"This post office is really hurting my eBay Business, they tell me to drop off prepaid packages in a certain area, but then they never scan them to let me or my customers know that it is inside the Post Office, 8 packages in 3 days and still nothing, very aggravating!"

Cash only which makes no sense. Multiple times I've dropped off before their 3pm transfer to USPS, and it hasn't been scanned until the following day. Go 3 blocks away to the real post office.
This place is garbage, they take forever to do anything. They should replace all their workers with real staff that know what doing, not clueless UT students.
They go through people's mail. They stole my roommates Airpods last year (2021)
It is exactly what you expect from a post office.
