there that this was not a full service USPS office and could not get a confirmation slip.
They seemed annoyed that I did not read their hand written sign NO QR CODES before entering. I'll never be back
