I recently had my citizenship interview at this location, and the entire process was smooth and pleasant. The entire staff, from the security guards to officer Dean, who conducted the interview, was outstanding. Almost everyone I saw leaving that place, including myself, was smiling:)

The security guard/safety gentleman who's in his 40s or 50s, taller with a clean cut was super helpful and had a smile on his face the whole time. My wife actually went in but I was waiting outside and he was great. There wasn't any confusion or anything

The male guard who checks your luggage is extremely rude. You can’t drink any drinks inside the building nor throw them away inside the building, he also told me I was being to loud when I tried translating to my friend. Disrespectful guard.

I went to the office with my husband for his biometric appointment, because his English isn't good enough to really thoroughly go through the whole process himself so I was there to support him, plus I was also his preparer for his I-90

There is nothing on the website that “requires” you to make an appointment to see an “interviewer”. The guard at the door wouldn’t even let me in at 3:40 pm and the website said it closes at 4pm Couldn’t get in without an appointment

Officer Maged Wasef is the best person working there, he was very professional and kind, he helped me with my paperwork when everyone else messed up and deliberately delayed my process.

I had a biometrics appointment on November 10th for a UK skilled worker visa. It was cancelled due to Tropical Storm Nicole.

Needs to have outside the door in most languages what tibdo and not been yelling outside...the only reason to be perfect.

Jacksonville is one of the better locations I think. Things seem to move fast here as opposed to say the Orlando office.
