First of all I used to like this place but the staff is so rude! Jared the manager very unprofessional! I moved out of here after being here three years cause Danika is super super rude every time I call! I tried to contact manager Jared via email, left several messages for return call and even via website contact form, and no response! So that’s why I decided to move! At this point they are just picking on everything I do! I seen a guy leave late two to three times and I’m sure he didn’t get charged for it cause he does it frequently! So favoritism is what that is! When you conduct a business that’s never good to do! I won’t ever rent here again cause they are very unprofessional about everything! Besides I got a way better place that is climate controlled, cheaper and in a better part of town! So I end up getting “evicted” while moving out! Duh! I’m moving who cares! And they want to restrict my access but try to charge a fee cause there are items left in the unit! They Shouldn’t have restricted my access I told Jared i wanted to sweep it and make sure it was left clean. But when I’m continually picked on how can i!???

My experience with the Hinman location was great. Upon calling customer service to inquire about availability, it was easy to setup everything fast over the phone. After my setup over the phone, I received an email with all information and Jared the site manager called to confirm everything. Jared was extremely helpful. Once I arrived to the site, Jared explained the contract, entry and exiting, provided hours of operation, etc. He even came back to assist me when I couldn’t figure out how to close the door on the unit. He provided great customer service and was very professional. Thank you Jared!

Found this place online and saw outstanding deals ! Comparing other storage companies U.S Storage Centers had the best prices that were close from home. Donald (Don) was very nice and showed me around, walked me the storage i wanted and made the process very easy for me! Answering all my questions. Also got 50% off the first 3 months ! Totally recommend (:

Access to the units was convenient, and the security measures in place gave me peace of mind. Overall, an amazing experience – I highly recommend this storage center.

Customer service is great. The thing we didn't like was that the elevator is not big enough for big things like sofas. We had to struggle to take them up the stairs. Also lighting outside needs to be way better.
