Totally agree to all the positive comments related to the folks working at this location! With covid and short of drop box appointments, these guys make a huge difference by being helpful as much as they can, and my wife's recent visit has been a good experience. There is always a chance that you may forget/overlook a document and thus they do give you some time to go out and get the related documents by 4pm latest. Note, no mobile devices are allowed in the center. And if you need to access to email and print out, there is a place nearby to get it done.

Staff was polite and guided me well it the room was cool good lighting and the display window revealed the no for the applicants guided them precisely to the windows great service for the people of Gujarat one place operation to many countries

Must be a bit helping with people here. It's difficult to understand things sometimes due to which the process takes longer. There frontdesk must improve communication with visitors and guide them properly about different processes.

ખૂબ જ સરસ અને અનુકૂળ સુવિધા. દરેક વ્યક્તિ ખૂબ જ સરસ અને મદદગાર હતી. પ્રવેશદ્વારથી બહાર નીકળવા સુધીનો ઉત્તમ અનુભવ. ઉત્કૃષ્ટ લોકોનું સંચાલન, ટૂંકા પ્રતીક્ષા સમય સહિત સમગ્ર પ્રક્રિયામાં માત્ર 25 મિનિટનો સમય લાગ્યો.

Very bad management they are not allow visitors to park vehicle inside parking of their premises even you are visiting this place There is lot of space available but they force to park car on road

Very nice friendly staff..well management.. they have seating area in shed..water ..and Xerox and photostudio behind. Make sure you bring standard photo as mentioned in the requirement...

It was good place to visit. I was served by Girl name devangi chavda, very very nice worker and down to earth. She explained everything very well and made my experience remembering.

We are happy with the work and functioning of us facility center in Ahmadabad, but we prefer to have a contact number and working day and time which is not provided any where.

Most friendly and helping staff I have seen. Easy to navigate and less crowded than Mumbai. Finished visa process in less than 20 mins. Faster than expected.

Moved in swiftly to deposit my Passport and Documents. Lady at the US counter was really helpful and courteous. VFS Global handles this very good.

Staff is helpful and provides clear instructions. Dropbox appointment process is swift and easy. 2 wheeler parking is available at the location.

Only issue is parking . Guards are very rude they don’t allow vfs visitors to park there car . Even security guards don’t allow phone laptop
